Development of an Electro Impedance Spectroscopy device for EDLC super capacitor characterization in a mass production line

In this paper, we developed an electro impedance spectroscopy (EIS) device, which are primarily used for the analysis of fuel cells or batteries, to widen its coverage to the next generation super capacitor EDLC characterization. The developed system was composed of a signal generator that can generate various signal patterns, a potentiostatic generator, and a high speed digital filter for signal processing and measurement program. The developed system is portable, which is not only suitable laboratory use but also for mass production line. The special features of the system include a patterned output signal from 0.01 to 20 kHz, and a fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis of current signals, both of which are acquired simultaneously. Our tests showed similar results after comparing the analysis from our newly-developed device showing the characteristics of EDLC complex impedance and the analysis from an equivalent impedance which was applied to an equivalent circuit. Now, we can expect a fast inspection time from the application of the present system to the super capacitor production line, based on time-varying changes in electrochemical impedance.
Theoretical approach on the effective heat exchanger design using boundary layer theory

The objective of this study is theoretically to suggest the effective heat exchanger design method using boundary layer analysis. The boundary layer formation and interruption on rectangular plate and round plate fins are explained and the heat transfer coefficients showed with the variation of the velocity and temperature boundary layer. In addition, the flow pattern on one plate fin surface considered as external flow and flow pattern between fins considered as internal flow. As a result, theoretical method for the boundary layer interruption avoidance is suggested and the heat transfer coefficient of the round plate fin was higher than that of the rectangular plate fin because of the less thermal and velocity boundary layer thickness except the centerline.
A Numerical Analysis Study on Two-phase Flow for the Development of High-efficiency Toilet

In the era of water scarcity, saving toilet water is one of the most effective ways to save water. In this study, two-phase flow for the development of highly-efficient toilet has been analysed with VOF(Volume Of Fluid) method. Since the whole model requires extensive computing time, part of the whole model has also been adopted to reduce the analysis time. Four different rim models were considered for flow distribution analysis and sizes of rim holes were found to become more important rather than locations or numbers of rim holes in achieving flow distribution effectively. In addition, velocity and pressure of two-phase flow due to siphon phenomenon have been studied through the analysis of whole model. Therefore, this study provides a variety of fundamental data for the development of highly-efficient toilet.

To reduce the cost and the time of transport in Eurasian railroad networks such as TKR(Trans-Korea Railway), TCR(Trans-China Railway) and TSR(Trans-Siberia Railway) owing to the problem of different track gauges (narrow/standard/broad gauge), it is important to develop the gauge-adjustable wheelset(GAW) system to adapt easily to these gauges. The Korean GAW system is developing and will be adapting to the brand new freight trains' to improve the conventional overseas GAW system. In this study, structural and durability analyses are performed from the viewpoint of the safe-life design. The core parts of the system might be safe in range of
cycles from the result of durability analysis. Moreover, to examine the safety of the system while running on a track, rig fatigue test was performed according to UIC code. The safety of the Korean GAW system is demonstrated through testing that all safety-relevant conditions are satisfied.
Performance Comparison of Heat Transfer Plates for Cooling Tower Air Heater Through Numerical Analysis

In this study, numerical analysis was performed on three shapes of heat transfer plates (chevron, wave and dimple type), which are currently used as fillers of cooling towers. Results show that heat transfer rates per consumed power were larger for enhanced plates as compared with that of plain plate. Highest heat transfer coefficient was obtained for wave shape followed by chevron and dimple shape. For wave shape, cross corrugations induced significant mixing of fluids, which enhanced the heat transfer. Friction factor yielded a similar trend with the heat transfer coefficient. However, heat transfer rate and pressure drop per sheet was the largest for chevron shape, due to the largest heat transfer area per sheet.
Design of leaf spring with high fatigue life applied to horizontal linear vibrating actuator

This paper aims to design the leaf spring of high fatigue life which guides the moving part of the horizontal linear vibrating actuator. The vertical linear vibrating actuator has been used as the vibration device for haptic and alarm function on smart phone. However, the vibrating actuator has a major cause on the limitation to make smart phone slim because of its own characteristic of vertical direction vibration. The horizontally linear vibrating actuator for smart phone slimness has been developed in recent years. One of the most significant parts of horizontal vibrating linear actuator is the guide spring which supports moving part of actuator and enables actuator to vibrate elastically. Various types of leaf springs were designed and analyzed to get the required stiffness with high fatigue life through the stress analysis using commercial structural analysis program, ANSYS. The experiments were performed with prototypes to measure vibration acceleration and life time of leaf spring.
Human Body Vibration Analysis under Consideration of Seat Dynamic Characteristics

In this study, vibration properties of seat and human body are analyzed through test and numerical analysis methods by taking into account the viscoelastic characteristics of polyurethane foam as seat material which is applied for vehicle. These viscoelastic characteristics which show nonlinear and quasi-static behavior are obtained by compression test. In addition, the viscous elastic property of polyurethane foam is modelled mathematically by using convolution integral and nonlinear stiffness model. In order to analyze the performance on ride comfort of seat, vertical vibration model is established by using dynamic model of seat and vertical vibration model of human body at ISO5982, and so the related motion equations are derived. A numerical analysis simulation is applied by using the nonlinear motion equation with Runge-Kutta integral method. The dynamic responses of seat and human body on the input of vibration acceleration measured at the floor of the railway vehicle are examined. The variation of the index value at ride comfort on seat design parameters is analyzed and the methodology on seat design is suggested.
A Study on Characteristics Analysis about Pressure Loss Coefficient for Inflator Filter

In this study, the characteristics of filter that make up the automotive airbag system were analyzed. The gas pressure change of airbag is directly impacted by the filter. However, it is uncertain how much the design factors of filter affect the pressure of airbag. And it is difficult to access the pressure loss coefficient in the respect of characteristics of the airbag filter in the simulation method. To solve this problem, this study suggests pressure loss coefficient of the filter using simulation analysis. But it is impossible to interpret a sudden increase of pressure such as airbag filter. To solve this problem, by applying interpolation and scale down method, analysis was processed. Also, through the simulation interpretation of airbag filter's pressure loss coefficient, the guidelines for the filter design could be suggested.
Optimal Control System of Traverse Grinding

