Development Connecting Program to help to study in School and in Home for Increase of Mathematically Promising

There are many students around us, who are mathematically promising but have not taken some instructions with a program for the gifted. Providing a certain opportunity for them to take a differentiate program from one given normal students in a regular classroom has some limitations. If ever, offering a learning program developed with the connection of regular curriculum can lead them to reveal their potential. I think it is desirable that the effect of the program is more increasing when study in school keeps a reciprocal relationship to study in home for increasing the students' promising. In this paper, it is discussed to develop and implement the teaching learning program for the integration and connection of school and home for the Mathemaically Promising Students.
The Study on the Educational program for the gifted students in Mathematics -The regularity and generalization of Hanoi Tower with 4 pillars-

Currently the mathematics gifted students educational program is plentifully being developed for the elementary and the junior high school students. But the educational program for the gifted students who comes and goes to the high school is not many. This study look for the regularity and generalization of Hanoi Tower with 4 pillars, from the regularity and generalization of Hanoi Tower with 3 pillars. I think this study will be a clue to find the regularity and generalization of Hanoi Tower with n pillars, it's not solved still.
Viewpoints of Mathematics gifted students, parents, teachers about Gifted Education

In this study, we made a survey for gifted students of science education center for gifted youth in a university to find their viewpoints about giftedness, need of gifted education, attribution. Using the results of the survey, we interviewed mathematical gifted student, parents, teachers to find their viewpoints about giftedness, need of gifted education, attribution. From this, we found the followings: First, Parents and teachers selected intellectual ability as a most important factor of giftedness. On the other hand, gifted students selected creativity as it. Second, gifted students show different communication ability depending on the education place. Third, mathematical gifted students attributed their problem solving ability to interior cause. On the other hand, parents and teachers of gifted students attributed students' problem solving ability to exterior cause.
A Study on a Generalization of the Law of Cosine Using Vector

In this study we generalize the law of cosine(in any triangle the square of one side is equal to the sum of the squares of the other sides minus twice their product times the cosine of their included angle), We find the following generalized law of cosine: in any polygon the square of one side is equal to the sum of the squares of the other sides minus twice their products times the cosines of their included angles, and prove it using vector.
Developing Teaching and Learning Materials for the Gifted Students Based upon a Creative Output Related to Catalan Number

In this paper we study various aspects of Catalan number with its focus on creative output. As a result we we develop teaching and learning materials for the gifted students which can lead to creative output at the middle school level.
The Ways to Utilize Teaching Materials for Gifted Students' Creativity Improvement

We need questions that have various answers, not one answer by just mechanical calculation, to improve students' creativity. Such questions usually require inquiry, presumption, logical inference and a variety of problem solving tactics. These questions will be even more effective when they can provide students with multiple experiences by making them engage in lots of activities. We have to make use of diverse teaching aids and tools, or teaching materials in order to get these results. This research searches for teaching materials which improve gifted students' creativity as well as the ways to utilize 4D Frame. Furthermore we intend to present the ways to put such materials and 4D frame into practical use.
An Analysis on Perception of Students on Elementary Mathematics Gifted Program

This study, at this point where a national attention is being focused on the special education for brilliant children after the enactment of the law regarding the promotion of the special education for brilliant children and the establishments of various policies on the education of excellence, investigated and analyzed the perceptions of students who are participating in the program for elementary school brilliant children on mathematics. First, the understanding of the area of the definition of brilliant students by the teachers with the institutions for the special education for brilliant children that use the program for elementary school brilliant children on mathematics should be increased. Second, the professionality of the teachers should be secured for an efficient operation of the program for elementary school brilliant children on mathematics. Third, the students who participated in the special education lot brilliant children tended to be self-initiative in participating in the program but the self-initiative aspect was insufficient in the lessons. Fourth, the students who are participating in the special education for brilliant children have positive opinions on the contents and methods of the lessons. Fifth, as for the materials for brilliant children's learning supplied to the program for elementary school brilliant children on mathematics, the brilliant students perceive them as the teaching materials for brilliant children. In this thesis, the program for special education for brilliant children was assessed and analyzed through the questionnaires to the teachers and students participating in the program. More abundant brilliant children programs should be developed so that the programs suitable the brilliant students can be provided to the students and the studies to improve the programs with regards to the effectiveness etc should be continually done from now on.
