The objective of this study is search to the heat range and velocity of the unibaker oven having multi-level controller by CFD(computational fluid dyamics) analysis. CFD analysis result is expect to find the most suitable place of the heat pipe making thermal equilibrium so that it can be used design data.

Analysis of Scattering of Electromagnetic Wave in Dielectric Periodic Media

In this paper, we analyze the scattered electromagnetic wave by dielectric periodic media using the approximated thin phase screen theory. The phase screen approximated theory is that periodic media changes only the phase of the incident electromagnetic wave. Using this theory, we calculate the distribution of near field right after its passing periodic media. This theory can analyze a scattered field more simply and more quickly than existing theories.

In this paper, according to characteristics of flash memory, a memory recycling method is proposed in order to decrease the necessary cost preventing performance degradation at the same time, In order to optimize the demanding costs, the new approach partitions the search space of flash memory segments into K segment groups, A method for memory space allocation, in addition, is proposed in order to satisfy the goal of even wearing over the total memory space, The optimized configuration of the proposed method is achieved through experiments, The fact that the newly proposed methods outperform the existing approaches regarding cost and performance is evaluated by simulations, Furthermore the experimental results demonstrate that the memory allocation method affects even wearing in great deal,
Identification of Synthetic and HTHP treated Diamonds

We need to develop technology of identifying high temperature high pressure(HTHP) synthetic diamond and HTHP treated natural diamonds from untreated natural diamonds to cope with sophisticated diamond enhancing technology. We had successfully identified synthetic diamonds using a vibrating sample magnetometer due to their ferromagnetic property. In addition, we identified the HTHP enhanced TypeIa, TypeIIa diamonds by employing non-destructive Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy.
Design of New Attenuator Structure with Quad Spiral sHaped Defected Ground Structure

We suggest new attenuator design and formula using quad spiral shaped defected ground structure (DGS). Series resistors and quarter wavelength transmission line that has a role of inverter have been synthesized for attenuator design and novel attenuator structure using quad spiral shaped DGS is fabricated, the measurements show good agreement with theoretical anticipations. The suggested attenuator could remove peak of insertion loss graph through various attenuation method. The various attenuations are obtained by attached pin-diodes, 10-15dB attenuation leveling is realized for validity of suggested design.
A Study on the Structure of Turbo Trellis Coded Modulation with an Effectively Reduced Complexity in Wireless Communication Channel

This paper shows that the proposed Turbo TCM(Turbo Trellis Coded Modulation) has a good performance with a little complexity of decoder. The encoder structure, which is connected with Turbo Codes, is the proposed modulation technique for an efficient bandwidth, This method is used symbol by symbol MAP decoder of iteration similar to binary Turbo Codes in the receiver. The result shows that the BER performance according to iteration is improved about 2,5dB at
compared to Turbo Codes with Gray mapping.

In this paper, the control algorithm of DC source device for inverter starting is proposed and the control method for compensating unbalance system source on operating time in the voltage type PWM converter with driving and regenerative faculty is suggested. The maintaining method of balancing condition for converter of AC source is used the compensating unbalanced status by current control loop. In order to solve the problem which the unbalanced system control is used to leakage transformer not equaled reactance by each phase in rectifier system. The proposed H/W and control algorithm of rectifier system is contributed to minimize of device and rising efficiency.
A Study on the Characteristics of Boiling Heat Trausfer of Thermosyphon Heat Exchangers with Various Micro Grooves

This study concerns the characteristics of boiling heat transfer in two-phase closed thermosyphons with various micro grooves. A study was carried out with the performance of the heat transfer of the thermosyphon having 60 internal micro grooves in which boiling and condensation occur. A plain thermosyphon having the same inner and outer diameter as the grooved thermosyphon is also tested for comparison. Distilled water, methanol, ethanol have been used as the working fluid. The heat flux and the boiling heat transfer coefficient at the evaporator zone are estimated from the experimental results. The experimental results have been assessed and compared with existing correlations. Imura's and Kusuda's correlation for boiling showed in good agreement with experimental results within

Single Buffer types of ATM Switches based on Circulated Priority Algorithm

In this paper, we propose a new sorting algorithm for ATM switch with a shared buffer which has a sequencer architecture with single queue. The proposed switch performs a sorting procedure of ATM cell based on the output port number of ATM cell with hardware implementation. The proposed architecture has a single buffer physically but logically it has function of multi-queue which is designed at most to control the conflicts in output port. In the future, this architecture will take various applications for routing switch and has flexibility for the extension of system structure. therefore, this structure is expected on good structure in effective transmission.
Effects of pH Variation on the Properties of Electroless Nickel Plating on ABS Made by MmSH

The MmSH is a process of injecting ABS to produce innovated physical properties compared to the conventional injection process. Physical properties such as thickness and adhesion strength of Ni plate electrolessly coated on a conventional and a MmSH injected ABS have been studied in the pH range 4~8. Thickness of the plate on the MmSH and the conventionally injected ABS appeared to be directly proportional to pH. The ABS processed by the conventional injection showed adhesion strength corresponded to ASTM 4B above pH 5. On the other hand, the ABS processed by the MmSH injection showed a superior adhesion strength corresponded to ASTM 5B above pH 6. It was calculated the shielding effectiveness of above 50 dB in all conditions.
An Apparatus for Unbinding the Rope in the Auto Cleaning Apparatus of a Pillar