In this paper, the algorithm to determine the optimal condition of traverse grinding is proposed by using differential evolution algorithm(DEA). The cost function to determine the optimal grinding condition is designed with considering process cost, production rate, surface roughness. Also, the constraint conditions for grinding such as thermal damage effect, machine tool stiffness, wear parameter of grinding wheel, surface roughness are considered. The algorithm is implemented with LabView software which is widely used at the industrial field. The performance of proposed algorithm is verified by comparing with the result of genetic algorithm(GA) through computer simulation.
Study on the Design Optimization to Improve Injection Molding Performance of Plastic Regulator Rail

Injection molding product is commonly used for reducing the weight of automotive vehicle, and door regulator guide rail with plastic material is also made by injection molding process. In order to improve the injection molding performance of plastic regulator guide rail, optimal molding condition is suggested by numerical simulation and DOE after obtaining the sensitivity of parameters for regulator rail manufacturing on warpage and fill time. Furthermore, multi direct gate method and optimal cooling circuit are introduced to get the uniform temperature distribution and better cooling efficiency in molding product. The effect of the proposed design on the injection molding performance is verified by the test of prototype of plastic regulator guide rail.
Survey on the Application of three dimensional product modeling in the army

To expand the use of three dimensional(3D) product modelling in the army, we have analyzed military technical data management system, as well as the military guidelines for the unique format and content of technical data package. Because traditional munition sector is based on the machinery and equipment industry, they have usually applied two dimensional(2D) drawings to prepare a design and to make a product. For that reason, there is no provision for 3D product modelling as a technical data package in the military guideline. In this study, we proposed an improvement scheme for the vitalization of 3D product modelling in the army not only in terms of related guideline but also military technical data management system.
The Effect of Customers' Participation and Satisfaction on Performance of IT Project

In this study, we examine the effect of customers's participation and satisfaction on performance of IT project. This study collected data from the project team members of the next-generation internet banking project in K Bank. We found that customers's participation has positive effect on their satisfaction of IT project and the satisfaction also has a positive influence on performance of IT project. Implications and directions for future research are discussed.
Factor Analysis of Participation Motivation, Recognition and Reward Affecting the Continuance Will of University Student Volunteers

The main objective of this study is to investigate the factor of participation motivation, recognition and reward affecting the continuance will of university student volunteers. For the research, participation motivation was consisted of egoistic motives and altruistic motives. Recognition and reward(R&R) were consisted of psychosocial R&R, educational cultural R&R, and economic R&R. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Frequency analysis and descriptive statistics showed that participation motivation was mixed, psychosocial R&R was higher than economic R&R. By using a multiple regression, egoistic motives and altruistic motives had a positive effect on the volunteers' continuance will, and psychosocial R&R and economic R&R had a positive effect on the volunteers' continuance will. This study finally discussed theoretical and practical implications for university student's volunteer strategies on the results.
The Status and Challenges of Child Care Policy

The purposes of this study are to analyze the status of Child Care Policy, to discover the problems faced by child care policy and to provide better Child Care policies to reorient in the future. The following problems have been identified through the Child Care Policy Analysis of: (1) Due to '0 to 2 years' free Child Care, Dual-earner families was difficult to use Child Care facilities. (2) Low-income families with children over 36 months were excluded from receiving Care allowance. Child Care of publicity is difficult to secure. Because children using Child Care facilities use private type Child Care facilities than the national and public Child Care. Policy proposals to provide better Child Care policies are to increase the number of the national and public Child Care, to pay practical parenting allowance, to increase the number of high quality Infant Daycare Centers, to expand Part-time child care services and to support parent education and counseling program.
2020 EU Development Strategies for International Technological Cooperation

The value chain of a country is achieved in cooperation with other countries. Accordingly, the international technical cooperation in the field of R&D is known to be one of the innovation strategies. But the efforts on research in the international technological cooperation is lacking in Korea. Europe expects technological progress in the industrial area in order to create employment in the near future but Science and Technology Research should also create this endeavor for the future. EU recognizes that the current trend of scientific and technological research will have a negative impact on future job creations in Europe. Therefore EU has developed the 2020 strategy. The purpose of this paper is to seek the technological cooperation policy especially on the basis of the EU's 2020 strategy. In accordance with the results of this paper, our government will pursue future EU FP 8 policy to be developed on the basis of EU's 2020 strategy.
Effect of Consumer Expectation Measured by Consumers on Advertising Expenditures

We investigate whether consumers' expectations affect managers' decisions. In particular, we examined whether the expectations that consumers make about the changes of their financial situations and family incomes are positively related to the decisions that managers make about advertising expenditures. We analyzed consumers' expectations as well as the advertising expenditures of 6,018 firms between 1991 and 2011. Our analysis supported our hypothesis. Our findings contribute to the discussions regarding the effect of consumer expectations on manager decisions as well as provide practical implications to advertising managers.
A Study on Determinants of Micro-enterprise Performance

I conducted structural model analysis which is considered the influence of "government policy and micro-enterprise manager's characteristics" on management performance through effective analysis on governmental policy for micro-enterprise funding, training and consulting support. This study results showed characteristics of micro-enterprise manager and government policy significant to management performance. In the structural model, significant independent variables are customer's accessibility, promotion availability, goods mobility, customer attractive ability, effectiveness of funding, size of supported training, and effectiveness of training and satisfaction of supported consulting size.

Business relationships can be divided in vertical and horizontal relationships. Vertical relations, such as the relation to suppliers and contractors, are of great importance and often determine a firms success. In general, many scholars produced numerous models of business relationships covering with a wide array of variables. However, models with a focus on vertical relationship did not receive much attention. This paper deals with problems related to vertical relationships and a the business model paying special attention to vertical relationships is developed. Vertical relationships span over a wide range of industries, including industrial electronics and automotive firms. In Chapter 2, the theoretical approach needed to develop a process model to examine the vertical relationships is developed. Chapter 3 features core findings about business relationships. Chapter 4 deals with vertical relationships as developed between the core business process model. Finally, Chapter 5 of the study covers limitations and future research directions.
Development and Application of STEAM Education Program based on Topic-specific Project

For this study, we reviewed theoretical background of STEAM education and domestic and international studies in STEAM education, by doing so, we developed and applied the STEAM education program based on topic-specific project. This program is designed for the 3rd and 4th lesson of 6th graders' science in elementary school. As a result, the positive attitude about science of the students who went through the researched program increased with meaningful difference compared to that of the sample population. The result of this study shows that the STEAM education program based on topic-specific project can brings positive changes for the science-related affective domains.

