Explosion Characteristics of Bituminous Coal Dusts in Cement Manufacturing Process

We have examined explosion characteristics of bituminous coal dusts in cement manufacturing process. In order to find the thermal properties, we investigated weight loss and ignition temperature of coal materials using TGA and DSC. Also specific surface area of dust was investigated. Dust explosion experiments with Hartman's dust explosion apparatus have been conducted by varying concentration and size of coal dust for explosion probability and lower limit explosion concentration. According to the results for thermal properties, there is a little change by dust size. However, the specific surface area of dust is increased by decreasing dust size. The explosion test results show that small size and increasing concentration of dusts make dust explosion easier. And we find that the lower limit explosion concentration of bituminous coal is

in 170/200 mesh used in cement manufacturing process.

This paper presents the experimental results of evaporation heat transfer coefficients of HC(e.g. R290 and R600a), R-22 as a HCFCs refrigerant in horizontal double pipe heat exchangers, having four different inner diameters of 10.07 mm and 6.54 mm respectively. higher, respectively. In comparison with experimental data and some correlations, the evaporation heat transfer coefficients are well matched with the Kandlikar's correlation regardless of a type of refrigerants and tube diameters.
Application of CAD/CAM System to the Manufacturing and the Verification of Straight Bevel Gear with Crown Teeth

The straight bevel gear for automobile part has been manufactured by the cold forging instead of the gear machining tool for the mass production. The application to CAD/CAM system has been necessary in order to develop the precision product quickly by forging through the minimization of trial and error and confirm the reproducibility. In the study, the straight bevel gear with the crown teeth has been modelled by the CAD/CAM system. The master gear after the gearing test has been machined after the modelling, NC data generation and verification. The die for forging and the jig for machining has been manufactured using the master gear.

The design technology to be developed in this study is technology related to the metal panel comer processing method of very high value-added, interior and exterior cladding material, in the architecture. This study is aimed at designing a Bending Die System that enables metal panel comer processing for the first time in Korea, by improving corrosion resistance (durability), weather resistance and elegances (design) for the connecting part of right angle cornering, where most serious problems occur in using metal steel plates of 2.5mm or thicker. This is used as a kind of metal ball and as architectural interior and exterior cladding material.
A Research on the Life Span extension of Die Block in Cold Forging Die

Die hobbing is one of the dieblock manufacturing methods of cold forging die, which makes the upper side of dieblock indented using master punch, hobb to produce impression not using cutting work. SKD11, alloy tool steel was used as the material of dieblock and stainless sheet metal was used as product material in cold forging work. The life span of the die was 6,000 strokes. In this research, the material of dieblock was changed into SKH51, the high speed tool steel and the product material was S45C, the carbon steel in the cold forging work. The life span of the die was 21,000 strokes, which is 350% of the life span of the die using the former method.

This paper summarizes the components of an explicit aeroelastic solver developed especially for the simulation of dynamic fracture events occurring during the flight of solid propellant rockets. The numerical method combines an explicit Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) version of the Cohesive Volumetric Finite Element (CVFE) scheme, used to simulate the spontaneous motion of one or more cracks propagating dynamically through a domain with regressing boundaries, and an explicit unstructured finite volume Euler code to follow the flow field during the failure event. A key feature of the algorithm is the ability to adaptively repair and expand the fluid mesh to handle the large geometrical changes associated with grain deformation and crack motion.

The solid particle erosion behaviour of unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) composites was investigated. The erosive wear of these composites was evaluated at different impingement angles (

Characteristics of the Brazed Joint between Superhard Alloy Particles and Carbon Steel Using BAg System Insert Metals.

This study was carried out to evaluate brazing characteristics of the braze joint between superhard alloy particles and carbon steel. Two types of insert metals that made by mechanical alloying process were selected for this study. One is composed of Cu, Zn and Ag(MIM-1) and the other one is composed of Cu, Zn, Ag and Cd.(MIM-2) The chemical compositions of these insert metals were similar to AWS BAg-20 and BAg-2a system. And the commercial insert metals(CIM-1, CIM-2) were also evaluated for the comparative study. The characterization of the insert metals were conducted by wettability tests, shear tensile test and microstructural analyses. The results indicated that wettability tests displayed that MIM-1 and CIM-1 insert metals had the larger wetting angle than MIM-2 and CIM-2 and the wetting angle of the MIM-1 showed higher value than that of CIM-1. However these values are less than
that is recommended for standard value for usual insert metals. The highest value of shear tensile tests was obtained from the brazed joint that made by MIN-1 and the value was
. This value is appeared to be higher or same as the commercial insert metals. The microstructures of the inserts metals were composed of Cu-rich proeutectic structure for matrix and Ag-rich eutectic structure. The braze joint between superhard alloy particles and carbon steel produced by the MIM-1(Ag-Cu-Zn) system showed sound joint showing stable microstructures. However there was also some porosities at the interface.

