A Study on Insert Injection Molding for BLDC Motor Stator

Insert injection molding is a process in which molten plastic is injected into a mold that contains a pre-placed insert. During the injection stage, the insert can be deformed by the pressure applied by the polymer melts. The deformation of the insert changes the width of the flow path around the insert, which can cause several defects such as short shots or warpages of the parts. In order to reduce the deformation of the insert, it is important to achieve successful design of gating system, insert geometry, and molding conditions. In the present study, the insert deformations that occured during the injection molding of the BLDC motor stator were investigated by numerical analyses. The gate location and the insert shape were modified to reduce the insert deformation. Finally, the injection molding with the modified designs was carried out, and it was confirmed that the insert deformation was reduced.
Failure Behavior of Laser Cladding Layer used by Fe-based Bulk Metallic Glass

In this study, Fe-based bulk amorphous alloy powder manufactured using gas atomization fabrication was used for laser welding. the fracture behavior of welding layer were analyzed. Tensile test results show that the destruction occurred immediately after the elastic deformation, After plastic deformation of the substrate, the destruction occurred. The actual maximum tensile strength of the welding layer and the substrate are 959.9MPa and 220.4MPa. welding layer were each
to the substrate and the actual microhardness, The welding layer has very high hardness. The welding layer showed a very weak fine acicular structure. The base material was shown in the micro structure appear a coarse grain. SEM observations of the fracture after the tensile test. Fracture morphology of the base metal and the welding layer showed ductile fracture and brittle fracture, respectively.

Scribing is cutting process to determine production amount and characteristic of LED chip. So it is an important process for fabrication of LED chip. Mechanical process and conventional scribing process with laser source has several problems such as thermal deformation, decreasing of material strength and limitation of cutting region. To solve these problems, internal laser scribing process that generates void in wafer and derives self-crack has been researched. However, studies of sapphire wafer cutting by internal laser scribing process for fabrication of LED chip are still insufficient. In this paper, cutting parameters were determined to apply internal laser scribing process for sapphire wafer for fabrication of LED chip. Then, foundation of cutting condition was established to set up internal laser scribing system through investigation of cutting characteristics by several experiments.
Investigation of the lotus leaf effect using the scanning probe microscopes

This paper has studied the lotus effect of the biomimetic engineering that is inspired from the nature. The biomimetic engineering has been improved with the nanotechnology. This paper has observed the hydrophobic property of the surface of the lotus leaf by using the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM). The nano-scale of the hydrophobic lotus leaves are maximized the surface tension of water. The general grass leaf has been compared with the lotus leaf through the SEM and AFM - in the viewpoint of the 2D and 3D morphology. Also, The pre-existing of the hydrophobic theory was investigated and compared with the experimental observations for the lotus leaf.
Prediction of the Structural Safety of a Relief Valve Using Metamodel

A relief valve is a mechanical element to keep safety by controlling high pressure. Usually, the high pressure is relieved by using the spring force and letting the fluid to flow from another way out of system. When its normal pressure is reached, the relief valve can return to initial state. The relief valve should be designed for smooth operation and should satisfy the structural safety requirement under operating condition. The commercial software ANSYS/WORKBENCH is utilized for flow and structural analysis. Very high pressure may cause structural problem due to severe stress. A Study on the Structure Analysis Optimization of Die Cam Drive Considering the Thin Plate Hardening

According to the forming or bending deformation in the press die, the thin plate occurs a work-hardening, the sheet hardening and cam unit's deformation causes incomplete forming during the cam molding process by the reacting spring forces. This study treated the input parameters of the stress and strain as given properties and also used Cam forming pressure considering the sheet hardening in the forming process of the aluminum sheet. The Hyperstudy are operated be linked with the Abaqus of the finite element analysis tool and the shape of Cam were carried out with non-linear shape optimization analysis. As a result removing the deformation of plate, the cam shape were optimized under conditions reduced deformation, having a minimum stress range and the minimum deformation. Therefore, a stress-strain curve and a normal distribution of stress-thickness can be obtained and optimization could be obtained for the shape of the stress and strain on the die plate hardened cam considering the thickness and reaction force of gas spring as iteration process.
An Experimental Study on Air-Side Performance of Fin-and-Tube Heat Exchangers Having Compound Enhanced Fins Under Wet Condition

In this study, wet surface heat transfer and friction characteristics of compound enhanced fin-and-tube heat exchangers were experimentally investigated. Louver-finned heat exchangers were also tested for comparison purpose. The effect of fin pitch on j and f factor was negligible. Both j and f factor decreased as number of tube row increased. Compound enhanced fin samples yielded higher j and f factors than louver fin samples. For one row, j and f factors of compound enhanced fin samples were 11% and 43% higher than those of louver fin samples. For two row, those were 8% and 50%, and for three row, those were 17% and 53%. Heat transfer capacities at the same pressure drop of the compound enhanced fin samples were 2.0% for one row, 3.1% for two row and 8.4% for three row larger than those of louver fin samples, Data were compared with predictions of existing louver fin correlations.
Process and Die Design of Square Cup Drawing for Wall Thickening

Recently, thin and light-weight production technologies are needed in IT industry in accordance with increase of the smart phones and mobile PC products. In order to make light and high rigidity products, engineering plastic and aluminum materials are frequently used in products appearance and frame hat support structure. Especially aluminum extrusion and CNC Brick processes are widely used for high strength and high rigidity technology. But extrusion method has constraints to apply exterior design and CNC Brick process has relatively high production cost and low speed of manufacturing. In this research, a new process method is introduced in order to reduce material cost and to improve manufacturing speed dramatically. Plate forging process means basically that thickening of local wall area thickness after deform exterior shape by deep drawing and bending process. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the waste of material and the manufacturing time. In this study the process of plate forging is designed using finite element program AFDEX-2D and the thickness and the width of initial deformed blank. And it is verified as a sample which is a part of laptop developed through the proposed plate forging method.
Performance Comparison of Fin-Tube Type Evaporator using R134a and R1234yf under the Frost Condition

The low temperature distribution of the refrigerated and frozen food has been increased gradually. Refrigeration industry is using R134a refrigerant, which GWP is 1300. R1234yf is an alternative refrigerant of R134a because GWP of R1234yf refrigerant is just 4. Evaporator used in refrigeration truck refrigeration system is operated on low temperature condition. Accordingly, evaporator is formed frost and the formation of frost is rapidly decreased performance of evaporator. In this study, the performance of evaporator using R134a and R1234yf refrigerant was analyzed with operating conditions under frost condition. As a result, the performance of R134a evaporator according to air inlet temperature, relative humidity and evaporating temperature was more sensitive than R1234yf evaporator. Besides, the frost growth of R134a evaporator is steeper than that of R1234yf one.
Interoperability Test and Testing Tool for Railway Signaling System

Railway signaling system is the vital control system in charge of the core for safely train operation, its functional safety must be checked through sufficient verification. Until now, to verify the interoperability of developed railway signaling system, the on-site testing approaches have been applied after testing in laboratory with simulator. This approaches are some limited range of interoperable verification, so more systematic verification interoperability is required. In this paper, the three phases of interoperability verification for railway signaling system was proposed, and methodology for each phases are represented. And also The interoperability validation methodology and supported testing tool for railway signaling system is represented in this paper
A Study on the Enterprise Value Analysis using AHP and Logit Regressions