Government bodies offer various policies and programs to support small and medium sized enterprise. There's no only one business firm's performance model for the management performance assessment for the government's supporting and/or resupporting program. However assessment factor had been supposed to manage for the enterprise. Current assessment standards, that is Business Innovation Small and Medium sized firm Certification Model, Technology Innovation Small and Medium sized firm Certification Model, Productivity Management System Certification Model, Small and Medium Sized Firms of Korea Federation of Banks, and Business Performance of the State Owned Enterprise would be collected and then develop performance assessment model for the start-ups small and medium sized firms.
A Study on the effect of Knowledge workers's Job Characteristics on Organizational Commitment -Shared Leadership as a Moderating variable

In this era of the knowledge-based economy, the most important issue that we faced is the management of the knowledge workers who is the main source of enterprise. There has been a big issue on the organizational commitment recently which is the idea of how much employees have a positive affection to the enterprise they work for and also how much time, knowledge and energy employees are willing to invest for their company success. Improving this concept would provide a meaningful implication in managing the knowledge workers. This research which is based on previous studies, it aims to control the effect on the organizational commitment by Shared Leadership which puts the job characteristics of knowledge workers into a dominant factor. As a result of the study, among the several job characteristics, autonomy and a feedback had a positive effect on the organizational commitment. Shared Leadership as a moderating variable, has shown an affirmative effect on autonomy, a feedback, and problem solving as an independent variable and on the organizational commitment as a dependent variable. However, related to the job complexity, it did not show a notable influence. Also, the Shared Leadership has shown a favorable impact on the feedback and problem solving, but barely effected on autonomy or job complexity.
A study of Relationship among physical symptoms, mental health according to stress factors of middle school students

The purpose of this study was investigated to provide basic data for the introduction of nursing intervention necessary for the stress prevention and management by examining stress, mental health and physical symptoms. Subjects for the study were conveniently selected among boys and girls middle schools located in T city of Gangwon-do. A total of 171 students were selected including 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade. Data were analyzed by using statistical program SPSS(pc win ver. 17.0). The results of this study as follows; There were significant correlation between stress and mental health, stress and physical symptoms, mental health and pysical symptoms. The stress of middle-school students largely came from academic problems in school life, which is considered to reflect the reality of Korean middle-school students who have the burden of entrance examination for universities. Also, significant correlations among stress, mental health, and physical symptoms suggested that continuous observation and assessment are required for the stress management of middle-school students.

Through Tourism Information System, we can know, how much we feel importance of travel information and how to they spending, research when they need to go to travel according to we have to realize about anticipation/planning phase and on-site phase are different exactly. This purpose is how to get a basic data when we support with tourist about information of festival in travel and also how to give satisfaction for tourist and how many tourist wants to join the travels in addition, it is possible to we can develop all of things about travel informations. This is a result of research. First, all of the tourists participate the FESTIVAL, even though they didn't get any informations about travel. The second, information of festival in travel has different feeling between importance of participate in festival and performance after experience.
Current State of Senile Dementia and Improvement of the Long Term Care Insurance for Elderly People

As the society has been ageing, senile dementia increase rapidly. Thus social costs of dementia treatment and management increase exceedingly. There is a desperate need of finding out improvements.. For example, foreign countries come with the solutions about this issue by establishing national strategy about Dementia, setting effective Dementia Management in national level and preparing legal systems. Older Welfare Act, Long Term Care Insurance Act for the Aged and Dementia Management Act exist as legal system of improvements. Improvement about this issue is needed due to more effective Dementia management and pushing ahead policies. First of all, the government needs to include dementia checkup into the list of national health insurance checkup toward senior citizen of older than 65-year-old. Secondly, as one of the characteristics of dementia, when more symptoms of dementia appear, there is less effect of treatment. Therefore, in order to reduce the social costs of Dementia, the government needs to promote Dementia prevention industry and early checkups. Thirdly, there is a need of setting a class judgement standard appeasement policy and expansion of using target. The reason of processing this statement is that there are difficulties of satisfying the needs of senior citizens due to current conformity of long-term pay recuperation according to laws of welfare.
Comparison of Professional Self-Concepts and Care Perceptions between Emergency Medical Technician Trainees and Emergency Medical Technician Basics

This study is explorative survey carried out to examine differences in professional self-concepts and emergency patient care perceptions between emergency medical technician trainees (namely, EMT-basic trainees or trainees) and emergency medical technicians basic (namely, EMT-basic or technicians). The subjects are some trainees and technicians. The trainees included 95 fire fighters who had enrolled educational programs for emergency medical technicians basic at K and A Fire Academy while the technicians were 78 fire fighter gathering from all regions of the country who had enrolled a short expertise program for emergency medical technicians basic at S University in C City.
Development of a Hemodialysis Nurse Educational Program and its Effects

The demands for specially trained hemodialysis nurses are increasing as the population requiring maintenance hemodialysis expands. However, there has been no standardized training program for hemodialysis nurses in South Korea. The study was conducted to develop and evaluate a hemodialysis nurse educational program (HNEP). The effects of education using the HNEP were assessed by levels of hemodialysis-specific knowledge, self-efficacy and satisfaction. A total of 25 registered nurses participated in the HNEP which consists of 20 week education (classroom theory for 10 weeks and clinical practice for 10 weeks) between April and September, 2011. Knowledge levels were compared before and after the HNEP using paired t-test. Self-efficacy and satisfaction levels were also evaluated after the program using a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. Knowledge levels were significantly increased after the HNEP (Mean=13.96 vs. 17.80, t=-7.748, p=<.001). Self-efficacy and satisfaction levels with the program were high,
, respectively. These findings suggest that the HNEP improved hemodialysis-specific knowledge, and levels of self-efficacy and satisfaction with the HNEP were reasonably, among the participants.

The aim of this study was to find out the impact of age and hypertensive status on postprandial hypotension(PPH). Twenty-six hypertensive elderly (
years old), twenty-five normotensive elderly (
years old) and twenty-six young adults (
years old) took part in the study. The blood pressure (BP) and heart rates (HR) were measured every 15 minutes, from 30 minutes before a meal to 90 minute after a meal in sitting position, using an ambulatory blood pressure monitor. In the hypertensive group, postprandial reduction in systolic BP continued from 30minutes to 90minutes. The reductuion rate of systolic BP of hypertensive elderly group was significantly greater than other groups (p<.05). However, there were no significant differences in trend of HR change between the groups (p=.082). The incidence of PPH was significantly higher in the hypertensives than other groups (73.1% vs 24% vs 0%, respectively, p=.001). In conclusion, age and hypertensive status had a significant impact on PPH. Elderly persons require more intensive BP monitoring and nursing intervention.