Characterisrics of the Ag System Insert Metal Produced by Powder Mixing Process

Powder type Ag system insert metals were manufactured by ball milling process. The variables of milling process were constant except the milling time. The milling times were selected for 24, 48 and 72 hours. The insert metals made by milling process were evaluated by performing scanning electron microscope, DSC(differential scanning calorimetry) analyses, spreading test and further in terms of wettability test. The selected insert metals that have the good characteristics compared to commercial insert metals were applied to make the brazed joints. The characterizations of those brazed joints were also conducted by microstructural observations. The results indicated that milling time of 48 hours for making powder type insert metals was the best condition showing the good spreadibility, low wetting angle. The brazed joints that applied the 48 hours milled insert metal were very sound condition indicating the stable microstructure in spite of containing small amount of porosity and the microhardness value of the joint was about 138VHN.
Vector Control of SPMSM Using MATLAB/SIMULINK & dSPACE 1104 System

This paper presents a vector control implementation for SPMSM(Surface-mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) using dSPACE 1104 system and MATLAB/SIMULINK. SPMSM can be treated as a DC motor provided that currents of flux and torque component are controlled independently using vector control. Therefore various control algorithms for conventional DC motor control can be adopted to SPMSM. The system is designed to improve set-point tracking capability, fast response, and accuracy In This paper, d-q equivalent modeling of PMSM is derived based on vector control theory. PI controller is used for speed control and decoupling PI controller is used for current control. For the implementation of high performance vector control system, dSPACE 1104 system is used. Experiments were carried out to examine validity of the proposed vector control implementation.
Matching Improvement of RF Matcher for Plasma Etcher

New RF matcher module has been proposed in this paper for improvement of RF matcher in plasma etcher system using in semiconductor and display panel manufacturing process. New designed warm gear was used instead of bevel gear in new driving module, and control system was re-arranged with one-chip micro-process technique. The matching performance of new match module was improved in various process condition with reduction of backlash and matching time, and flexible motion of motor compared commercial match module. However this new type RF match module will improve the productivity in etching process of the mass production line.
Design of an NMOS Current-Mirror Type Bridge Rectifier for driving RFID chips

In this paper, a new NMOS current-mirror type bridge rectifier for driving RFID chips, whose minimum input voltage required to obtain the effective DC output voltage is low enough and whose power dissipation can be reduced than that of conventional one, is proposed. The designed rectifier is able to supply high enough and well-rectified DC voltages to drive RFID transponder chips for the frequency range of 13.56 MHz HF(for ISO 18000-3), 915 MHz UHF(fur ISO 18000-6), and 2.45 GHz microwave(for ISO 18000-4). Output characteristics of the proposed rectifier are analyzed with the high frequency equivalent circuit. And the circuitry method for effective reducing of the gate leakage current due to the increasing of operating frequency is also proposed theoretically. Using this method, the power consumption of
and the DC output voltage of 2.13V for 3V peak-to-peak input voltage and
load resistance are obtained. Compared to conventional one, the proposed rectifier operates in more stable and shows superior characteristics in UHF and microwave frequencies.
A Way to Smart Interface based on the IEEE 1451 Standards for Five-senses Information Device in Ubiquitous Environments

Ubiquitous computer can be interfaced with many several peripheral devices for information acquisition. Users should be able to easily use these devices without considering when these devices were interfaced, how to use these devices, and interoperability issues (such as plug and play, the installation of device drivers, and so on). Further, computers and their users need an interface technology that provides five-senses information (the recognition and expressions of the user) such that multimodal interaction can be enabled. In this paper, we proposed an IEEE 1451 standard that uses a smart interface standard for interfacing devices with ubiquitous computer. IEEE 1451 describes the property information of a transducer in the transducer electronic data sheet (TEDS). Further, by using the TEDS format, the interoperability between devices can be enabled by means of the plug-and-play function; it also makes the inconvenient installations of device drivers unnecessary.

