A Study on Strategic Approach to Expand Korean e-Government Export

The purpose of this study is to suggest strategic approach to expand Korean e-government export. Korean e-government was evaluated as a top level by UN electronic government survey 2014. However its export is very limited. This study reviews the literature related to e-government, and analyze existing Korean e-government export. The results of this analysis are as follows: lack of a law related e-government export, decentralized organizations, insufficient export process, lack of e-government solution for sale, limited funds, deficiency of cooperation between large and small enterprises. This study suggests a strategic approach such as to clarify the purpose of e-government export, to decide government or civilian-oriented export, to establish driving strategy, to improve and develop e-government export related areas. There are many ways for improvement and development of e-government export as follows: to enact a basic law or to revise the e-government law, to integrate functions of separated organizations and establish control tower, to improve export process, to build information sharing system, to develop standardized solution module, and to expand fund to support. The author expects that this paper will contribute to enhance Korean e-government export.
An Analysis of an Influencing Factor on Organizational Commitment of ICT Industrial Workers

This study deduced an effect produced on organizational commitment of ICT Industrial workers through precedent study. And the importance of each factor was analyzed, regarding the deduced influencing factors. And influencing factors on organizational commitment of ICT Industrial workers were presented at a practical level on the basis of analysis results. According to the results of analysis, social support factors were interpreted as the most important influencing factor among the 1st hierarchical factors. According to the results of analysis after setting 12 factors for the 2nd hierarchical factor, 3 factors including emotional support, Informational support, and Substance/instrumental support, were interpreted as very important factors. However, psychological empowerment was analyzed to a relatively less critical.
A Study on the Selection Factors in Credit Cards by the Lifestyle of Elderly Groups

The purpose of this study is to identify the motivation of using and choosing factors in credit cards. These results indicate that considerate of other people factor may emphasize the convenience and safety in using credit cards, while the leisure factor may prefer the real-worth factor as they know that the more they use, the more benefits they would get. As the personality factor and the fashion factor, we can pay much attention to the advertisements, promotions, card designs, the colors, the characters and the social positions of the card holders and that considerate other people factor may like the low annual fees and the accumulating points, buying items on the installments without paying additional interest, which had offered them cash service and card loan. The authors of this paper has suggested an information by which credit card companies can establish the strategies according to the lifestyle of the elderly in silver business market.
The Moderating Effects of Personality Types on the Relationships between Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention: Using of Sample Transportation Service Workers

This study explores the moderating effects of personality types (Big`5) influence on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intension using dispositional approach. In order for that, we surveyed for employees of 4 service`s company and 430 samples were used for empirical study. According to result, extroversion and conscientiousness among personality types had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. And agreeableness and conscientiousness had negative effects on turnover intention. but extroversion and conscientiousness had positive effects on turnover intention. Self-efficacy had interactive effects on the relationship between personality type and job satisfaction. but it influenced only agreeableness. The self-efficacy had moderating effects agreeableness on the relationship between personality type and turnover intention.
An Efficient Reversible Data Hiding Algorithm

An efficient reversible data hiding algorithm was proposed in this paper. The original image can be recovered from the stego-image without distortion during the embedded data are extracted from the stego-image. The embedding data are greater than that of the previous algorithm and the PSNR value of the stego-image is guaranteed to be greater than 48dB. The performance of the proposed algorithm was proved by experimental results.
Study on Interrelation between the Service Industrial Production Index and the Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index

We examine the information transmission between the Service Industrial Production Index and the Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index, based on the returns data offered by the Korea Bank. The data includes daily return data from January 2000 to September 2015. Utilizing a dynamic analytical tool-the VAR model, Granger Causality test, Impulse Response Function and Variance Decomposition have been implemented. The results of the analysis are as follows. Firstly, results of Granger Causality test suggests the existence of mutual causality the Service Industrial Production Index precede and have explanatory power the Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index However the results also identified a greater causality and explanatory power of the Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index over the Service Industrial Production Index. Secondly, the results of impulse response function suggest that the Service Industrial Production Index show immediate response to the Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index and are influenced by till time 5 From time 2, the impact gradually disappears. Also the Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index show immediate response to the Service Industrial Production Index and are influenced by till time 2.5, the impact gradually disappears. Lastly, the variance decomposition analysis shows that the changes of return of Service Industrial Production Index are dependent on those of the Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index. This implies that returns on the Service Industrial Production Index have a significant influence over returns on the Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index. It contributes to the understanding of market price formation function through analysis of detached the Service Industrial Production Index and Service Industrial Wholesale and Retail Index. Finally, our results can be used as a guide by the Korea Bank and Republic of Korea and as well as Statistics Korea.