BOLD technique in functional MRI has to apply multiple stimulations. However as the stimulation time increases failure rates rise. In this study we are proposing proper number of stimulations through our experiments. Ten normal people underwent functional MRI hand motor sanning and the paradigms were designed from first to seventh stimulation. Under Philips Intera Achieva 3.0T MR system and Invivo cop's Eloquence equipment, activation periods and rest periods were repeated ten times each, using BOLD EPI technique. Primary hand motor area stimulation and number of clusters, activation rates and number of activated clusters in and outside the region of interest were compared to each other. Number of clusters in region of interest was lower than others at second stimulation and became static from third stimulation. The stimulated ratios were elevated as the number of stimulations were increased but it was not proportional. Number of clusters outside the ROI became static from the third stimulation and started increasing from sixth stimulation. As results, given the activation ratios of ROI and out side the ROI, three times stimulation was the most appropriate because it does not affect accuracy, also decreasing the fatigue of patients by with the decreased scanning time.

Factors Affecting Use Satisfaction of Medical Institutions on Korean Society Adaptation of the Multicultural Families' Woman

Research objectives: This research is focused on the multicultural families based on the existing studies. The problems that the women of the multicultural families experience in this society were studied, in relation to the adaptability to Korea by identifying the elements related to the use of and satisfaction level towards medical institutions. As such, this research is expected to be used as a data that can help to provide quality medical service to the women of the multicultural families. Research method: 188 women of the multicultural families were targeted to carry out research by conducting interview and by leveraging translated survey questionnaire. Then, SPSS 18.0 program was used to conduct statistical analysis. As for the analysis methods, frequency analysis, technical statistics, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis method were used. The results of the research were as follows. First, for the satisfaction level towards medical institutions for each class following each nation, Vietnam manifested highest satisfaction level when it comes to the public sanitation clinic, followed by the Philippines and China in the order listed. Meanwhile, Japan manifested the lowest satisfaction level. In case of the Asian medicine hospital, Japan manifested the highest satisfaction level contrary to the public sanitation clinic, followed by Philippines and China in the order listed. Meanwhile, Vietnam manifested the lowest satisfaction level. Second, 'satisfaction level towards nationality, education level, income, degree of adaptation and access to the medical institutions via transportation,' degree of adaptation towards the Korean society was manifested as an influential variable. As the degree of adaptation towards the Korean society increased, satisfaction level towards the degree of access to the medical institutions via transportation was proven to be high. Third, 'Nationality, education, income, hospital administration to help adapt the level of satisfaction' income if the first 1,5 million to 2,0 million won that low satisfaction than from 1 million to 1,5 million won and Higher of Korean society to adapt was higher Hospital Administrationon the level of satisfaction Conclusion: Nationality, education level, income, degree of adaptation towards the Korean society affect satisfaction level towards medical institutions. To increase the elements that increase the satisfaction level towards the medical institutions, multi-dimensional approach by each nationality, education level and income is required. In particular, it would be considered necessary to increase the level of adaptability to Korea.
Effects of Dan Jeon Breathing on Stress, Sleep Disturbance and Self-esteem of Hemodialysis Patients

This study was performed to examine the effects of Dan Jeon Breathing on stress, sleep disturbance and self-esteem of hemodialysis patients. This study used the nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Before applying the Dan Jeon Breathing program, the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, respectively, and were requested to report their self-ratings to measure their stress, sleep disturbance and self-esteem. The Dan Jeon Breathing program was given to experimental groups for 60 minutes a day and 2 times a week for 12 weeks. The data collected from the program were analyzed by means of
test, Fisher's exact probability test, Shapiro-Wilk and t-test. The analyses revealed that the stress(t=-2.95, p=.006) and sleep disturbance(t=-2.13, p=.041) levels of the experimental group decreased after Dan Jeon Breathing compared to those of the control group. The difference in self-esteem(t=2.44, p=.020) level was statistically significant. From the above results, it was verified that Dan Jeon Breathing could be used as nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients to mitigate their stress, sleep disturbance and to improve their self-esteem.

It is very critical to promptly maintain airway of cardiac arrest cases or serious traumatic cases. The purpose of this study is to compare intubation rate, successful rate and pre-/post-education self-confidence between laryngeal tube (LTS) and proseal laryngeal mask (PLMA), so that it may contribute to improving the ability of 119 emergency team - a pivotal role in pre-hospitalization process - to carry out advanced airway management. In order to achieve the purpose, total 60 paramedics (Class I) who worked for incumbent 119 emergency team were asked to join a practical experiment and were also divided into two groups (LTS group: 30 people, PLMA group: 30 people). In details, they were all asked to take 3 sessions of practice (5 minutes per session) using dummy model to quantitatively measure the time and success/failure of intubation and the change of their self-confidence. As a result, it was found that there were statistically significant differences in the time of intubation between LTS and PLMA group (p=.000), but there was no significant difference in the rate of successful intubation between these two groups, and self-confidence of two groups tended to significantly increase after experiment (p=.000). Conclusively, if it is necessary to promptly apply intubation to traumatic cases with immobilized cervical vertebral and lingual edema, LTS can be useful as an effective means of intubation. And it is expected that continuing intubation training using LTS will improve the ability of emergency team to perform advanced airway management for traumatic cases.
Factor Analysis of Core Values of Professionalism in Physical Therapy

The purpose of this study was to identify construct validity and reliability of instrument for professionalism in physical therapy using developed by American Physical Therapy Association for 470 physical therapists. The corrected data was analysed using confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency. Model of professionalism was adequate (p<.05) and consisted of 7 factors. Standardized coefficients of construct factor were followed by the integrity (
=.93), professional duty (
=.92), and compassion/caring (
=.86). There were significant difference in professionalism by career(p<.05) but not significant difference by sex(p>.05). Also, the internal consistency for sub-factor of professionalism demonstrated adequate reliability of the measure (Cronbach
=.80~.96). Because instrument for professionalism in physical therapy have a validity and reliability, it is useful for measuring professionalism in physical therapists.
The Influences of the Intensive Ankle Joint Strategy Training on the Muscular Strength and Balancing Ability in the Elderly Women