DC Motor Drive System Using Model Based Cotroller Design of LabVIEW and Compact RIO

This paper presents a controller implementation using model based controller design programs-System Identification Toolkit, Control Design Toolkit, Simulation module. This method is easier and simpler than conventional controller design method. To implement speed control system of DC motor, a CompactRIO, Real-Time(RT) cntroller provided by NI(National Instruments), is used as hardware equipment. Firstly transfer function of DC motor drive system, which was a control target plant, can be acquired through System Identification Toolkit by using test input signal applied to motor and output signal from motor. And designing of pole-zero compensator satisfying desired control response performance through Control Design Toolkit, designed speed control response can be tested through Simulation Module. Finally LabVIEW program is converted to real-time program and downloaded to CompactRIO real-time controller Through experimental results to real DC motor drive system, designed speed control response is compared to simulation results.
A Study on the Utility Interactive Photovoltaic System Using a Chopper and PWM Voltage Source Inverter for Air Conditioner a Clinic room

The solar cells should be operated at the maximum power point because its output characteristics were greatly fluctuated on the variation of insolation, temperature and load. It is necessary to install an inverter among electric power converts by means of the output power of solar cell is DC. The inverter is operated supply a sinusoidal current and voltage to the load and the interactive utility line. In this paper, the proposes a photovoltaic system is designed with a step up chopper and single phase PWM voltage source inverter. Synchronous signal and control signal was processed by one-chip microprocessor for stable modulation. The step up chopper is operated in continuous mode by adjusting the duty ratio so that the photovoltaic system tracks the maximum power point of solar cell without any influence on the variation of insolation and temperature for solar cell has typical dropping character. The single phase PWM voltage source inverter is consists of complex type of electric power converter to compensate for the defect, that is, solar cell cannot be develop continuously by connecting with the source of electric power for ordinary using. It can be cause the efect of saving electric power, from 10 to 20%. The single phase PWM voltage source inverter operates in situation, that its output voltage is in same phase with the utility voltage. The inverter are supplies an ac power with high factor and low level of harmonics to the load and the utility power system.

The CEDA(Certified E-Document Authority) is a reliable third party that deposit electronic document having legal effects securely, and verify contents of document or transmission. This paper focuses on a function of secure transmission among several important functions, and implements public key encryption system for secure transmission when server and user communicate for image transmission. This paper follows a standard fundamental rule of X.509 in ITU-T, and it uses symmetric encryption algorithm to raise speed of a large data operation. A key of symmetric encryption algorithm is encrypted by private key in public key system, it protects to be modified using digital signature for data integrity. Also it uses certificates for mutual authentication.

We proposed models that can implement RFID/USN in terms of teaching-learning part, facility management part, teacher and student management part in primary and secondary school in this study. To support these models in school network, we also proposed a new wired network model and a new wireless network model. A new wired network model is derived from existing wired school network that can apply to all sorts of models presented above. And also a new wireless network model is derived from existing wireless LAN that can solve space restriction problem. We calculated communication bandwidth according to school size and network capacity.
Performance Analysis on DCF Considering the Number of Consecutive Successful Transmission in Wireless LAN

In this paper, MAC(Medium Access Control) algorithm for the IEEE 802.11 DCF(Distributed Coordination Function) improving the performance is proposed and analyzed by simulation. The MAC of IEEE 802.11 WLAN to control data transmission uses two control methods called DCF and PCF(Point Coordination function). The DCF controls the transmission based on CSMA/CA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access With Collision Avoidance). The DCF shows excellent performance relatively in situation that competition station is less but has a problem that performance is fallen from throughput and delay viewpoint in situation that competition station is increased. This paper proposes an enhanced DCF algorithm that increases the CW to maximal CW after collision and decreases the CW smoothly after successful transmission in order to reduce the collision probability by utilizing the current status information of WLAN. To prove efficiency of proposed algorithm, a lots of simulations are conducted and analyzed.
Performance analysis of DoA estimation algorithm using a circular array antenna