The dissertation presents the portfolio construction method using the score sheet so that general investors can utilize it easily. This study draws the significant variables to contribute the enterprise value and suggests the combined models by applying the single methodology, which private investors can easily utilize. The results of the research can be classified into 2 areas. Firstly, the significantly affecting variables were selected for analyzing the enterprise value. The variables and the method for the enterprise value analysis were studied from the existing researches to choose the optimal variables. The variables were identified by using AHP method and the structure equation method from the investigation of the previous researches. And the critical variables were added extracted from the common denominator of variables which the 3 grue investors used for their investment. The final variables identified are dividend yield, PER, PBR, PCR, EV/EBITDA, ROE, net income, sales growth rate, net current asset, debt ratio, current ratio, rate of operating profits, ratio of operating profit to net sales, ratio of net income to net sales, net profit to total assets, EPS growth rate, inventory turnover ratio, and receivables turnover. Second, the new methodologies for forecasting enterprise value modifying the existing methods were developed. The result of the Logistic regression analysis for forecasting showed that the equation could not be suitable as the accuracy with 91.98%.
A Study on the Effect of Psychological Anxiety Factors Perceived by Sky Divers on Self-confidence at the time of Sky Diving

This study was carried out to analyze how psychological anxiety factors perceived by sky divers at the time of sky diving affect self-confidence. To that end, a survey was executed on 150 sky divers and 123 questionnaires were selected for the final analysis with SPSS v.21. Major findings of the study are as follows: first, sky divers use stretching and breathing the most to cope with stress-related symptoms; second, psychological anxiety and self-confidence were different in religion, age and the number of sky diving; third, sky divers' psychological anxiety affects self-confidence negatively. This study will contribute to developing a program to help sky divers enhance psychological coping techniques to reduce anxiety while increasing self-confidence at the time of sky diving.
The effects of corporate governance on the borrowing costs

This paper investigates the impact of corporate governance structure on the firm's debt costs under different governance environments. We find that after the 2008 banking crisis, family firms with controlling shareholders benefit from lower debt cost through the strong control rights of dominating large shareholders, compared with the firms with diversified minority-shareholders. Foreign investors are related statistically to the higher cost of debt. Before the 2008 banking crisis, cash flows and growth potentials are positively associated with the firm's cost of debt.
Valuation Effects of Corporate Social Responsibility: The Evidence from Supply Contracts in Korea

We examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility activities on the value of corporations through the supply contracts with customers, one of important stakeholders. The analyses using KEJI index and supply contract announcements show that the likelihood of involving in a supply contract is lower and the announcement return is lower when CSR performance is higher. However, this negative effect of CSR is different across the level of CSR performance. The negative effects of CSR do not exist in the firms with highest level of CSR performance while most of the negative effects are concentrated in the firms with mediocre performance in CSR. These results indicate that market recognizes not best CSR activities but mediocre CSR activities as sacrifice of shareholder value.
A Study on the Factor Demand Structure of Sweet Persimmon

This study analyzes the factor demand structure of sweet persimmon as a part of finding out cost cutting measures. Income and cost data from 2001~2013 Agricultural Income Survey are used for placing the translog cost function and estimating price elasticies and cross elasticities of labor, capital and intermediate input. The result shows that own price elasticities of all factors are small in absolute terms. Additionally the result indicates capital and intermediate input cannot be a substitution for labor, which is a top-line cost-share. It means that the demand for labor cconstitutionally can't be reduced in a short time. This implies that cost reduction should be done focusing on intermediate input, particularly on fertilizer and materials which have higher price elasticity of demand.
The Relationship among Coaches' Transformational Leadership, Exercise Flow, and Repurchase Intention in Sports Centers

This study empirically analyzed the effects of coaches' transformational leadership on customers' exercise flow and repurchase behavior. Using two hundred seventy-five questionnaires, first, charisma, individual consideration, and intellectual stimulation had a positive effect on cognitive and behavioral flow. Second, only individual consideration increased repurchase intention. Third, cognitive flow promoted repurchase intention, but behavioral flow was not statistically significant. Lastly, there was no indirect effect on the relationship among the variables. The results may prove valuable to coaches' understanding how to enhance customers' exercise flow and may improve marketers' strategic planning decisions to attain organizational goals.
An analysis on the propriety of pilot project and the Management Performance in Korea's new technology adaptation Farming

The purpose of this study is to analyze the outcomes of experts' survey for Cultivation techniques of good seed bulb in garlics program, purpose of introduction, and performance analysis this program. As a result of survey on new technology adoption to be cultivated in cultivation techniques of good seed bulb in garlics, technique satisfaction scored the highest with 4.3 points whereas innovation scored 4.21 points. On the other hand, risk scored the lowest with 2.53 points. Also, using BMO model business attractiveness and business fit scored 44 points, 45points respectively. Thus, the project rate of success were analyzed by more than 80 per cent. Finally, the management performance is analyzed on the garlic farms by selecting the highest awareness collected. As a result of effects after new technology adoption, 43% of the surveyees stated that the relative management costs dramatically decreased, and increase in production.
The Necessity and Possibility of Punitive Damages System for the accident prevention

Large accidents such as the recent to the ringing years Pat disaster they become apparent in the human resources, the cause of the accident is also the site corresponding manual member and management blind spots, are aggregated such as safety frigidity. Big problem is safe frigidity of workplace than accident. It is also a reason to introduce a punitive damages system in offices and business owners that caused the direct safety accident from this point. Punitive damages agent and compensation for mental damage, by so as to compensate for far more money than the actual damages, which carry a punishment nature to prevent a situation where the tort is repeated. Currently, it admits "compensatory damages system" corresponding to the damage that gave basically damage by law, but are subject to criticism that not properly relief victims. However, there is a need for the introduction of punitive damages system for safety accident prevention. This is, this system, while to prevent the recurrence of the reverse safety accident, strive to investment and management for safety, healthy companies can operate in the direction of giving more opportunities, national companies that are ignoring and threatening the safety, but to leave because the match also to social justice.
The Moderating Effect of Unconditional Self-Acceptance on the Relationship between Perfectionism and Multicultural Attitude

This research aimed to investigate the relations of perfectionism and multicultural attitude upon a premise that sub-factors of the perfectionism : self-oriented perfectionism, other-oriented perfectionism and socially-prescribed perfectionism are related to multicultural attitude and to examine the moderation effect of self-acceptance on the relation between perfectionism and multicultural attitude. The questionnaires designed to measure multidimensional perfectionism, unconditional self-acceptance and multicultural attitude were administered to 258 office workers in Seoul and Gyeoggi-Do. The results from correlation analysis and regression analysis were as followed. First, sub-factors of the perfectionism was partially associated with sub-factors of multicultural attitude. In particular two sub-factors of the perfectionism : 'self-oriented perfectionism', 'other-oriented perfectionism' yielded effect on multicultural attitude, controlling the effects of other subscales. Second, unconditional self-acceptance moderated the relation between 'self oriented perfectionism' and sub-factor of the multicultural attitude : 'recognizing difference'. And unconditional self-acceptance moderated the relation between 'socially prescribed perfectionism' and sub-factors of the multicultural attitude : 'recognizing difference', 'openness and acceptance'. This present findings not only extend understandings about relationship between perfectionism and multicultural attitude by examining self-concept : unconditional self-acceptance but also provide that it isn't helpful that further support and rationale for unconditional self-acceptance as intervention for targets to focus in counseling process for those who suffer from perfectionism.
The Effect of Yoga and Pilates Training on Obesity Indexes, muscle mass in each body part and Physical Fitness in Male College Students

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Yoga and Pilates training on the obesity indexes, muscle mass in each body part and physical fitness of male college students in an effort to provide some clinical information on exercise prescription. The subjects in this study were 20 selected obese male students. A yoga group and a pilates group were organized with 10 students each, and the training was provided for 12 weeks, 5 times a week, 90 minutes each. The findings of the study were as follows: First, both of yoga and pilates made significant differences to obesity indexes(an increase in skeletal muscle mass, a decrease in BMI, a decrease in body fat rate and a decrease in WHR), to muscle mass in each body part(an increase in muscle mass on the right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg, and left leg), and to physical fitness(an increase in lower extremity muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, left balance and right balance). Second, pilates exercised a more signifiant influence than yoga on an increase in skeletal muscle mass, the improvement of muscle mass in each body part(an increase in muscle mass on the right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg and left leg), and the improvement of balance(left and right). Third, yoga had a more significant impact on a decrease in BMI, body fat rate and WHR. Given the findings of the study, yoga and pilates seem to be efficient exercise programs to improve the obesity indexes of obese male college students and promote their health.
Productivity and Growth Performance Differentials by Firm Size in Korean Manufacturing

This paper investigates the differentials in productivity and growth performance between small and medium size and large size firms in Korean manufacturing industries. According to the empirical analysis based on the Mining and Manufacturing Survey of Statistics Korea, this paper finds the following facts. First, the level of contribution of capital deepening on the growth rate of output(value added) is relatively greater in the small and medium size firm group, while the level of contribution of total factor productivity on the growth rate is relatively greater in the large size firm group. Second, the productivity polarization among the firms has increased relatively greater in the large size firm group over the past decade.