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of the intensive ankle joint strategy training on the muscular strength and balancing ability in the elderly women. The subject of this study were 30 elderly women aged from 65 to 80 and randomly assigned to three groups. For 6 weeks, two experimental groups took the training an hour every 3 days of a week. The results that measured the dynamometer, FRT, and SEBT after implementing general lower limbs exercise and the intensive ankle joint strategy training for 6 weeks showed that the changes in the control and experimental group I were not statistically significant while the changes in the experimental group II were statistically significant (p<.05). For the prevention of the elderlies from fall and the treatment approaches, it is deemed to be necessary additional studies on the diverse variables through the intensive training of the ankle strategy.
Relationship between the Oral Health, Oral Health Impact Profile and Total Health of Childcare Teacher

The purpose of the study is to investigate the factors affecting the quality life of oral health according to the knowledge and behavior related with oral health and childcare teachers. Total 205 childcare teacher who working in Busan participated in this survey. The knowledge on oral health has an effects on oral health practice with
=.155 and t=2.539 but this doesn't show meaningful effects on dietary pattern. Oral health is not affected by oral health practice with
=-.001, t=-.008 but dietary patterm has an effects on oral health impact profile with
=.172, t=2.560. Oral health impact profile show meaningful effects on total health index with
=.582, t=10.275. The results show that the oral health program for childcare teacher should be developed to prevent oral disease and oral health impact profile should be improved for not only childcare teachers but also children.
Factors Related between Clinical Health Management and Laparoscopy-Aided Gastrectomy Patients

This study was conducted to identify the factors related between clinical health management and laparoscopy-aided gastrectomy patients. Data were surveyed using interview and questionnaires by 201 patients who visited the surgical department of a general hospital which was located in Metropolitan area from January 16 to February 16, 2012. As a result of study, first, the degree of performativity was significantly positively correlated with efficiency(r=0.24, p<.01). Secondly, the explanatory power of the model in clinical health management was to 42.7% by selected variables. Thirdly, multiple regression analysis results showed that efficiency was investigated the most influential and significant factor to affect the degree of health management practices with 0.25(p=.02). In conclusion, in order to improve the health management level of laparoscopy-aided gastrectomy patients, it needs to develop and apply a comprehensive education program including the personal characteristics of performativity, self-achievement, and perceived barriers.
Usefulness of the PRESS Technique using 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy for Evaluation of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Patients

This study was to evaluate the clinical usefulness of the PRESS technique based on the correlation between PRESS technique and biopsy results by applying 3.0T high magnetic field MRS technique for evaluation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients. This experiment were carried out using a 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging equipment. The part data of each spectrum is taken by peak area integration. The part data of resonance peak was used to calculate relative ratio. MR spectral peak in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is from 0.9 to 1.6 ppm. According to MRS method study result, Patients with NAFLD were obtained with 94% sensitivity and 80% specificity(p=0.000). When compared to normal based on MRS and Biopsy results was valid correlation(r=0.79, p=0.04). Results for NAFLD(r=0.89, p=0.002) also showed a correlation. Therefore, PRESS technique to evaluate patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, the distribution difference between normal liver and fatty liver part is significantly distinguished. Biopsy and MRS fatty liver peak ratio(%) proves high lipid over grade(r = 0.7).
A study on the reduction on magnetic susceptible artifacts through the usage of silicon

This study used silicon that is similar to the density of the tissue of the human body to compensate for the uneven areas that are in contact with air in order to reduce susceptible artifacts. The subjects of the study were 16 normal people and the areas of the human body in which there are a lot of uneven areas with complicated structure and a lot of susceptible artifacts were formed since the surface area that comes into contact with the air is large were the areas that were chosen to be examined. A 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance device was used as the test equipment and SPIR images that are sensitive to magnetic differences were obtained as sagittal planes on a line that extended the metatarsal and the phalanges, including the middle of the longitudinal arc and the 5 distal phalanxes. The method of analysis was to reduce the susceptibility between the tissue and the air to discover the reduction of susceptible artifacts by comparing the SNR and CNR before and after applying silicon. A statistical analysis was utilized for the sample matching T examination. The results of the study revealed that the susceptible artifacts were reduced in the images of the uneven areas that were compensated and applied with silicon. In conclusion, this study did not affect the voxel but it was an innovative method of improvement that compensated for the fundamental issue of the difference in susceptibility between the air and the body. The application is simple and the study has great significance in that it proposed a method to reduce susceptible artifacts in a low cost and highly efficient manner.
The Effects of Basic Life Support Course for Healthcare Providers on the Knowledge and Attitude of Health Science College Students

This study aimed to identify the effects of Basic Life Support course for healthcare providers on the knowledge and attitude of the health science college students. The study was a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent pre-post test. The subjects included 140 health science college students from a D college in D city. BLS course for healthcare providers was given to the experimental group from August 3 to August 29, 2010. The knowledge and attitude of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were measured. The data were analyzed with
test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, paired t-test and ANCOVA using the SPSS/PC 12.0 win. For the CPR knowledge, a significant increase was observed in the experimental group (F=47.227, p<.001). For the CPR attitude, the experimental group were significantly increased compared to the control group (F=40.204, p<.001). The study showed that BLS Course for Healthcare Providers has positive effects on CPR knowledge and attitude for the health science college students. Subject related to CPR through the division of health science needs to be recommended and systemic and standard educational programs should be developed.
The Effect of applying Subsidiary step developed for CPR on the main stretcher during movement

CPR with minimized hands-off time is one of integral factors for the improvement of the survival rate of patients. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the installation of C-steps on the main stretcher to CPR accuracy and errors. The subjects in this study were 70 paramedics in 10 firehouses in the province of C(35 for control group, 35 for experimental group), and their CPR accuracy on the main stretchers was checked. As a result, it's found that the main stretchers equipped with the C-steps served to boost the accuracy of chest compression by creating suitable environments for that in terms of height and posture(t=65.104, p=.000), to improve the accuracy of artificial respiration by providing a proper amount of ventilation(t=5.207, p=.000), and to bolster the self-confidence of the paramedics about CPR(t=-10.612, p=.000). In conclusion, the mounting of C-steps on the main stretcher is expected to be of use for the improvement of the survival rate of cardiac-arrest patients by ensuring the precise performance of high-quality CPR.
Subjectivity on Abortion of Paramedic Student