This paper relates to the performance analysis of DoA estimation algorithm in 2-dimensional circular array antenna for the receiving of GPS signal which is used for the performance improvement by elimination of jammer signal. By performing the spatial filtering after the DoA estimation in array antenna, the quality of receiving signal can improve by the nulling of jammer signal from the undesired direction and the forming of beam from the desired direction. In this paper, the MUSIC and MinNorm algorithm used for DoA estimation were applied after fixing the angle and power of jammer signal in 4 element and 7 element circular array antenna. In order to performance analysis, the estimation result and estimation error were computed by computer simulation. As a result, the MUSIC and MinNorm were fairly good in azimuth and elevation angle estimation of DoA in case of good signal to noise ratio and the MUSIC has better performance compared to MinNorm in case of poor signal to noise ratio.

The object of quality test for weapons system embedded software is support about implement of high quality system which coincided with requirements of weapons system embedded. There are some examples which developed quality evaluation methodology, evaluation method for general embedded software. But the concrete system for weapons system embedded software was not constructed yet. Recently, various weapons system embedded software were developed and used but they require the effort for the quality. In this paper, we developed the evaluation modules and the quality test tables which can evaluate based on ISO/IEC 12119 for weapons system embedded software evaluation.
The Modification of UML for Developing of the Efficient Ontology

The increasing interest in ontologies is driven by the large volumes of information now available as well as by the increasing complexity and diversity of this information. These trends have also increased interest in automating many activities that were traditionally performed manually. We are currently engaged in this paper that have realized benefits in productivity and clarity by utilizing UML class diagrams to develop and to display complex OWL ontologies. UML has many features, such as profiles, global modularity and extension mechanisms that are not generally available in most ontology languages. However, ontology languages have some features that UML does not support. Our paper identifies the similarities and differences between UML and the ontology languages RDF and OWL. To reconcile these differences, we propose a modification to the UML metamodel to address some of the most problematic differences.
An Integration of Data by using UML Class Models Based on the Ontology Analysis

Data integration is techniques to combine heterogeneous data from different sources, and to allow users to transparently access all data from multiple sources via a single view. The difficulty with data integration is data heterogeneity (i.e. schema heterogeneity, semantic heterogeneity). Richer semantics of data is a major factor in resolving conflicts among heterogeneous data sources. As UML class model represents only schema-based semantics of data, alternative methods such as ontology is useful for representing additional semantics. This paper proposes a method for integrating two data sources with UML class models by using an analysis of their ontologies. In our framework, ontology will be applied to describe semantics of data in each source. Then the ontologies are analysed and compared to determine their similarities and differences. The result of the comparison is used to devise an integrated ontology that will enable querying on the integrated information.

At the present day, importation of business intelligence like enterprise information system has been the essential factor in business activities. Multimedia Synchronization using PetriNet in Mobile Environment

As demand for the application in multimedia networks is increasing rapidly, it is important to provide these services in Mobile Environments (ME). Obtaining to multimedia services which satisfy synchronization constraints in ME and improving the delay time and Quality of Service(QoS) between media streams to be presented, new specification model has to be proposed. In this paper we propose Mobile Synchronization Model(MSM) as a new specification model for describing efficiently the QoS and the delay time. Also, we propose the multimedia synchronization algorithm where is a dynamic synchronization method that minimizes the effects of adaptive transmission delay time. The proposed model has higher the guarantee of QoS such as the loss rate and the playout rate than it of the previous work.
A MAC Parameter Optimization Scheme for IEEE 802.11e-based Multimedia Networks

Enhanced Distributed Channel Access (EDCA) is a channel access scheme adopted by the IEEE 802.11e draft standard for QoS-enabled wireless local area networks. It classifies traffic into separate Access Categories (ACs) and achieves service differentiation by allowing each AC to have its own values of channel access parameters. This paper proposes a scheme to dynamically adapt the EDCA parameters to traffic environment so that they both maximize the throughput of non real-time traffics and meet the delay and throughput constraints of real-time traffics. For this purpose, we develop a design algorithm for efficient exploration of the EDCA parameter space. Using the algorithm, we derive a Pareto curve fur delay-throughput trade-off in each anticipated traffic environment. The Pareto database can then be used to optimally adjust the parameter according to the traffic environment and administrative policies. Simulation results show that compared with the default parameter configuration, the proposed scheme is better for delay, throughput guarantee and can improve the throughput of non real-time traffics by 12% on average.
FGPA Design and SoC Implementation for Wireless PAN Applications