Suggestion for Change in Risk Management Based Government Quality Assurance Activities of Military Supplies

Recently, Recently, many quality problems in military supplies are raised such as K-series weapons(K-2 tank, K-9 Self-propelled artillery and K-11 Armoured Car and etc.) quality issues, leaking combat shoe issue and so on. Existing one and only national quality assurance agency for military supplies, Defense Agency for Technology and Quality(DTaQ) adapted risk management based framework to perform the government quality assurance activities. However, risk framework established by DTaQ seems lack of objectivity, consistency and efficiency. In this research, we first reviewed the DTaQ's regulations to identify the possible problems, and then suggested the alternatives which are based on advanced risk management framework and plan-do-check-action(PDCA) cycle. In conclusion, we suggested the new risk management framework, so called visual PDCA fishbone chart, and illustrated the use of the framework via real instance.

This study explored the prospects and tasks of accreditation system for instructional materials and equipment in early childhood education. Various aspects of accreditation system, such as necessities of evaluation system, thoughts regarding evaluation system, necessities of categorizing standards, and necessities of constructing accreditation system were discussed based on previous research. Also other aspects of accreditation system which were not considered in the previous research, such as thoughts related with instructional materials and equipment being evaluated and considerations regarding evaluation indexes were explored.

It should be given the opportunity to acquire information about the health of infants for a new type of way of life with the passage of time, of which the internet is a lot of people are required to use the media in the modern world. So, we want to find out the status of kindergarten teachers' internet utilizing and how to utilize the internet health information on field. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of improvement. We produce this research based on a precedent study about perception and actual condition of health information utilizing. The objects of this study are 180 kindergarten teachers working in Dae-jeon and most of them have experience of searching health information through internet. The collected data calculated frequency and percentage with SPSS 18.0 program. As a result, first, kindergarten teachers think the information of infants' health is relatively important, still they obtain it from the Internet. But they feel a difficulty in finding the proper information because it takes so much time. Second, they utilize the Internet whenever necessary to find health information and they could find it. However, health information obtained from the Internet, have not been unexpectedly useful. Therefore, training about the content of infant's health and utilizing method of internet health information is needed.
A Study on the Importances, Usages, and Contributions of IT system between Line and Project base processes

IT system in supply chain management(hereafter, SCM) has been regarded as one of competitive advantage to win over competing supply chain. SCM participants rush to adopt IT system to be agile for changing environment. Companies expect the improvement of the process integration over the supply chain, which enhance the overall SCM performance. IT system has been considered to influence on effective communication over the wall of firm boundaries. But, the profitability or the effectiveness of IT investment are controversial. This study try to reemphasize the importance of IT system considering the differences of processes, and the influences on the collaboration of supply chain participants. We want to know the perception level of functional managers for the importances, usages, and contributions of IT system in manufacturing sector. Also, we compare the different perception for collaborative SCM among supplier, buyer, and employees of buyer, and try to understand the context in which the IT investment acceptance occurs. We collected 297 responses(199 from line process and 98 from project process respectively). Results show that the importances, usages, and contributions of IT system are higher in the line process than in the project process.
Establish of Evaluation level in Public Management System using Policy Evaluation Framework in Urban Renewal Project

This study targets to recognize needs of adopting public management system in Urban Renewal Project. and to establish evaluation level of public management system using policy evaluation framework for establishing perspective and systemic level. Also, this study constructed basic principles as expanded concept like Public, expertise, participation, rationality, and sustainability based on previous studies and expert opinion. AHP analysis results are following. In case of upper level, post management and continuity are important factors. Also in case of under level, making stable economic system, honest operating system, reducing development costs, local development with self-sufficiency were important factors. through empirical results, the implications are following. First, public management system needs to develop a consistent principle from planning step to post management. Second, it is essential point that continuous retraining between involved people and drawing residents participate in progress activity. Third, when evaluating public management system, it is need that emphasize non-physical factor like conflict issue between stakeholder.
The Influence of Organizational Collectivism and Individualism on Affective Commitment: Comparative Study of Korea and China

In Korean companies, traditional collectivism have been merged into individualism caused by meritocracy. In order to better understanding about change of cultural characteristics, we examine the relationship between collectivism / individualism and person-environment fit. The data was obtained from 203 employees working in 5 Korean company and 173 employees in 4 companies in China. Results confirmed that collectivism increases employee's person-environment fit (person-organization, person-supervisor, person-coworker) and further leads to high levels of affective organizational commitment. The moderating roles that individualism play upon the relationships between collectivism and person-environment fit (person-organization, person-supervisor, person-coworker) were also investigated. Results confirmed that individualism enhance the impact collectivism has upon person-environment fit. In addition, this study found the significantly difference between Korea and China in effect of collectivism on person-environment fit. Lastly, the study also has explored theoretical and practical implications and the limitations of this research as well as the future directions of research.
A Comparative Analysis of the Market Reaction to the Stock Investment Proverbs

This study is about what effect the proverb of the stock has on the investment behavior by the stock investors. It confirmed if the investors knew the stock proverb that had been used in the stock market for a long time, examined the stock investors applied this content to the real investment process, analyzed if the application influenced the investment result. For this, this study selected total 29 stock proverbs about the investment principle, diversified investment, item selection, time of buying and selling, and value tendency which were being used in the stock market and frequently quoted in the stock-related literature to conduct a questionnaire targeting 191 stock investors and analyze the result. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed the investors of 14% applied the stock proverb to invest and created the profit through it. It is expected the stock investors and the stock market used the analyzed stock proverb statistics through these helpful study and results to apply to the stock investment.
The Effects of Perceived Consumption Value on Brand Identification, Emotional Commitment and Behavioral Commitment

The purpose of this study is to identify consumers' perceived consumption values and to examine the causal relationship between perceived consumption values, brand identification, emotional Absorption and behavioral commitment. Undergraduate students(N=210) were participated in the survey and the structural equation modeling was utilized for data analysis. The results of this study show that; first, psychological value and personality value have positive effects on brand identification but there was no significant relationship between functional value and brand identification; second, brand identification have positive effects on emotional commitment and behavioral commitment; third, the relationship between emotional commitment and behavioral commitment was not significant; fourth, the effect of psychological value on brand identification was higher than the effect of personality value on brand identification. Based on these results, several recommendations for company are discussed and future research directions are outlined.
The Impacts of CEOs' Entrepreneurial Orientation and Network Capability on Firm Performance