The purpose of this study is to build a bioethical foundation for Paramedic students by identifying and explaining the subjective types and structures of the students' perception on abortion using Q-methodology. Forty statements as a Q sample are selected from the literature and in-depth interview, and P-sample consists of twenty nine junior Paramedic students. The collected data is analyzed by using a QUANL program. The analysis identified three types of the paramedic students' perception on abortion: The fetus-oriented decision type, The mother-oriented active decision type(n=15), The Type(n=9),and mother-oriented passive decision type(n=5). The three factors all had eigenvalues greater than 1.0 and explained 61.3% of the variance in responses. Based on the result of this research, type 1 focuses on the importance of life, whereas other types seem to demonstrate a self-centered mindse that puts more importance on self than the fetus. Therefore, bioethics courses, especially ones that deal with abortion, are crucial to those paramedic students who handle the lives of others.
Correlation between scope of practice and clinical paramedic properties

The aim of this study was to reveal correlation between scope of practice and clinical paramedic properties. from April 9 to May 12, 2012, one hundred and eighty-one clinical paramedics filled out anonymously to the questionnaire which includes gender, academic background, clinical career, clinical practice and medical direction. To analyse the collected data, Pearson's r at
=0.05 (two-tailed) was performed using IBM SPSS 19 (Chicago, IL, USA). One hundred and forty (77.4%) working at medical facilities, one hundred and four (57.5%) graduated from four-year colleges, seventy seven (42.5%) acquired paramedic certificate in 2010-2012, one hundred and twelve (61.9%) charted on nursing records, one hundred and sixteen (69.6%) had a good knowledge in scope of practice, one hundred and six (58.5%) thought of legal restriction & absence of direct medical direction leading to narrow clinical practice. Implementing practices and practices needed were thirty two. There were significant relationships in Likert scale 1-5 between paramedic competency and legal practice (p=0.039); implementing practice (p=0.006); practice needed (p=0.049); and overall (p=0.001). Also, between knowledge on scope of practice and implementing practice (p=0.003); overall (p=0.047); clinical career and legal practice (p=0.019); practice needed (p=0.002); and overall (p=0.002). However, these correlations were relatively low (r
0.238). The working condition of clinical paramedics was restricted by the Emergency Medical Services Systems Act, which requires a narrow scope of practice. This condition leads to the poor quality of emergency care, therefore the scope of practice in the act will be revised from specificism to generalism, from direct medical direction to indirect medical direction by means of quality management.
Status of Physical and Mental Function and, Its Related Factors Among the Elderly People Using from Long-Term Care Insurance Service

This study was performed to determine the levels of physical and mental functioning and to reveal its association with related factors in the elderly people received long-term care insurance services. The interviews were performed, during the period from February 16, to March 31, 2011, to 350 elderlies admitted long-term care insurance dwelling in Daejeon city and Chungchung provinces. As a results, the levels of IADL and MMSE-K in the elderly received home care insurance services was significantly higher than that of the elderly received facility care insurance services. But the levels of ADL and CES-D was not significant. Concerning correlation of ADL, IADL, CES-D and MMSE-K, the level of ADL was positively correlated with the level of IADL and MMSE-K, whereas negatively correlated with the level of CES-D. IADL was positively correlated with the level of MMSE-K, whereas negatively correlated with the level of CES-D. As a results of multiple regression analysis, the factors of influence with the level of ADL and IADL were selected the variables of amnesia, regular exercise and MMSE-K. The factors of influence the level of CES-D and MMSE-K were selected the variables of subjective health status, amnesia and IADL. AS a above results, the levels of physical and mental functioning in the elderly people received long-term care insurance services implies closely related with the health status and health-related behaviors.
A Status of Determinant of the Intention to Turnover for Dental Hygienists

This study purpose is assessment to intention of turnover for dental hygienists. The study population was dental hygienists who registered at conference of Korean Dental Hygienists Association. Finally 1,955 among 2,040 were finished the question and response(response rate 95.8%). Statistical analysis conducted using SPSS 18.0K for Windows. The difference on the distribution of independent variables related with experience of turnover analyzed with Chi-square test. The results of this research could be summarized as follows: The rate of the dental hygienists experienced of turnover was 46.8%. The unmarried dental hygienists were more intended than the married ones(p<0.001). More higher education group, more higher working experience group, more higher income group, more aged group had more turnover(p<0.001). The reason of turnover were environment of employment(night work, 23.7%), personal reasons(19.1%), conditions of employment(14.6%). Systematic Review of Research on Adherence among Hemodialysis Patients in Korea

The purpose of this study was to analysis instruments, identify relevant factors and analyze the effect size of intervention studies in reference to adherence among hemodialysis patients. Electronic literature searches were conducted for PubMed, CINAH, RISS, Naver academic, KISS, NDSL, Nanet, Kci, DBpia and KoreaMed. Of 437 studies identified, 37 met inclusion criteria, and 5 were used to estimate effect size. As a results, total of 11 original instruments were found, 61 factors were considered as relevant factors for adherence. Types of intervention were individual education program, self-care program using SMS, E-mail, or telephone counseling, supportive care program and drug education program. The effect size using random model effect was high (d=1.04, 95% CI: 0.60, 1.49, p<.00001).

In this paper, the guitar teaching program has been developed for who is difficult to learn guitar fingering. The guitar teaching system with ATmega 128 was programed using visual studio MFC program. The guitar fingering U/I program was investigated for beginners easy to learn the code and playing with guitar.

Although there are many patients who suffer from cold hypersensitivity and have a difficult time in living daily lives due to feeling cold at room temperature, it is about true that an accurate diagnostic method and an effective remedy for a cold hypersensitivity have not been developed yet. Therefore, in order to develop traditional medicine equipment for cold hypersensitivity, we have designed new oxygen chamber system which can diagnose cold hypersensitivity with multiple bionic sensors and supply a patient optimum amount of oxygen adaptively to the extent of their illness. In particular, diverging from conventional diagnosis based on the experience of doctor and subjective statements of patient, we introduced accurate method for diagnosis in comparing between output of multiple sensors and threshold derived from clinical trials. After all, the proposed oxygen chamber system will contribute to achieving scientific evidence and manufacturing of korean traditional medicine.
Broad Band Stop Filter Using Frequency Selective Surface Embeded in Microwave Transmission Line

This article presents a band-stop filter (BSF) by using a periodic structure property of frequency selective surfaces (FSSs) embedded in a microstrip transmission line. The proposed BSF is designed with FSS unit cells modifying the cross-loop slots. The BSF is interpreted with an equivalent circuit model and a dispersion diagram. The center frequency (fo) of the BSF is 6.6GHz. Proposed filter increases the number of unit cell. As a result, 3dB bandwidth is wider and insertion loss is reduced. Also, Facbricated BSF exhibits uniplanar geometry, simple fabrication.

