DOI : 10.18807/jsrs.2016.6.2.051
This study is to find a service that improves the subjective happiness of cancer patients that receive radiation therapy. One hundred and one cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy were enrolled in the survey to verify the self-consciousness and symptom distress that could affect the subjective happiness. Independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation were conducted with the SPSS 20.0 program. Symptom distress of cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy showed highest in the order of fatigue, appearance changes, dizziness, loss of appetite, and sleep disorders. And lower symptom distress, higher private self-consciousness were significantly correlated with higher subjective happiness among patients receiving radiation therapy for cancer. Study findings reflect the necessity of an integrative approach combining physical, psychological and emotional interventions during a radiotherapy period. For this cause, it would be necessary to supplement previously existing service programs and organize a patient-friendly system that could affiliate regional cancer centers or Public health centers with the hospitals in which the patients are being treated.

For this study, surveys of 222 university students were collected and analyzed with SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, the participants displayed lower human relation skills as the level of stress from the studies increased. In contrast, the participants displayed higher human relation skills as the level of stress from future plans and family relations increased. Second, as the level of game addiction increased, human relation skills were found to be lower. Third, the university students' stress from daily lives had a static effect on game addiction. The participants displayed tendency of game addiction as they had high levels of stress from their studies, financial issues, future plans, values, family relations, and human relations with people apart from their family. Among the listed factors of stress, the stress from the studies most strongly influenced the participants to be addicted to games. Fourth, among the sub-factors of stress in the university students, issues in future plans and family relations significantly control the game addiction. Studies on this area has been insufficient. From the study, it is found that in order to prevent university students to be addicted to games, they must cope well with their stress. Furthermore, this study carries its significance in finding the results that human relation skills contribute as a part of dealing with stress.

DOI : 10.18807/jsrs.2016.6.2.083
Smart car is a vehicle which maximizes convenience, safety, and user experience. The traditional vehicle style will be replaced by a smart car. The objective of this paper is to find essential quality attributes that consumers want. We provide a method to select a best smart car reflecting their preference based on the quality attributes. We derive Kano's quality attributes by an exploratory survey and show an example to implement their decision using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. As a result, the quality attributes were classified into two groups of attractive quality and indifference quality. The respondents evaluated that the safety of smart cars was more important than the convenience and user experience. However, the smart car was required more functions related to the convenience criteria. These results will provide important implications for smart car design.

Jung, Hee-seog ; Kim, Sun-Je ;
Journal of Service Research and Studies, volume 6, issue 2, 2016, Pages 99~116
DOI : 10.18807/jsrs.2016.6.2.099

It has carried correlation analysis and regression analysis between yield and bond interest KOSPI index. As the study result, life insurance companies have managed assets in stability than profitability. The correlation coefficient between interest rate and performance rates of total asset, management asset and securities is highly plus, correlation of management asset performance rate is higher than that of total asset performance rate, and the correlation of securities performance rate is higher than that of management asset performance rate. The correlation coefficient of KOSPI and performance rate shows minus. The suggestion is that the change of asset management is required as the interest decline rises up a reverse margin risk because of the asset management of stability.

The educational computer game service, due to its entertainment role, is a very attractive tool for students to raise their interests in learning. Especially mathematics, the most difficult subject for many students, is one of the typical subjects in which the educational computer game service can be efficiently applied. Most of the previous game services is for single or two learners. And learner only have to simply submit a solution for the proposed math expression in the game. In this paper a multi-player game service based on TCP/IP socket programming technique is designed and implemented to join in the game for multiple learners. In addition, we design a game rule to improve learners' number sense by letting them arrange various ways to solve the problem. Finally, using the requirements of educational game service, we evaluate the proposed game service and its usability.