The value of social network and entrepreneurial orientation has widely been acknowledged as a critical resource of business success. However, the previous studies did not specify each role and conceptually have examined them as separate antecedents of firm performance. This study develops propositions concerning network capabilities and investigates the moderating effects of network structures (degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality) on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance. This research conducted with a sample of 115 small consulting companies in Korea. The findings indicate that closeness centrality moderates the relationship between proactiveness and performance. Also, the combination of betweenness centrality and proactiveness exerts a positive impact on performance. Accordingly, degree centrality enhances the influence of innovativeness on performance. In particular, betweenness centrality exacerbates the influence of risk-taking on performance against our expectation. Overall, these findings conclude the synergistic effects of network capability and entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance. Finally, practical implications and academic propositions are presented regarding the way firms could most effectively utilize entrepreneurial orientation and network capability to maximize firm performance.
Mediating effects and Moderating effects of Anticipated Risks, Anticipated Benefits in the relationships between Academic Burnout and Life Satisfaction

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of anticipated risks and anticipated benefits on the relationship between academic burnout and life satisfaction. The participants of this study were 326 university students and analyses for this study was conducted by using PASW 18.0 and Amos 8.0. The major achievements were as follows; anticipated risks confirmed partially mediating variable between academic burnout and life satisfaction. That is, academic burnout had some effect on life satisfaction through anticipated risks. Also, anticipated risks confirmed moderating variable between academic burnout and life satisfaction. Finally, the needs of development about the counseling and the education approaches as a special intervention was discussed, and that approaches were reflected academic burnout and anticipated risks to be reduced. And limitations and implications of subsequent further study were suggested in this research.
A Study of 3D Printing of Self-Customization Cast by Using Fused Deposition Modeling Technique of ABS Resin

In this study, we have tried to use 3D-printing technology, which is very useful for small amount production and individual personalization manufacturing to produce a cast customized by individual. To do this, we have made casts by the 3D printer in the method of fused deposition modeling technique using ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) resin which is thermoplastic plastics. The computed tomography of human hand part was used as the modeling of the cast and it was designed to circulate air well. As a result, an individual personalized cast that fitted well with the model part was produced. In addition, we could get more excellent radiography from the cast than the existing cast. In conclusion, this study of 3D-printing could be used as basic data when a similar designed structure in fused deposition modeling technique by ABS resin is printed out.
The effect of parental social support on the transition to college life and career identity of nursing undergraduate college students

The purpose of this study was to examine influential factors for the transition to college life and career identity of nursing students and what changes social support from parents brought about to them by academic year. The subjects in this study were 542 selected students who majored in nursing in four-year universities located in Seoul and the provinces. A self-administered survey was conducted to find out their general characteristics, social support from fathers and mothers, college adjustment and career identity. A hierarchical regression analysis was made to determine how social support from parents affected the college adjustment and career identity of the nursing students. Social support from parents had an impact on their college adjustment and career identity. The factors that affected college adjustment were academic year, satisfaction level with major and emotional support from mothers, and the factors that impacted on career identity were academic year, satisfaction level with major and informative support from fathers. In order to facilitate the college adjustment of nursing students, professors should try to develop efficient learning methods, meet with parents to inform them of the necessity of social support, share information on the major field of study and learning methods, and provide an opportunity for students to communicate with graduates or students who are years ahead of them in college so that they could have a better understanding of majoring in nursing.
The Relationship between Emotional intelligence, Academic self-efficacy and self-leadership among Nursing Students

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence, academic self-efficacy, and self-leadership among nursing students. Subjects were 230 nursing students in South Korea. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from September 1 to 30, 2015, and analyzed using frequencies, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression using SPSS Win 18.0. Self-leadership was significantly positively correlated with emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy in nursing students. Students with higher emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy showed higher self-leadership. Emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy explained 40.2% of the total variance in self-leadership among nursing students. Therefore, to increase nursing students' self-leadership, it is necessary to develop and test programs to ensure an improvement in emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy among nursing students.
Empathy and Clinical Practice Stress in Nursing Student

This study was conducted to identify the level of empathy and clinical practice stress and the relationship between empathy and clinical practice stress in nursing students. Data were collected from 252 nursing students between 1st September and 31st December 2013. 249 questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The mean scores of empathy level in the subcategories for perspective taking 3.57, fantasy 3.59, empathic concern 3.72 and personal distress 3.15 were above median and the mean score for clinical practice stress 3.03 was above median. Clinical practice stress positively correlated with personal distress on empathy. These findings indicate that there is a need to manage personal distress on empathy for nursing students with high level of personal distress to lessen stress in clinical practice of nursing students.
Critical Thinking Disposition, Professional Self-Concept and Moral sensitivity in Nursing students

The aim of this study was to examine relations among critical thinking disposition, professional self-concept and moral sensitivity in nursing students. This study was conducted on 280 nursing students between March 3th 2015 and March 10th. 2015. The data was analyzed by using SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Moral sensitivity significantly differed depending on one's experience in biomedical ethic education. Significant positive correlations were witnessed between critical thinking disposition and professional self-concept as well as between critical thinking disposition and moral sensitivity. Considering the results, the ways to develop critical thinking disposition and to ameliorate the current clinical training system are needed to firmly establish professional self-concept. Finally, I Suggest a study to develop and validate training program for the improvement of nursing students' moral sensitivity.
The Autonomy, Nursing Performance based on the Awareness and satisfaction of EMR System for Nurses

The purpose of this study was to examine relations on the autonomy, nursing performance based on the awareness and satisfaction of electronic medical record system for nurses. This Study was a descriptive survey design using convenience sampling. There were 194 general hospital nurses, who agreed to participate in this study, taken a structured questionnaire during august 2013. SPSS 20.0 version was used for descriptive analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficiency. The major findings of this study were as follows. The mean score on the awareness of EMR was 3.68, the mean score on the satisfaction was 3.47 and nursing autonomy mean score was 3.25, nursing performance mean score was 3.55. There were significant differences in the awareness according to working field and computer certificate. There were significant differences in satisfaction depending on whether they held computer certificates Head nurses and the above scored significantly higher in nursing performance compared to nurses at the lower position. Also, higher awareness was significantly related to higher satisfaction. Higher satisfaction was significantly related to higher nursing autonomy and performance. The findings of this study imply that nurses need to raise their EMR awareness and satisfaction and make best used of their qualification with their computer certificate.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the emotional quotient of emotional laborers working in a social space on their vocational emotional satisfaction, including job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research subjects were 58 registered nurses in care units at a University hospital located in K city of Korea and 48 Secondary schoolteachers. Data were collected from June 15 throughout June 22, 2014. Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 program, using statistical methods including Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. It was found that there was a significant correlation between emotional quotient of emotional laborers, vocational emotional satisfaction, job satisfaction, organizational commitment. That is, the higher the emotional quotient of emotional laborers, the better the vocational emotional satisfaction, job satisfaction and the organizational commitment was. It could be the baseline data for providing working conditions and efficient system of emotional laborer.
Difference in the Quality of Life and Related Factors according to the Employment Status

The purpose of study is to find difference in the quality of life and related factors according to the employment status. Using data from the fifth National Health and Nutrition Survey, economically active population of 20-69 years old 3,429 participants who said to questions of 'economic activity status' were finally used as analysis subjects in Korea. According to economic activity status, individuals were divided by the six different employment status and their quality of life was inspected using the EQ-5D dimensions and index score as well as analyzing the factors affecting the quality of life. As a result, unemployed compared to full-time workers, had significantly higher needs of four dimensions and Unpaid family workers had in the dimensions of Mobility, Self-care and Usual activities and temporary job had in the dimensions of Self-care and Usual activities. After figuring out life quality factors according to employment status, it was found that compared to full-time workers greater age(

, p<0.0001), hyperlipidemia(
, p<0.0001), stroke, arthritis(
, p<0.0001), respiratory diseases(
, p<0.001) and chronic health conditions were more influential to low quality of life for temporary job(

, p<0.01). The study is reported that it is to find difference in the quality of life and related factors according to the employment status and it is considered to provide basis for health evaluation of utilization in the same field of study.
The Effects of Performance of Public Health Services and Personal Characteristics on Community Image of Public Hospitals