In this paper, we proposed to model identification in frequency domain using relay feedback and Design of internal model controller(IMC) with Cascade controller. The parameters of controller in the inner loop are determined to minimize the integral of time multiplied by the absolute value of error (ITAE) value of performance Index. The controller of outer loop and parameters of IMC-PID controller can be obtain using identified model. The model identification is considered that it is the transient response and the steady-state response through the use of nyquist curve. Simulation examples are given to show the better performance of the proposed method than conventional methods.

In this paper, we designed a Chua's chaotic circuit using transcondcutor based nonlinear resistor for secure communication applications. Proposed chaotic circuit consist of passive devices such as L and C, a MOS based variable resistor and a transcondcutor based Chua's diode. From SPICE simulation results, the proposed circuit showed variable chaotic dynamics through time waveforms, frequency analysis and phase plots.

This paper deals with the Harmonics on the power lines in the computer room. The voltage and current at each phase of electric power from UPS to the load must be ensured less than 5% distortion rates according to the regulation terms from KEPC(Korea Electric Power Corporation) and the KSC4310 Uninterruptible Power Supply regulation. However, measurements show that the voltage distortion rate conforms those regulations but the current distortion rate exceeds much the limit. This current distortion is stabilized from 34.98% to 15.22% nearly half by an AC current filter.

Anonymity Certification Technique of a Smart Card base for Personal Information Protection

Regarding the official authentication method which is a strong encrypt method for financial transactions, there has recently been a concern for the problem of storage. As a solution for such problems, this study provides the anonymous authentication method based on the smart card used for such a purpose by utilizing the pseudo ID replacing the user's personal data. Such an anonymous authentication method makes it possible to prevent any inside leakage, intermediary attack, limited re-transmission attack, service-denying attack, directional safety attack and secret inspector attack in regard to the user's personal data. As a result, there would be no concern for the leakage of any personal data. In comparative analysis, after executing the comparison and analysis process through the experiment for the authentication process by using the previously-used smart card, the new one has shown about 10% a high level of efficiency for the encrypt and decrypt process together with excellent features in terms of flexibility in regard to the user's anonymity and tracking ability.
A Layer-based Dynamic Unequal Clustering Method in Large Scale Wireless Sensor Networks

An unequal clustering method in wireless sensor networks is the technique that forms the cluster of different size. This method decreases whole energy consumption by solving the hot spot problem. In this paper, I propose a layer-based dynamic unequal clustering using the unequal clustering model. This method decreases whole energy consumption and maintain that equally using optimal cluster's number and cluster head position. I also show that proposed method is better than previous clustering method at the point of network lifetime.
Method of Tunnel Incidents Detection Using Background Image

This study suggested a method of detecting an incident inside tunnel by using camera that is installed within the tunnel. As for the proposed incident detection method, a static object, travel except vehicles, smoke, and contra-flow were detected by extracting the moving object through using the real-time background image differencing after receiving image from the camera, which is installed inside the tunnel. To detect the moving object within the tunnel, the positive background image was created by using the moving information of the object. The incident detection method was developed, which is strong in a change of lighting that occurs within the tunnel, and in influence of the external lighting that occurs in the entrance and exit of the tunnel. To examine the efficiency of the suggested method, the experimental images were acquired from Marae tunnel and Expo tunnel in Yeosu of Jeonnam and from Unam tunnel in Imsil of Jeonbuk. Number of images, which were used in experiment, included 20 cases for static object, 20 cases for travel except vehicles, 4 cases for smoke, and 10 cases for contra-flow. As for the detection rate, all of the static object, the travel except vehicles, and the contra-flow were detected in the experimental image. In case of smoke, 3 cases were detected. Thus, excellent performance could be confirmed. The proposed method is now under operation in Marae tunnel and Expo tunnel in Yeosu of Jeonnam and in Unam tunnel in Imsil of Jeonbuk. To examine accurate efficiency, the evaluation of performance is considered to be likely to be needed after acquiring the incident videos, which actually occur within tunnel.

Currently, dozens of CCTVs are widely used in railway station for monitoring passengers in danger and security areas. The most frequent accidents occur at the platform area where passengers boarding the train. However, It is almost impossible that station operator monitors dozens of CCTV screens and recognizes immediately accidents and handle them. Therefore, railway platform monitoring system using image processing technology which automatically detects platform accidents is needed, and in order to that, preferentially, accurate determination of train state in the platform is required. In the paper, we propose train state detection algorithm for vision based railway platform monitoring system. the proposed algorithm determines four different states i.e. trains approach(IN), departure(OUT), stop(ON), and empty(OFF) of the train, in the platform. To evaluate the proposed algorithm, we present the train detection results for the Seoul Metro Line 4 Dongjak and Namtaeryeong Station.

Smart devices have made our daily life more intelligent and provided convenient life styles in which advanced interface and high speed LTE enable us to have proliferation of empirical Apps. This research has analyzed and evaluated Unstructured data from the users who experienced 'Hair Style Magic Mirror App' by focusing on emotional information. Further this study suggests some directions that the application development industry should take in the near future. The findings through Chi-Square analysis indicate that the application has not affected the overall satisfaction of the consumers; consumers received higher satisfaction in paid version of applications than free versions. Emotional Information analysis shows that users value the practicality of each application the most. Thus, the application developers should focus on practicality and sensitivity side corresponding to the demand of consumers.

In so many real estate development projects, there were strong needs to have a powerful tool to check feasibility of those projects. But there were not enough tool and measure to cover risk of real estate development and construction. Therefore I tried to find a real tool to measure investment value of development properly and efficiently, by means of case studies of many real estate development projects. Finally I found a fact that no tools of investment value analysis are perfect and efficient to hedge all kinds of risks in projects. Especially NPV(Net Present Value) and IRR(Internal Rate of Return) were not sufficient by themselves to measure investment value. So I found out that MIRR(Modified IRR), XIRR(X-IRR), ARR(Average Rate of Return), PP(Payback Period) and so on, would be supplementaries of proper and efficient investment value analysis.