In this paper, we design the FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) of the KOINONIA WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network), and implement the SoC (System on Chip). We use the redundant bits to make a constant-amplitude in a modulator part. Additionally, the SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) performance of the demodulator is improved by using the redundant bits in decoding steps. The four-million FPGA of the KOINONIA WPAN can be operated at 44MHz frequency. The PER (Packet Error Rate) of the designed FPGA with RF (Radio Frequency) module is below 1% at the -86dB MIPLS (Minimum Input Power Level Sensitivity), and the SNR is about 13dB. Application of Field test to the Rate-dependent relation in Constitutive model

The rate-dependent constitutive model and the rate-independent model were analyzed for comparing with the piezocone penetration test and dissipation test. The mathematical expressions of the rate-dependent constitutive model were introduced, and the predictions using the both models were compared with the experimental results of in-situ field test. The rate-dependent model analysis gave better results than the rate-independent model analysis, that is appreciated since the process of the piezocone penetration and dissipation depends on the strain rate. Therefore, it is recommended the concept of the rate-dependent model for the prediction of soil behaviors using the field penetration test.

Behavior of Curved Pipes under In-Plane Bending

The pipe elbows subjected to in-plane bending moments are analyzed with the finite element method. The results from the finite element analysis are compared with ASME code equations that are theoretical closed form solutions. The geometric nonlinear effects due to the ovalization are explained with the magnitude and the types of the stresses and the flexibilities of the elbows with the emphasis on the bend angles and elbow factors.

In this paper, Thermocatalytic decomposition of methane in a fluidized bed reactor (FBR) was studied. The technical approach is based on a single-step decomposition of methane over carbon catalyst in air/water vapor free environment. The factors affecting methane decompostion catalyst activity in methane decomposition reactions were examined. The fluidization phenomena in a gas-fluidized bed of catalyst was determined by the analysis of pressure fluctuation properties, and the results were confirmed with characteristics of methane decomposition. The effect of parameters on the H2 yield was examined for methane decompostion. The decompstion rate was affected by the fluidization quality such as mobility, U-Umf, carbon attrition, elutriation and effectiveness density of fluidization gas.
A study on the corrosion characteristics of carbon steel pipes by phosphate corrosion inhibitor

This study was performed to estimate the water quality parameters on corrosion such as pH, turbidity, Fe released concentration, corrosion rate by using batch reactor for corrosion control of phosphate corrosion inhibitor in carbon steel pipes. The pH, conductivity, alkalinity, and Ca hardness showed a slight change for dosing the phosphate corrosion inhibitor with carbon steel pipe in batch reactor. The turbidity was about ten times lower with 5 mg
of the corrosion inhibitor than that without. The Fe released concentration and corrosion rate was decreased by about 12.2, 24 times with 5 mg
of the corrosion inhibitor than that without. In conclusion, the optimum concentration of the phosphate corrosion inhibitor was found to be 5 mg
. The effect of the corrosion inhibitor was significant for the carbon steel plate samples tested in this study. The corrosion inhibitor can be an effective cure for corrosion and red water problem preventing the service pipe from further corrosion.
The Study of Characteristics of Cosmetic Powder by Using Various Grinding mill

By Using various grinding mill in powder cosmetics manufacturing process; screen milt and pin mill, jet mill, properties of the powder and grinding mills were studied; talc, mica, nylon powder, silica, titanium dioxide. Besides, the experiments fur evaluation of grinding were performed by using iron oxides those are tracers. In powders of plate shape, they were grinded more vertically than horizontally at the screen mill and pin mill, although were all grinded vertically and horizontally at the jet mill. The spheric powders became the primary particles or aggregation by electrostatic interaction at the screen mill and pin mill. But, at the jet mill, they resulted the agglomeration or transformation or damage up to 2bar. Titanium dioxides became the primary particles by all grinding mill. Pin mill has an excellent result in experiments which is a change of the tone of color by grinding. From these results, suggest that the jet mill is used to pre-treat of powders of plate shape in practical cosmetic manufacturing process, and the screen mill and pin mill are used to match the color of powder cosmetics. If industrial process condition is taken into consideration, suggest that 4times of grinding is excellent on grinding effect by the screen mill, and twice grinding by the pin mill and grind air pressure of 1bar by the jet mill.