In this paper, an apparatus for unbinding the rope is studied to solve continuous work of the auto cleaning apparatus of a pillar. During operation of the auto cleaning apparatus of a pillar, in order to not swing the apparatus is down by it's weight according as electric motor velocity. We focus on the design and the implementation to upgrade the auto cleaning apparatus of a pillar that had been implemented.
Design and Analysis of the Swaging Manufacturing Process Using CAE

Computer simulation of a swaging manufacturing process is presented in this paper. Commercially available software has been used to develop the simulation algorithm. Based on the experience gained from trial runs, simulation of a tube swaging process has been carried out. The material parameters "n" (strain hardening exponent) and "K" (plastic modulus) are obtained from actual tensile test measurements of the tube material. Two different geometries for the die and the tube have been used in this work and a comparison made. Numerical simulation of the swaging process has been performed using the commercially available HyperMesh(r) for pre-processing, LS-DYNA(r) for analysis and LS-TAURUS(r) for post-processing. Some of the results obtained from this study are compared with those available in the literature.
A Study ou Iuternet Traffic Coutrol: Blockiug of harmful information based on IP spoofing

In this paper, we propose a new system to block harmful Internet information based on IP spoofing. The proposed system is located on a organization's internal network and monitors all outgoing traffic and lets all this traffic go outside. Once the proposed system detects a host's access to a harmful site, it sends the host a pseudo RST packet that pretends to be the response from the harmful site, and prevents the connection between the host and the harmful site. The proposed software system is installed on only a server, and need not be installed on user hosts at all. Thus we can maintain and upgrade the blocking system easily. The performance evaluation of the proposed system shows that it effectively blocks the access to the harmful sites. Since the proposed system is based on IP spoofing, it can be used badly as a hacking tool. Finally we propose some methods to eliminate this possibility.
A PRML System for Perpendicular Magnetic Recording Channel in Wireless Multimedia Networks

Partial response maximum likelihood (PRML) is a powerful and indispensable detection scheme for perpendicular magnetic recording channels. The proposed method is a low complexity detection scheme which is related to the PRML system. The simulation results show that PR(1,2,3,4,3,2,1)ML and PR(l,2,3,3,2,1)ML using modulation encoding with R=2/3 have the most improved performance at K=3,4. However, in the case of K=3, R=2/3 PR(1,1,1,1)ML effectively reduces the complexity compared to PR(1,2,3,3,2,1), but it has L5dB performance degradation at most. In the case of K=4, R=l PR(1,2,2,1)ML has very low complexity compared to R=2/3 PR(l,2,3,4,3,2,1)ML. but it has about 2dB performance degradation at most.

In order to improve the adhesion properties of copper, MPS(3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane) organic film were employed. The plasma pretreatment in pure He or
mixed gas environment greatly increased adhesion force. Adhesion force was measured by scratch test with nano indenter. Microstructures and surface roughness were observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM). The characteristics of MPS layer for pretreatment were studied with flourier transform infrared spectroscope(FT-IR) and contact angle tester. Analysis of Crack in Bag Cage Welds of Wire STS 304 Wire for Al Melting

After 6 month of using, cracking of gas exhaustion bag cage of Type 304 stainless steel wire for Al melting reverberatory furnace was founded in welds. Analysis of crack causes in the wire were tested by electrochemical method, SEM images of structure and analysis of composition. Resulted from the test, it could be observed that cracks in the welds were a accelerated by formed polythionic acid on surface of bag cage in sensitized region of HAZ, tensile stress and using environment.
A Study on the real estate title insurance in the early stage of mortgage loan in Korea

The purpose of the study is to propose the way to activate title insurance in Korea. Title insurance in Korea is at first stage in development cycle. Companies which handle title insurance mainly operate in the services related to real estate. Recently in Korea, Mortgage loan is introduced in market. Mortgage loans may give a new motive in title insurance market. In Korea, registration record in real estate does not prove real ownership and this point can make title insurance spread widely in property transaction. Title insurance offers financial protection against these and other covered title hazards. There are two basic kinds of title insurance: Lender or mortgagee protection, owner's coverage. For the prosperity of title insurance, We should decrease a financial fee, business cost and prepare a on-stop service in a real estate brokerage.
Damage in Constitutive Modeling for Soils

In this study, a time-dependent constitutive model was developed for cohesive soils. A damage law was included in the model, using which the undrained creep behavior was predicted. The mathematical and physical derivation of the model was performed in the sense of adopting only few model parameters. The model prediction was well agreed with the experimental result of creep testing including creep rupture.
Synthesis of a Cyclic Carhonate, 4-Ethyl-l,3-dioxolan-2-one

Butylene carbonate(4-ethyl-l,3-dioxolan-2-one), one of the cyclic carbonate was synthesized by the thermal degradation of poly(butylene carbonate). The poly(butylene carbonate) was made from 1,2-Epoxybutane and carbon dioxide which is one of the main green house gas. The prepared cyclic carbonate was identified by GC-Mass. This synthetic method is an alternative way to prepare cyclic carbonates.
Studies on the Isolation of Phycobiliprotein from S. platensis

Isolation of phycobiliprotein from S. platensis was performed by using
ammomium sulfate fractionation, Sephadex G-100 gel filtration and DEAE-Sephacel anionic exchange chromatography. Isolated phycobiliprotein was determined to be a c-phycocyanin with a maximum absorption wavelength at 620 nm. This phycobiliprotein consisted of
subunit when analyzed through SDS-PAGE. The molecular weights of
subunit were 14.5 kDa and 16 kDa, respectively. The native molecular weight of phycobiliprotein through gel filtration was about 100 kDa. These results show that the structure of phycobiliprotein from S. platensis might be aggregated form of