This study purposes to identify the effects of performance of public health services (PHS) and personal characteristics on community image to public hospitals. The subjects of this study were 33 public hospitals and 1,789 community residents. The data of '2011 Public hospital evaluation programme' were utilized in this study. The personal characteristics consisted of nine items which were gender, age, education, occupation, monthly incomes, medical security, use experience, health state, and location type. The PHS performance consisted of five items which were number of doctors, number of nurses, total number of staff, budget per 1,000 community residents, and amount of activities per 1,000 community residents. The cronbach's alpha of community image instrument was 0.916. As the results of logistic regression, the significant variables of community image, were age (OR=0.34, 95% CI=0.19-0.60), education (OR=3.03, 95% CI=1.60-5.76), use experience (OR=0.57, 95% CI=0.40-0.81), health state (OR=0.69 95% CI=0.49-0.96), location type (OR=2.10, 95% CI=1.11-3.99), and amount of activities per 1,000 community residents (OR=0.58, 95% CI=0.35-0.96). Community image is very important to public hospitals. The workforce and budget related PHS were significantly demanded to improve community image. The Central and Local government should support to public hospitals to perform PHS effectively.
Aquatic exercise for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis: a systematic review & meta analysis

This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis comparing the effects of aquatic exercise and land-based exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. 7 studies (n=449) met selection and exclusion criteria out of 287 potential studies obtained from the literature search via Ovid-Medline, Cochrane Library CENTRAL, CINAHL, RISS and KISS. The overall risk of bias of selected studies using SIGN (Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network) checklist for randomized controlled trials (RCT) was regarded as low. As a result of meta analysis, Standardized Mean Difference (SMD) for pain was -0.26(95% CI -0.49, -0.03, p=0.03,
), which implies that aquatic exercise groups had significant less pain than land-based exercise groups. On the other hand, there was no significant difference between aquatic exercise groups and land based exercise groups for flexion Range of Motion (ROM) (-0.12, 95% CI -0.51, 0.27, p=0.53,

Analysis of relationship between job stress and turnover intention of physical therapists

This study attempted to examine the job stress and turnover intentions of physical therapists and to investigate the relationship between these two factors. A total of 309 physical therapists currently working in Gyeonggi-do and Incheon in South Korea were selected as research subjects. The data were collected by a survey using self-administered questionnaires structured from June 10 to June 25, 2015. According to the study results, job stress was highest in job autonomy and lowest in relationship conflict, while the turnover intention score was
. The physical therapists showed higher job stress and turnover intention level with increasing age and working experience, showing a significant positive correlation(p<.05). The turnover intention showed a significant positive correlation with all of the job stress factors. Decreased work motivation showed a significant positive correlation with all of the job stress factors except for job instability(p<.05). In addition, among the factors for the job stress, Job autonomy, Structure and organization, Inappropriate compensation, and Workplace culture turned out to be those affecting their turnover intention. This study confirmed that an increase of job stress among physical therapists can be a risk factor of higher turnover intention, implying a necessity to try to reduce their job stress and turnover intention.
Factors Affecting the Health Promoting Behaviors of Health-related and Health-unrelated Department University Students

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the health promoting behaviors(HPB) of health-related and health-unrelated department university students. Data were collected by questionnaires from 189 health-related and 204 health-unrelated department university students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The quality of life and self-esteem showed a significantly positive correlation with HPB, but life stress showed a significantly negative correlation with HPB. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that three variables affected the HPB significantly(p<.001) and made a 27% prediction for health-related department university students and 34% for health-unrelated department university students. It is necessary to investigate the various influencing factors on HPB of university students and research the difference of HPB of health-related and health-unrelated department university students.
Relationship between Change in Body Mass Index and Blood Pressure among Industrial Workers

This study was performed to elucidate the association of blood pressure and incidence of hypertension in response to changes in body mass index. A total of 28,249 industrial workers (male: 25,548, female: 2,701) who aged 30~69 years old, received regular medical check-up at least once per year from 2002 to 2012 (over 11 years) were included. In the analysis, the averages of blood pressure were stratified by BMI which was obtained from the initial examination results of each individual. In addition, averages of changes in blood pressure were analyzed by stratifying with changes in BMI over 10 years(from 2002); annual occurrence rates of high blood pressure, stratified per BMI, were further assessed in which patients were in normal ranges of blood pressure. As a result, the averages blood pressure over 10 years were more significantly elevating in the group of obesity compared to those of the low weight group as well as the normal weight group. Similarly, when it comes to the occurrence rates of high blood pressure, the group of higher BMI represented elevated risks compared to the groups of low BMI. In conclusion, the increase of BMI over 10 years(2002-20012) were significantly influenced on the increase of blood pressure.
A Study of Optimal Conditions in Distillation for Production of Schisandra Chinensis Fruit Spirits

This study is conducted to develop and optimize fruit spirits by using Schizandra chinensis fruit which are rarely used as spirits in the world. For this purpose, the raw material, main compounds of fermented mash and, quality characteristics of distilled liquor prepared with different distillation methods were analyzed. The studt period lasted six months and the results were follows. Schizandra chinensis was not suitable for alcohol fermentation because the sugar concentration and acidity were low. Therefore, the fermentation condition was appropriate to mix with the weight ratio of fresh Schizandra chinensis fruit, water and sugar as 1:1.5:0.25, and was fermented the mix by adding 0.06 w/w% of
compared to the must total weight. It was also examined to analyze product characteristics of fruit spirits prepared with different methods of distillation(column-pot still, pot still, vacuum still). The result showed that fruit spirits made by vacuum still with fresh Schizandra chinensis fruit indicated the best product quality while the distillation of column-pot still showed the best yield.
Influence of Job Stress, Coping Strategies on life satisfaction in long-term care workers -focused in Gyeonggi-do-

The purpose of the study was to explore job stress, coping strategies and life satisfaction, and to identify related factors in long-term care workers. A cross-sectional study was used to study 111 long-term care workers in Gyeonggi-do. Questionnaires were given to the workers, and data were collected between 1 February and 30 March 2015. The data were analyzed using a stress scale, and a life-satisfaction index. The major findings were: 1) The type of facility was a significant factor in life satisfaction of long-term care workers (F=4.11, p=.020). 2) A statistically significant relationship existed between job stress(r=-.46, p<.001), coping strategies(r=.21, p=.040) and life satisfaction. 3) The results of the regression analyses showed that job stress, coping strategies, and type of facility were statistically significant in predicting the life satisfaction level of long-term care workers. The result of this study provides a better understanding of job stress, coping strategies, and life satisfaction in long-term care workers.
Analysis of Hand Hygiene Practices of Health Care Personnels

Hand hygiene(HH)of the health care personnels(HCPs) was the most effective method to prevent the transmission of healthcare associated infections. This study was conducted to measure and analysis the status of the HH compliance of HCPs. Data were collected by the direct observation methods of the World Health Organizations(WHO) using WHO's HH monitoring tool kits from 25th October to 31th December, 2010. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, cross analysis, multiple logistic analysis using the SPSS/PC 21 program. A total of 8,644 opportunities for HH were observed, and the overall HH compliance rate was 94.1%. HH rates of physicians was lowest(83.4%; OR: 0.209, 95%CI:0.174-0.252). HH rates were statistically different by the job titles(p<0.001), WHO's 5 moments(p<0.001). HH rates in registered nurses(p=0.003), and medical technicians(p<0.001) were statistically different by the WHO 5Moments. Jobs specific HH strategies and WHO 5Moments should be developed to increase the HH compliances of the HCPs.