A Study on the Determinants Which Influence on Evaluating the Silver Welfare Facilities

This study is to search the determinants which influence on evaluating the silver welfare facilities, of which data for this study were collected from the survey on the evaluation of social welfare facilities which were enforced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2006. As the results, all the factors for the management of those facilities, such as facility and environment, management of organization and human resource, service quality, and community relation, influences significantly on silver welfare facility. Among the factors, the development of service quality should be taken care of, since service quality strongly explains the result of evaluation through the regression analysis. In regard of the fundamental factors, the juridical fund itself has no influence on the evaluation of the institutes, while the patronage fund for the facilities has significant influence on silver welfare facilities except elderly housing. However, the fundamental support from government has negative influence on the facilities for specialized nursing.

Franchising is a business sector which can be enlarged to a large scale in retailing business. Franchising has expanded its realm of business into realestate business and education business, starting from hospitality business. In franchising, the management of customers is a critical issue, so many franchising companies actively implement the CRM system to improve customer relationship. Therefore, this research focuses on the intention of franchising companies about the implementation of the CRM system. The information system used for managing franchising business is defined as Franchising Information Systems(FIS). In this research, the impact of technological level, educational level and utilization strategy of FIS on the ability of FIS use were analyzed. In addition, the impact of the ability of FIS use on the intention of franchising companies about the implementation of the CRM system was analyzed. The results from the research reveal that the utilization strategy of FIS does not affect the ability of FIS use, but technological level and educational level have an effect on the ability of FIS use. The ability of FIS use has influence on the intention of franchising companies about the implementation of the CRM system.

This study grasped the problem by examining the consciousness of professors about the e-learning and reached a conclusion as follows. The teaching-learning model of e-learning should be developed. Universities should develop study system modules that can select assortatively by learners according to the e-Learning course and present a new education model of university for the liberal arts course, areas needing an industry-academic cooperation and an lifelong education in university and so on. National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project in the field of education, which is launched mainly by government initiative and is to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. Optimization of Proteolytic Enzyme Treatment for the Production of Spirulina Extract

An efficient production method of spirulina extract was developed by enzymatic treatment using proteolytic enzymes. The suitable dosage of Tunicase, a cell lytic enzyme, was used to be 2.0% (w/w). To maximize solid recovery and spirulina extraction (SE) index, which indicates nucleic acid-related substances content, the dosage of Alcalase, commercially available pretense, was found to be 1.0% (w/w). By simultaneous treatments using optimal dosages of Tunicase and Alcalase, the highest SE index and solid recovery were obtained. The SE index and solid recovery of simultaneous treatments were notably enhanced by 100% (

), respectively, than those of the non-treated extracts.
Collaborative Vendor Managed Inventory Models for Managing 2-Echelon Supply Chains with the Consideration of Shortage in Demand

One of the most important issues of managing a supply chain is to determine the inventory level whenever shortage is permitted and vendor is responsible fur management of the both buyer and supplier's inventory. We present two vendor managed inventory models in the form of two-echelon supply chain models for: 1) one buyer-one supplier problem, and 2) two buyers- one supplier problem. We assume that shortage is permitted. The proposed methods of this paper provides a simple condition, which makes it easy to decide when and how vendor managed inventory model costs less than traditional one. The paper is supported with some numerical examples to show the implementation of the proposed methods.
Effect of dietary level of brewer's dried grain on growth Performance and digestibility in growing pigs

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Hewer's dried grain supplementation on growth performance and digestibility in growing pigs. A total of forty-eight pigs (19.3 kg, average initial body weight) were used during 42 days. Dietary treatments included: 1) CON (basal diet), 2) BDG5 (basal diet + 5 % brewer's dried grain) and 3) BDC10 (basal diet + 10 % brewer's dried grain). Each treatment had 8 replicates of 2 pigs per pen in a randomized complete block design. Growth performance was not affected by treatments. However, in nutrient digestibility, DM digestibility was higher in BDG5 treatment than CON and BDG10 treatments. Nitrogen digestibility was the highest in BDG10 treatment and among another treatments, also, BDG5 treatment was higher than CON treatment. And, energy digestibility was higher in BDG10 treatment than CON treatment. In conclusion, dietary brewer's dried grain supplementation is not reduced on growth performance and improved on nutrient digestibility.
