Now days, people live in information age, thus, we are required methods to use and apply information to our lives more effective. There is a lot of research going on weight, size, and power consumption to provide high quality display close to full color. In this paper, I‘ll discuss the methods of precise and the need of improvements of driving circuit, to apply driving circuit to digital circuit of OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode), which satisfies all functions mentioned above.
Development of Error Detection System through the Specifications Analysis

In the actual system development site, the various specifications are drawn up into each phase, namely analysis, design, development and implementation, beginning with the analysis of user requirements and data involved. The part of the specifications are continuously drawn up by using automated tool, but all specification are not automatically drawn up. Therefore, many inconsistent items occur between the specifications. In this paper, we propose the method which detects the error which is included in the specifications, and we are going to design and implement a specification error detection system based on this.
A Study on Performance Analysis of Image Interpolation Filters for Field-based Warping and Morphing

The objective of this paper is to propose the image interpolation method with pseudomedian filter for Field warping and morphing, and to evaluate and analyze its subjective image quality. The Field warping relatively gives rise to more computing overhead, but it can use the control line to control the warping result with more elaboration. Due to the working characteristics of the image warping and morphing process, various complex geometrical transformations occur and a image interpolation technique is needed to effectively process them. Of the various interpolation techniques, bilinear interpolation which shows above average performance is the most widely used. However, this technology has its limits in the reconstructivity of diagonal edges. The proposed interpolation method is to efficiently combine the bilinear interpolation and the pseudomedian filter-based interpolation which shows good performance in the reconstructivity of diagonal edges. According to the proposed interpolation method, we could get more natural warping and morphing results than other interpolation methods.
A Study on the Life Time Broadening of Die parts Manufactured in W-EDM

Punch and die plate which are press die parts can be made using machine tool or using both machine tool and W-EDM. When machine tool is used, the die life is 2,000,000 to 230,000 strokes. But with W-EDM, the die life is 700,00 to 800,000 strokes. This can be caused by the process deformation layer after W-EDM. SEM pictures of processed section before and after W-EDM are taken to see if the process deformation layer appeared. Also the elimination method is studied.
Test Data Compression for SoC Testing

Core-based system-on-a-chip (SoC) designs present a number of test challenges. Two major problems that are becoming increasingly important are long application time during manufacturing test and high volume of test data. Highly efficient compression techniques have been proposed to reduce storage and application time for high volume data by exploiting the repetitive nature of test vectors. This paper proposes a new test data compression technique for SoC testing. In the proposed technique, compression is achieved by partitioning the test vector set and removing repeating segment. This process has
time complexity for compression with a simple hardware decoding circuitry. It is shown that the efficiency of the proposed compression technique is comparable with sophisticated software compression techniques with the advantage of easy and fast decoding.
Synthesis of Biodegradable Polymers with Carbon Dioixde

Biodegradation of poly(ethylene carbonate) (PEC) and their terpolymers has been investigated in vitro. PEC has been synthesized with ethylene oxide (EO) and carbon dioxide, which is one of the greenhouse gases using Zinc glutarate has been used as catalyst Carbonate terpolymers have been prepared by the use of EO, cyclohexene oxide(CHO), and carbon dioxide. High biodegradability of PEC and terpolymers with EO. has been observed. Very low biodegradation of poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) and poly(cyclohexene carbonate) (PCHC) has been shown. The weight loss, FT-IR and SEM have been employed to characterize biodegradability.
Implementation of Network Address Translator

The insufficiency on IP address cause to develope a new internet protocol, IPv6 that the length of address field is expanded. But there are actually many problems on applying and operating this standard for internet. Though NAT(Network Address Translation) is instead of it, NAT has the characteristics that is not allowed to access from outside. This is a big merit in security but a week point because the access from outside should be allowed when a small organization operate web sever or mail server. Therefore, this paper proposes the expanded NAT which can solve such problems as modifying the table of NAT. Furthermore, the function of existing VPN(Virtual Private Network) will be acceptable partly through such a method that provide the linkage among VPNs.
Optimal Placement of Distributed Generations Considering System Losses and State Estimation in Composite Distribution Systems