This study examined the effectiveness of a autonomous regulation improvement smoking cessation program in girls high school students. The study was carried out with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the present study were 47 girls high school students in G and K city. The subjects were divided into an experimental group (n=23) who participated in the autonomous regulation improvement smoking cessation program, and a control group (n=24) who did not participate. Data were collected from 1 April 2013 through 26 April 2013. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS PC+ 18.0 with the Chi-square test, Fisher' exact test, Mann-Whitney U test, t-test. The experimental group had significantly different in cigarettes smoked per day(p=.044), cotinine in saliva(p=.048), perceived motivation(p=.001) and autonomous regulation(p=.027) in comparison to the control group. The autonomous regulation improvement smoking cessation program, when delivered to girls high school students who smoked, was effective in discouraging the smoking habit, and can be utilized as an effective nursing intervention for girls high school students who smoke.
Factors affecting Smartphone Addiction among Elementary School Students

The purpose of this study is to clarify the factors that affects smartphone addiction of elementary school students. The subjects were 263 students, from 4 elementary schools located in G-city. Data were collected from July, 2014 and analyzed using SPSS 19.0 program. The prevalence of addiction risk group and non-addicted group were 16.0% and 84.0%, respectively. The variables which had statistically significant differences with smart phone addiction of general characteristics are grade, living together family, economic status, school record, motivation for usage, advantage of usage and using time (p<.05). There was pure correlation between the smartphone addiction and impulsivity (r=.496, p<.001), daily stress (r=.471, p<.001). However, perceived parental attitude (r=-.375, p<.001) and self-esteem (r=-.444, p<.001) were inverse correlation with smartphone addiction. Higher using time, higher impulsivity and higher daily stress were all associated with increased of smartphone addiction level. These results suggest that more attentions should be given to early adolescents and could be effectively used as fundamental data to develop intervention programs, which can prevent the smartphone addiction.
Comparison of Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Between Korea Elders and New Zealand Elders

This study was done to identify differences in depression, anxiety, and stress in Korea elders (n=55) and New Zealand elders (n=55). Methods: This study was conducted from January 24th, 2013 to February 10th, 2013. We individually matched Korea elders to New Zealand elders based on age and sex, and assessed a questionnaire regarding depression, anxiety, and stress. Results: The average depress score for the Korea elders (13.67/42) was significantly different to the average for the New Zealand elders (4.70/42). The average anxiety score for the Korea elders (11.42/42) was significantly different to the average score for the New Zealand elders (4.92/42). The average stress score for the Korea elders (13.54/42) was significantly different to the average score for the New Zealand elders (5.40/42). The depression score showed a significant relationship with anxiety and stress. There was significantly positive correlation between anxiety and stress. The study suggests that should be considered in developing nursing intervention to manage depress, anxiety, and stress of the Korea elderly people.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Reality Orientation Therapy and Spaced Retrieval Therapy of the applied of CERAD-K type cognitive rehabilitation program for mild Alzheimer's patients. The tool used to this study was CERAD-K neuropsychological test consists of Boston Naming, a simple mental status, the word list recall, and configure behavior. A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The participants were 85 mild Alzheimer's patients (experimental group: 32, control group: 53) who registered G Health Center, in Gyeonggi province. Those Data were collected from 10:00 to 11:00, 14:00 to 15:00, twice a week on Tuesday and Friday, 8 session, from September 1 to September 30, 2014. Control group was participated daily routine program only in the G public health center.The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results of this study were as follows;Boston Naming(F=3.22, p<.001), simple mental status(F=5.92, p<.001), and configure behavior(F=4.67, p<.001) were accepted, but word list recall(F=.75 p>.05) was not accepted. The study findings indicate that the Reality Orientation Therapy and Spaced Retrieval Therapy of the applied of CERAD-K type cognitive rehabilitation program is effective and can be recommended as intervention for mild Alzheimer's patients.

A track circuit has used stably more than 100 years for detecting train position, but solution of track circuit sort circuit incapacity due to a rust is necessary for side line in station yard, coast line and level crossing for conventional line in rural line. Domestically, Axle Counter System(ACS) has partially used for Hot Box System for high speed line and turnout for CBTC system. In contrast, most of countries has used ACS not only trunk line but also rural line and its application has increased for metro, electric car and industrial railway. In this paper, we has verified the operating status of ACS which installed with existing track circuit through log analsis to implement pilot application in mail track and turnout in station yard. And interface test with interlocking system has conducted at Obong shunting yard, as well as Cheongju station and has analyzed test result. Based on a test result, we made fail safe design, manufacturing skill and established system requirement specification for the smooth operation and maintenance.

In this paper, waveguide analysis was interpreted as an optical waveguide using the feedback perturbation method simple and easy to apply compared to the analysis method, while the other almost identical to the numerical calculation method. In addition, efficient coupling with an optical transmission line of optical fiber and the waveguide form the thin film of different functional elements is required in order to achieve the full optical communication system. Optical System Design of Compact Head-Up Display(HUD) using Micro Display

The HUD has recently been downsized due to the development of micro display and LED technology as a see through information display device, gradually expands the application areas. In this paper, using a DLP micro display device designed a compact head-up display(HUD) optical system for biocular observation of the image exhibition area 5 inches. It was analyzed for each design element of the optical system in order to design a compacted HUD. DLP, projection optical system and concave image combiner were discussed the design approach and the characteristics. Through a connection structure analysis of each optical system, detailed design specifications were set up and designed the optical system in detail. Put a folded configuration in the form of a white diffuse reflector between the projection lens and concave image combiner was designed to be independent, respectively. Distance of the projected image is adjustable up to approximately 2m ~ infinity and observation distance is 1m. Resolution could be recognized by 1 ~ 2pixels in HD(
) class, various characters and symbols could be read. In addition, color navigation map, daytime video camera and thermal imaging cameras can be displayed.

In the paper, we reduce non-pregnant conditions and improve impregnation rate by unmanned estrus detection and decide proper time for artificial insemination. It is too hard to detect estrus only by using activities, we develop unmanned estrus detection system that consist of RF activity sensors, cow management program and estrus detection algorithm that uses information of activities and breeding. We verify performance by experiments in four similar scale stockbreeding farmhouse. Each stockbreeding farmhouse breeds 87, 81, 93, 82 cows and expected estrus cows are 14, 19, 15, 17. In expected estrus cow, we fail in weak estrus detection - 3, 2, 1, 3 cows, but detect successfully normal estrus - 11, 17, 14, 14 cows. After artificial insemination, 10, 17, 13, 14 cows became pregnant successfully confirming that proposed unmanned estrus detection system is effective for deciding proper time for artificial insemination in normal estrus.

This paper presents the transient-response improved LDO regulator based on parallel error amplifiers. The proposed LDO regulator consists of an error amplifier (E/A1) which has a high gain and narrow bandwidth and a second amplifier (E/A2) which has low gain and wide bandwidth. These amplifiers are in parallel structure. Also, to improve the transient-response properties and slew-rate, some circuit block is added. Using pole-splitting technique, an external capacitor is reduced in a small on-chip size which is suitable for mobile devices. The proposed LDO has been designed and simulated using a Megna/Hynix

. Simulation results show 2.5 V output voltage and 100 mA load current in an input condition of 2.7 V ~ 3.3 V. Regulation Characteristic presents voltage variation of 26.1 mV and settling time of 510 ns from 100mA to 0 mA. Also, the proposed circuit has been shown voltage variation of 42.8 mV and settling time of 408 ns from 0 mA to 100 mA.

In LTE-Advanced that different networks coexist, it is considered that it is actually difficult to provide service continuity with a procedural and static control method applied to the existing voice service. This paper suggests Service Self-Organization to support the service continuity effectively based on SON. It means a method in which a subscriber's terminal collects information about its current condition and base station around, and a base station, through the data collected by monitoring inner or adjacent base station, shares related data and converges, controlling service continuity on its own. In other words, as context information of mobile terminal and base station changes, set-up of related functions such as ISHO, cell selection, source allocation, load control, and QoS mapping is adapted; each function fits into the change, exchanges the process of reorganization, and interacts; these actions go toward to satisfy service continuity. Simulation results show that it provides better performances than the conventional one with the measure of resource utilization rate and outage probability.