This study is conducted to understand the different characteristic of the inner and outer spacing of Sarangche Numaru according to their geographical location conditions during its construction in 15-16th century. The results showed; first, for hill-type, the side of the Numaru that is in contact with the Sarang Madang makes a short side of Sarangche Numaru regardless of the Orientation and for flatland-type, the side of the Numaru in contact with the Sarang Madang makes a long side of Sarangche Numaru. Secondly, for hill-type, Sarang Madang is not focused as the main view, instead it supports the view of the mountains that are around however, for flatland-type, Sarang Madang is focused as the main view therefore, an inner garden is formed inside Sarang Madang. Lastly, for hill-type, Cho Shan is used as an appropriative landscape while for flatland-type, Sarang Madang is used as the main view and an inner garden is formed because of the diversification of Sarang Madang's function.
A Study on the Development of Smart Water Grid Service

The current society, namely information society is now moving to a specific topic which is SMART. In this sense, recently a variety of social areas including communications and SOC domains are moving fast to this topic. In Korea, The electric power area has been doing a pioneering job relatively successfully and the water supply area is just now taking the first step. The purpose of this research is to develop a technical Framework for Smart Water Grid Service. Related researches has been studied and the 4 constituting technical element areas were defined first. For each of the four areas, a framework modeling was fulfilled and as a result, a TRM(Technical Road Map) was suggested for each of the area. Finally, an Enterprise TRM covering all of the 4 areas was described. Furthermore, the currently suggested Framework model was compared to a related model and it was found that the integration of the models is desirable to wholly cover from Macro to Micro level applications and services. It is expected that the current approach contribute, more or less, to the smart implementation in the areas of water management.
A Real Scale Experimental Study for Evaluation of Permissible Shear Stresses on Vegetation Mats

By the activation of environment-friendly river works, application of vegetation mats is increasing, however, evaluation techniques for hydraulic stability of vegetation mats are not presented. This study is conducted to develop the objective test method for vegetation mats. Two kind of vegetation mats are tested by the real scale experiments, and hydraulic quantities are measured and analyzed to evaluate acting shear stresses. Roughness and shear stress are evaluated by 1 D non-uniform model. After each tests, changes in mat surfaces and sub-soil are evaluated, and from these evaluation, 3 types of mat surface damages and 2 types of sub-soil damages are presented. In the study, the case in which some damages in mat surface don't cause loss of sub-soil, is presented to be in the stable condition. Appling this stable condition and acting shear stresses, permissible shear stresses of vegetation mats are evaluated, and the results show that the reinforced mat with wire netting has more permissible shear stress.
A Study on the Estimation of Discharge in Unsteady Condition by Using the Entropy Concept

A discharge measurement is difficult in flood season which is especially important in the water resources field and the continuous discharge measurement for all rivers is impossible on the present system. So, the stage-discharge curve has been used for a long time to produce discharge data of rivers. However, there has been problems from a reliability angle due to the fact that this method uses only stage-discharge relationship, although the stage-discharge curve has the convenience. Therefore, a new mean velocity equation was derived by using Chiu's 2D velocity formula of the entropy concept in this paper. The derived equation reflected hydraulic characteristics such as the depth, gravity acceleration, hydraulic radius, energy slope, kinematic coefficient of viscosity, etc. and estimated also a maximum velocity. In addition, this method verified the relationship between a mean and maximum velocity and estimates an equilibrium state
well presenting properties of a river cross section as the results. The mean velocity was estimated by using the equilibrium state

To prove this equation to be accurate, the comparison between the measured and estimated discharge is conducted by using the measured laboratory data in the unsteady condition flow showing loop state and the results are consistent. If this study is constantly carried out by using various laboratory and river data, this method will be widely utilized in water resources field.

Recycling process of iron should be developed for efficient recovery of neodymium(Nd), rare metal, from acid-leaching solution of neodymium magnet. In this study,

Extraction of anti-microalgal material from Laminaria spp. and effect of oligo-alginate derivatives on membrane potential

Oligo-alginate derivatives were extracted from brown algae and its antimicroalgal effects and reaction mechanism were investigated. Oligo-alginate derivatives were produced from sequential hydrolysis of high molecular weight alginate by treatment of 2 N HCl and 1%
. Antimicroalgal activity of extracts was proportional to reaction time and activity was highest at 4 hrs. When oligo-alginate derivatives were treated to Akashiwo sanguinea and Cochlodinium polykrikoides, mobilities of cells were ceased. A. sanguinea cells were crushed and plasmolysis was induced in C. polykrikoides cells. To investigate the action mechanism of oligo-alginate derivatives, changes of intracellular (pHi) and extracellular pH (pHe) were determined in the microalgal cells exposed to 0.05% of oligo-alginate derivatives. pHi was decreased about 0.3 unit and pHe was increased about 0.9 unit. These results suggested that change of membrane potential by oligo-alginate derivatives could led to microalgal cell death.
Development of a Measurement Tool for Radiation Safety Regulations

The aim of the study was to develop an objective measurement tool, which could measure radiation safety regulations as an advanced research to draw evidentiary conclusions for the rationalization of radiation safety regulations as organizations continuously increase consumption of radiation material. The survey was based on the contents of Vol 1~21 of US NRC NUREG 1556 (Consolidated Guidance About Materials Licenses) and material from the Nuclear Safety Act which was based on radiation safety managers who are responsible for about 10% of the domestic registered organizations for radiation usage. As a result of the analysis, 3 main causes were extracted based on 20 questions. Each causes were named as Cause 1: 'Radioactive Safety Regulations Requirements', Cause 2: 'Compatibility of Actual Safety Regulation', and Cause 3: 'RI/RG radiation Source Classification' respectively. The dispersal explanations of each causes were explained in total of 60.417% by 40.140% of Cause 1, 13.721% of Cause 2, and Cause 3 for 6.556% If radiation safety regulation standards are drawn using the radiation safety regulation measurement tool, which is suggested in this study, this could be not only comply with international standards but also could be used to propose a practical standard to domestic radiation safety managers.
Production of antibodies for saxitoxin analysis and sensitivity analysis of anti-saxitoxin antiserum

The most essential but missing components to understand and use toxic substances from marine microalgae are developing the fast, easy and economical determining technology for detecting it. In this paper we produced the antibodies against saxitoxin (STX). Mariculture keyhole limpet hemocyanin (mcKLH) and ovalbumin (OVA) were used as carrier proteins. mcKLH-STX conjugates were injected into the peritonial cavity of BALB/c mouse for immunization. After bleeding from mouse, anti-STX antiserum was isolated. Indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) was performed to determine antiserum titer using the microtiter plate coated with free STX and OVA-STX. A goat anti-mouse IgG-phosphatase conjugate was used as secondary antibody to enable chromogenic reaction. Reactions of anti-STX antiserum were very specific on the OVA-STX and free STX. Sensitivity of anti-STX antiserum on STX was very high and STX detection limit was to be 64.9 ng/kg for indirect ELISA.