Recently, it is increasing the concern of distributed generations(DGs) that installed small power at a site near by the customer. In deregulation environment, not only distributed generation operation but also state estimation is the key function in distribution systems. This paper process to calculate the impact of distributed generation on a distribution feeder. WLAV state estimation is performed the distribution systems with DGs and bad data test including single, multiple, interacting. Simulations with test cases are performed and the results are presented, using IEEE 34 bus radial distribution systems
A Study on Work Semantic Categories for Natural Language Question Type Classification and Answer Extraction

For question answering system that extracts an answer and output to user‘s natural language question, a process of question type classification from user’s natural language query is very important. This paper proposes a question and answer type classifier using the interrogatives and word semantic categories instead of complicated classifying rules and huge dictionaries. Synonyms and postfix information are also used for question type classification. Experiments show that the semantic categories are helpful for question type classifying without interrogatives.
Antihyperlipidemic Effects of Fried Beancurd Containing Powdered Green Tea in Rats

Effect of fried beancurd containing powered green tea on the serum lipid metabolism in rats were investigated. HPLC analysis of green tea-fried beancurd showed that epigallocatechin, epicatechin, epicatechin gallate and epigallocatechin gallate were intact without degradation during manufacturing process. Serum HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride and glucose concentrations were measured in rats fed experimental diet containing green tea-fried beancurd. Serum LDL-cholesterol contents and blood glucose were significantly decreased with treatment of green tea-fried beancurd comparing to control.
A Study on the Air Ventilation System of Operation Room for the Prevention of Hospital Infection

The air ventilation system of operation rooms has been studied for the prevention of cross infection during the operation. Operation rooms and air ventilation systems of three University hospitals are investigated. The distribution of microbe is measured by cultivating air samples in the operation room. A two-dimensional model for the cross-section of an operation room is developed for the CFD analysis. The characteristics of air flow in operation room are calculated by using a CFD program. The current air ventilation system of an old hospital does not deliver the clean air to the operation area efficiently. A new air ventilation method which improves air venting with little increase of the cost of equipment is suggested.

Since 2001, REITs are introduced in Korea as a type of general REITs and CR-REITs. But REITs are not succefully settled down in Korea. The purpose of the study is to propose the way to activate REITs in Korea. We should make up for the weak points in the current REITs system. For the success of REITs the followings are prepared.: first, REITs give a current, stable dividend income. second, disclosure obligations should be satisfied. third, securities are registered with the SEC are required to make regular SEC disclosures. fourth, REIT manager should be skilled, experienced real estate professionals. sixth, REITs must distribute more percent of its taxable income to its shareholders. seventh, Ownership interests be more flexible.
A Study on Assets Backed Securities in Korea

The purpose of the study is to know the current status of the assets backed securities(ABS) in Korea. ABS enables banks, depository institutions, finance companies, and other corporations to liquefy their assets (i.e., raise cash by borrowing against assets) and develop new sources of capital. ABS are bonds that represent pools of loans of similar types, duration and interest rates. By selling their loans to SPC, the originator recover cash quickly, enabling them to make more loans. The ABS market in Korea has grown so rapidly since Financial Crisis in Korea. In current, So many different types of loans are securitized and sold in the investment markets. For more prospering ABS in Korea, some problems in ABS should be make up.
An Empirical Study on The Relationship between Stock Index Futures Return and Trading Volume

The purpose of this study is to examine if the trading volume can apply to the short-term forecasting of the futures price change by verificating the casuality between trading volume and futures price in the KOSPI 200 futures market. The outcome of the research is summarized as follows. In the analysis of subordinate periods, based on the yearly time segments, trading volume were found to lead futures price. As for trading volume, it was under comparably greater influence of its self of the past than the return rate of futures. In the analysis of subordinate periods, based on the trend of the futures market, trading volume lead return rate of futures feebly in a bull market. But return rate of futures lead trading volume significantly in a bearish market.
A Study on Inorganic Chemical Treatment Method of Animal Wastes Using by Electroflotation for Recycle

There is an increasing interest in the use of electrochemical methods for the animal waste treatment The technologies using the electrochemical method provide ideal tools for approaching industrial and animal wastes problems. Unlike other chemical treatments, the electrochemical systems do not make the volume of the secondary waste increase. The electrochemical methods can be operated with electrochemical apparatus and inorganic agent allow selective separation and recovery and even quieter than others. This study concerns design factors, electrode construction and wastewater treatment process of the electrochemical apparatus. The experiment of color, COD and BOD removal is much effective in using electrochemical method with ultrasonication and ozonation.