Radio-based train control system has driving headway shortening effect by real-time train interval control using two-way radio communication between onboard and wayside systems, and reduces facility investment because it does not require any track-circuit. Automatic train protection(ATP), the most significant part of the radio-based train control system, makes sure a safe distance between preceding and following trains, based on real-time train location tracing. In this paper, we propose the overall ATP train interval control algorithm to control the safe interval between trains, and preprocessing-based speed profile calculation algorithm to improve the processing speed of the ATP. The proposed speed profile calculation algorithm calculates the permanent speed limit for track and train in advance and uses as the most restrictive speed profile. If the temporary speed limit is generated for a particular track section, it reflects the temporary speed limit to pre-calculated speed profile and improves calculation performance by updating the speed profile for the corresponding track section. To evaluate the performance of the proposed speed profile calculation algorithm, we analyze the proposed algorithm with O-notation and we can find that it is possible to improve the time complexity than the existing one. To verify the proposed ATP train interval control algorithm, we build the train interval control simulator. The experimental results show the safe train interval control is carried out in a variety of operating conditions.

Today, there is an increasing number of cases in which certificate information is leak, and accordingly, electronic finance frauds are prevailing. As certificate and private key a file-based medium, are easily accessible and duplicated, they are vulnerable to information leaking crimes by cyber-attack using malignant codes such as pharming, phishing and smishing. Therefore, the use of security token and storage toke' has been encouraged as they are much safer medium, but the actual users are only minimal due to the reasons such as the risk of loss, high costs and so on. This thesis, in an effort to solve above-mentioned problems and to complement the shortcomings, proposes a system in which digital signature for Internet banking can be made with a simply bio-authentication process. In conclusion, it was found that the newly proposed system showed a better capability in handling financial transitions in terms of safety and convenience.

More informative ones of heuristics can help to conduct search more efficiently to obtain solution plan. However, in general, to derive highly informative heuristics from problem specifications requires lots of computational effort. To address this problem, we propose an State-Action based Planning Graph(SAPG) and Action-based heuristics for solving planning problems more efficiently. The SAPG is an extended one to be applied to can find interactions between subgoal & goal conditions from the relaxed planning graph which is a common means to get heuristics for solving the planning problems, Action-based heuristics utilizing SAPG graphs can find interactions between subgoal & goal conditions in an effective way, and then consider them to estimate the goal distance. Therefore Action-based heuristics have more information than the existing max and additive heuristics, also requires less computational effort than the existing overlap heuristics. In this pager. we present the algorithm to compute Action-based heuristics, and then explain empirical analysis to investigate the accuracy and the efficiency of the Action-based heuristics.
Plan of BIM-based Quantity Take-off for Nuclear Power Plant Decommissioning

Nuclear power plant decommissioning has attracted attention according to the shutdown decision of Kori 1 which is Korea's first nuclear power plant. Nuclear power plant decommissioning is the one who never experienced ever in our country. So, its process is difficult and time-consuming. In addition, it is difficult to determine the decommissioning quantity. This study proposed the plan that can be used in quantity take-off for nuclear power plant decommissioning using BIM technology being utilized in recent construction industry. As a result, we suggested the method of BIM-based quantity take-off such as the selection decommissioning method and process, setting up of BIM modeling environment, establishment of OBS & WBS, integrated BIM modeling, the definition of quantity property. The proposed plan can be utilized usefully from when permanent stopping nuclear power plant occurs intensively. Furthermore, the overseas nuclear power plant decommissioning project order also are expected through technology securement based on this plan.
Numerical simulations of turbulent flow through submerged vegetation using LES

This study presents numerical simulations of mean flow and turbulence structure of an open channel with submerged vegetation. Filtered Navier-Stokes equations are solved using large-eddy simulation (LES). The immersed boundary method (IBM) is employed based on a Cartesian grid. The numerical result is compared with experimental data of Liu et al. (2008) and shows that simulated results coincided reasonably with experimental data within the average error of 10%. Strong vortices are generated at the interface between vegetated and non-vegetated regions with spanwise extent. The generation of turbulence induced by shear at the interface is interfered with wake turbulence, resulting turbulence intensity maximum. Turbulence produced by shear affects the flow in vegetated region and the penetration depth increases with an increase in the submergence ratio. This result can be used to understand sediment transport mechanisms in the vegetated region.

This study analyses the effects of household finances on rental price of apartment in Seoul which play a major role in real estate policy. We estimate VAR models using time series data. Economy variables such as sales price of apartment in Seoul, consumer price index, hiring rate, real GNI and loan amount of housing mortgage, which relate to household finances and influence the rental price of apartment, are used for estimation. The main findings are as follows. In the short term, the rental price of apartment is impacted by economy variables. Specifically, Relative contributions of variation in rental price of apartment through structural shock of economy variables are most influenced by their own. However, in the long term, household variables are more influential to the rental price of apartment. These results are expected to contribute to establish housing price stabilization policies through understanding the relationship between economy variables and rental price of apartment.

Although distortions of horizontally curved box girder are more susceptible than which of the straight girder due to curvature effect, current domestic design standards does not present spacing of intermediate diaphragms for the curved box girder. In this study, parametric studies for straight and curved box girder considering distortional warping normal stresses based on linear finite element analysis were carried out. Single span curved girders were chosen for analysis based on current domestic bridge data with 1-6 of solid intermediate diaphragms, 0-30 degree of subtended angle, 30m and 60m of span length and 2-3m of flange width and web height. The adequate spacing of diaphragms for the box girder were suggested considering subtended angles and bending and distortional warping normal stress ratios with 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. The analysis results were also compared to a current design standard and suggested spacing of diaphragm were evaluated.
A Study on the Classification Guidelines of Modern Culture Heritages in Building and Facilities

This study focused on the classification systems of modern architecture and facilities reviewing the characteristics of domestic and foreign cultural heritage classification systems. The results are as follows : (1) It is necessary new classification system for recent emerging architectures and facilities which contains new functions, and reflecting new scope of cultural heritage, in example cultural landscape. (2) Reviewing the related spheres which can produce future cultural heritages such as KDC, Industrial Classification and foreign trends on the cultural heritages, we classified 6 main categories ; Politics & Diplomatics, Industry & Economy, Society & Life, Culture & Art, Technology & Science, Military & Public Safety. (3) Under the main category, we divided sub- and subject-category according usages of objects for reflecting the registered appreciations.
A Study on the Low-carbon Urban Regeneration Planning Elements and System in Climate Change Era.

This study aims to clarify the concept of 'Low-carbon urban regeneration', to extract planning elements according to it, and to establish the planning system. In order to extract the elements, matrix analysis was conducted between planning elements of urban regeneration and Low-carbon cities, and the focus group interview(FGI) was used. Derived elements from this process were restructured for the new planning system. In addition, in-depth case analysis was performed to verify the suitability and effects of planning elements and system. The result showed that planning element of Low-carbon urban regeneration can be sorted in 37 elements in 5 categories. In-depth analysis indicated that established planning elements were importantly dealt in cases and played a significant role in urban regeneration and carbon reduction. Also, it showed that those elements had a significant relationship with adaptation and mitigation, the two responding strategies to the climate change. Elements highly contributing to urban regeneration were Urban Structure, Transportation, Policy while elements affecting carbon reduction were Transportation, Green & Blue space, Energy & Material field.
A Study on Optimal Location Selection and Analytic Method of Landmark Element in terms of Visual Perception

