Matters related to the right to be forgotten started the dispute Europe to introduce it first when Data Protection Directive established in 1995 proceeded revision. Relating to this, diverse disputes proceed on responding to personal information protection and internet laws in our nation. Especially as our National Assembly submitted the law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information and amendment of copyright, it is necessary to look into the movement on introduction of law of right to be forgotten closely in detail. EU which attempted the institutionalization for the first time, relating to review of General Data Protection Regulation, proposed opinions such as the necessity to define subjects of personal information concretely and specifically and or protection target and balanced consideration on freedom of expression which is constitutional value. In the case of our nation, there was legislation attempt to introduce the regulation but it was limited in the form of fallen effectiveness without concrete and detailed review on internet law. To solve such problems, it is necessary to look into issues and matters to be considered required to accept right to be forgotten closely and discuss possibility of introducing right to be forgotten, conflicts between fundamental rights becoming issue, effect of goal achievement of personal information protection through the system introduction, and other rational acceptance method.

Convergence is now the trend of knowledge information society. Information technology and knowledge transfer are main sources of convergence. There are many articles which studied outcomes of convergence while there are few articles that try to study the process of convergence. The purpose of this study is to investigate how convergence is dynamically formalized. For the analysis, we used Institutional Analysis and Development(IAD) framework from the point of convergence. IAD framework could synthetically study the origin and the process of convergence. We investigated the case of sillicon valley whether or not dynamics of ICT convergence could be explicable by IAD framework. The results shows that ICT technology and knowledge could be the enabler for the formation of convergence. ICT technology accelerates convergence and knowledge convergence from information converge different technologies and industries. This article provides a theoretical foundation for future research to analyze dynamics of ICT convergence by the IAD framework. For the future work, it is recommended that a study is to be empirically analyzed the dynamics of ICT convergence.

Journal of the Korea society of IT services, volume 12, issue 1, 2013, Pages 247~257
DOI : 10.9716/KITS.2013.12.1.247
A narrative structure is essential for a story generator to create a story plot. In digital storytelling system, a narrative structure can be generally designed as a tree or a graph, and the story generator in the digital storytelling system creates continuous story plots based on the narrative structure. When a narrative structure is designed with a tree or a graph, it is hard for the story generator to create various kinds of story-plots due to the inflexible nature of a tree or graph structure. It may result in degrading the quality of story-plots to provide similar story-plot to various kind of user. In this paper, we proposed an approach to create a story-plot based on association analysis of data mining to overcome the disadvantage. In detail, we defined a narrative structure which consists of narrative patterns, and then implemented a story generator which creates a story-plot using the proposed narrative structure. As a result, we confirmed that implemented story generator was able to create a story-plot according to understanding level of user in case study.

The rapid growth and dissemination of touch-based mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs, gives numerous benefits to people using a variety of multimedia contents. Due to its portability, it enables users to watch a soccer game, search video from YouTube, and sometimes tag on contents on the road. However, the limited screen size of mobile devices and touch-based character input methods based on this, are still major problems of searching and tagging multimedia contents. In this paper, we propose WalkieTagging, which provides a much more intuitive way than that of previous one. Just like any other previous video tagging services, WalkieTagging, as a voice-based annotation service, supports inserting detailed annotation data including start time, duration, tags, with little effort of users. To evaluate our methods, we developed the Android-based WalkieTagging application and performed user study via a two-week. Through our experiments by a total of 46 people, we observed that experiment participator think our system is more convenient and useful than that of touch-based one. Consequently, we found out that voice-based annotation methods can provide users with much convenience and satisfaction than that of touch-based methods in the mobile environments.

Journal of the Korea society of IT services, volume 12, issue 1, 2013, Pages 309~321
DOI : 10.9716/KITS.2013.12.1.309
In current complex nature of management with task-structures, a method to reach the enterprise's informationalization success is not common. To satisfy these various requirement, improving the usability of information technology (IT) is a key factor which defining the level of organizational requirement first. Imposing an IT-solution which has excess service of the organization's previous task-environment, procedure and scope is not effective to SME-level unit, which unit could not have a formal organization structure and task structure. SME level informationalization will be success if each function realizes easier on the task-employee's viewpoint. Achieving this objective, a solution provider or department must reflect their work characteristics of nature which has least level of work performing resistance. It is most useful system for SME level unit, if a provider develops single programs which based on task activities, and each program can configure network-linking.
A SOA Service Identification Model Based on Hierarchical Ontology
Park, Sei-Kwon ; Choi, Ko-Bong ;
Journal of the Korea society of IT services, volume 12, issue 1, 2013, Pages 323~340
DOI : 10.9716/KITS.2013.12.1.323
As the importance of collaboration becomes critical in today's open and complex business environment network, the issues and solutions on compatibility and reusability between different kinds of applications are being increasingly important as well in systems analysis and design. And therefore, service-centered SOA is receiving attention in such business environment as a strategic approach that makes possible for prompt action according to the needs of users and business process. Various implementation methodologies have been proposed for SOA, however, in practical aspects most of them have some problems since they fail to propose specific policies in definition and identification of services for the exact user requirements and business situations. To solve or alleviate those problems, this paper suggests a new service identification model based on hierarchical ontology, where three different ontologies such as business ontology, context ontology and service ontology are proposed to define the relationship and design the link between user requirements, business process, applications and services. Through a suggested methodology in this paper, it would be possible to provide proactive services that meets a variety of business environments and demands of user. Also, since the information can be modified adaptively and dynamically by hierarchical ontology, this study is expected to play a positive role in increasing the flexibility of systems and business environments.
