Magnetic Properties of a Perpendicular Magntic Film Made Electroless Plating a Succining Bath

An electroless plating both for normal orientation of HCP-structure of Co-P to the film plane was developed. An ammonical succinate-citrate bath containg MnSo4, NiSO4 was studied Ni was codeposited into the films in order to decrease the saturation magentization (MS) since low Ms is necessary to decrease the magentizing fild. Mn was also codeposited to increase perpendicular orentaon of Co-P film. Effects on film composition and magnetic properties were studid in connection with follwing four factors such as concentration of NiSo4 and MnSo4, bath temp and pH.

The variation of Composition and the microstructure of Zn-Ni alloy electrodespposits were investigated to the electrolysis conditions chloride bath. The codeposition mechanism is of the equilibrium type in the electrolysis condition of the high temperature(6
)and high flow rate (1.2-3.0m/sec). The(411, 330) perferred orienation was mainly developed in the Zn-Ni electrodeposir with
-phase structure, while the(422.600) orientation was closely related to the commposition and the structure of the alloy electrodeposit.

The principe and practice of pulse plating, and prospect in the future on pulse plating are reviewed. Some of the advantages of pulse pulse plating are detailed as compared with DC plating. The advantages of pulse plating are summarized as follows: 1)smooth and fine grained deposits 2) reduction in hydrogen embrittlement of deposits 3) reduction of residual stress and microcracks in the deposit 4) improvement of physical properties 5) uniform alloy composition through the deposit thinkness 6) improved thrower and adhesion.

A Sutdy on Cesium Adorption by Domedtic Zeolite

The purpose of th this study was to determine an adsorption capaty of cesium by domestic zeolite, clinoptilolite, which has adsorption selectivity and resistence to radiolytic degradation, and to find the operation of column packed natural or Na cinoptiloite. The exchange capacity of cesium was 0, 875 m eq-per gram of clinopilolite. Na clinoptilolite was mire effective for cesium removal than naturl clioptilolite. Then, the results show that the domestic cilnoptilolite activated with sodium hydroxide colud be applicable for removal of cesium from liquid radwastes.