The location selection of the element that should guarantee easy visual perception, like the landmark, is the a topic that appears much in the design process. Recently, a graph analysis technique using computers has been applied in order to evaluate the visibility of the visual element, but the analytic frame is flat and the setting of the visual pont and the matrix are fixed so there were great limitations in obtaining the results of the practical analysis. Thus, this study presented Nondirectional Multi-Dimensional Calculation (MDVC-N), an analytic methodology available for the analysis of the dynamic visual point in the 3D environment. It thus attempted to establish the analytic application using the 3D computer graphics technology and designed a script structure to set the visual point and the matrix. In addition to that, this study tried to verify the analytic methodology by applying the complex land as an example model, where buildings in various heights of terrains with a high-differences are located, verifying the same analytic methodology. It thus tried to identify the visual characteristics of each alternative location. The following results were gained from the study. 1) The visibility can be measured quantitatively trough the application of the 6-alternatives. 2) Using the 3dimensional graph, intuitive analysis was possible. 3) It attempted to improve the analytic applicability by calculating the results corrected as a variable behavior from the local integration variable of the space syntax.
A Study on the Energy Planning Technique of Smart Green City : Focus on Application Condition in Multi-functional Administrative City, Korea

The goal of this research is to identify the energy planning techniques of Smart Green City and to establish the realized plan through the analysis of Multi-functional Administrative City. For the research, eighteen planning techniques were derived and categorized into three sectors and six basic direction through literature review and Brain-storming analysis considering correlation between three goals of Smart Green City and expectation of planning technique. And Multi-functional Administrative City was analyzed for the current status of application of planning techniques focus on two application aspects. In conclusion, 'Establishing Integrated Management Center for Urban Energy', 'Building Energy Management System', 'Building Automation System', 'Green Transport System', 'Intelligent Transport System', 'Introduction of Eco-friendly Transportation' planning techniques in reduction of building energy consumption sector and green-intelligent transport system sector were identified as important techniques for Smart Green City.
Data-warehouse Prototype for Supporting Master Plan of Renewal Promotion Projects

In practice of urban redevelopment promotion projects, since the decision-making is dependent on the verbal agreements between the participants, planning changes are frequently occur. A master plan can be utilized as an effective feedback and adjusting means for decisions. It is a difficult to establish a master plan quickly and effectively to consider the large number of information. Effective decision support system that can storage and retrieval information items systematically and efficiently necessary when planning master plan is required. In this study, a data-warehouse prototype that supports the master planning at early stage was suggested. A metadata index database was developed by identifying information items of base survey results and master plan cases. Also user interface for information searching was presented. The applicability of the prototype was evaluated by case application. It was found that the prototype allows effective searching of desired information through meta data.
Interaction of Flexure-Torsional by eccentric load in horizontal curved 'I' shape girder

With bending moment, torsional moment due to geometric properties as "Initial curvature" acts in horizontally curved I-girder. These behavior causes the secondary effect of bending in minor-axis because of interaction between bending and torsion. The bending and torsion interaction cause a loss of load bearing capacity by induced the early inelastic or plasticity condition in curved girder. Also eccentric load by movements of traffic can increase torsion. However, Equation of interaction between bending and torsion for straight girder, not deal with characteristics of curved girder behavior in previous studies, can be overestimated for ultimate strength in horizontally curved I-girder acting vertical force. Therefore, using more rational, obvious suggestion is required when design curved girder. In this study, we identified the bending-torsional moment interaction for the horizontally curved I-girder of the eccentric load acting by FEM analysis.
Analytical Study on Characteristics of von Mises Yield Criterion under Plane Strain Condition

In order to investigate characteristics of the von Mises yield criterion under 2 dimensional stress condition, two cases of plane strain were studied. One of which was for zero elastic strain and the other was for zero plastic strain increment. Yield functions for the plane strain condition for zero elastic strain and for the plane stress condition were represented as ellipse and the two yield functions were compared by ratios of major axis, minor axis and eccentricity and it was seen that the ratio of minor axis was the same between the two cases and the ratios of major axis and eccentricity were functions of Poisson's ratio. Region of elastic behavior obtained from considering plane strain condition of zero elastic strain increases as the Poisson's ratio increases. Yield function for plane strain obtained from considering zero plastic increment and associate flow rule was displayed as straight line and the region of elastic behavior was greater than that for the case of plane stress.

This research was performed to review operating parameters, optimum condition and check characteristic of microbubble generation for using bubble size distribution according to venturi specification. Optimum operating condition have airflow rate 0.3 LPM, 3 bar(pressure tank) and connecting nozzle directly(without valve), it is advantageous to generate microbubble. In case of characteristic of microbubble generation according to venturi specification, effect that nozzle specification affects bubble size distribution is low impact. Medical polymer PLGA is biocompatible, biodegradation, mechanical characteristic and biostability, and the degradation time can be adjust by controlling the number of monomer. In this paper, PLGA membranes have different composition ratio by L/D type was prepared by phase transition method. And the PLGA membrane in phosphate buffered saline(PBS) at the different test temperatures for different periods of time to examined for change in mass and measured the pH of degradation media. Measurement of Tg and surface structure was performed using a DSC and Stereoscopic microscope. As the molecular weighter increase, hydrolysis rate was decrease in geometrical progression. According to the composition ratio by L/D type, degradation rate and the change of pH are large.
Topic Model Analysis of Research Trend on Renewable Energy

To respond the climate change and environmental pollution, the studies on renewable energy policies are increasing. The renewable energy is a new growth engine technology represented by the green industry and green technology. At present, the investments for the renewable energy supply and technology development projects of three main strategy sectors such as sunlight, wind power and hydrogen fuel cell are implemented in our country, while they are still in the early stage, accordingly reducing those uncertainty for the research direction and investment fields is the most urgent issue among others. Thus, this study applied text mining method and multinominal topic model among the big data analysis methods on our country's newspaper articles concerning the renewable energy over the last 10 years, and then analyzed the core issues and global research trend, forecasting the renewable energy fields with the growth potential. It is predicted that these results of the study based on information and communication technology will be actively applied on the renewable energy fields.
Modeling & Operating Algorithm of Islanding Microgrid with PMSG Wind Turbine and Diesel Generator

Recently, high-cost energy storage systems are applying to hybrid generation systems with wind turbine and diesel generator in island areas for stable operation. But, this paper proposes an operating algorithm and modeling method of an islanding microgrid that is composed of PMSG(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator) and Diesel Generator applied in island areas without such energy storage system. Initially, the operating algorithm was proposed for frequency and voltage to be maintained within the proper ranges for the load and weather change. And then the modeling method were proposed for PMSG, WT-side AC/DC converter and Grid-side DC/AC converter. The proposed operating algorithm and modeling method were applied to a typical islanded microgrid with PMSG wind turbine and diesel generator. The frequency and voltage was kept within the permissible ranges and the proposed method was proven to be appropriate through simulations.
Immunolocalization of Wound-Inducible Insoluble Acid Invertases in Pea (Pisum sativum L)

Invertase, that hydrolyzes sucrose into glucose and fructose, plays a great role in carbohydrate reallocation between the photosynthetic source tissue and various sink tissues. Invertase also occurs in a variety of isoforms for various functions in plants. Insoluble invertases were extracted only in buffer solutions containing high concentrations of salt. Within these classes, acid invertase has an optimum activity at acidic pH (pH 4-5). Induction of insoluble acid invertase (INAC-INV) in leaf, stem, and root tissues in response to physical wounding has been investigated. To detect the localization of INAC-INV within the plant, immunolocalization has been performed. In this study, the accumulation of INAC-INV was noticeable to reach maximum levels on 72 hr after mechanical injuries. INAC-INV was induced in wounded leaves 3 times more than control leaves. Immunolocalization results showed that INAC-INV accumulated in wall appositions and intercellular spaces. INAC-INV was also localized at sieve cell walls in phloem tissues close to the site of wounding. Taken together, this study suggested that INAC-INV induction upon wounding injuries can play a role on responses to the high energy demand for wound healing process.
