Smart phone Application Development for Aware of Unexpected Conditions using Accelerometer Sensors

A Smart phone is the one of the mobile devices widely used in our daily life. Moreover, various type of sensing data gathering from smart phone are effectively applicable to recognize of their users or smart phone status. Therefore, many smart phone applications based on sensor data have been actively developed. In this paper, we investigate an unexpected conditions recognition method using continuous sensing data from a single three-axis accelerometer. In addition, we implemented an application using the proposed method which provides the services notifying an abrupt changes of the smart phone conditions. By the experimented results, the application can be useful to protect the smart phone on the user's unaware conditions such as falling or a robbery case.
POS Data Analysis System based on Association Rule Analysis

Merchandise recommendations service based on electronic commerce has been actively studied and on service these days. By virtue of progress in IT industry, POS has been widely used even in small shops, but the merchandise recommendations service using POS has not been much facilitated compared with that of using electronic commerce. This paper proposes a merchandise recommendations service system using association analysis by applying data mining algorithm to POS sales data. This paper, also, suggests novel services such as annihilation rule and new rule, and ascending and descending rules. The analysis results are applied to the customers enabling to offer merchandise recommendations service. In addition, prompt responses against the changes in demands from customers are possible by identifying the annihilation rule and new rule, and ascending and descending rules, and providing the management with the rules as managerial decision making information.

Recently a grid and cloud computing collaboration have become a social issue. These collaborative network system, the P2P system based on this system. Distingui shed from the client/server systems, P2P systems in order to exchange information, its purpose and functions are divided according to the morphological Category. In accordance with the purposes and functions of information and data retrieval, remote program control and integration services for the offers. Most P2P systems client/server scalability, and management takes the form, but to overcome the disadvantages in terms of applying the mixed-mode system is increasing. And recently the distributed computing aspects of the service to users in order to provide suitable to accommodate the diverse needs of various types of mobile agent technology is needed. In this paper, as required by the mobile agent access to a remote resource access control and agent for the execution and management capabilities and improve the reliability of the mobile agent system designed to suggest.
A workflow scheduling based on decision table for cloud computing

Cloud computing has gained great popularity because users don't need to install any softwares as well as maintain hardwares and service providers also can utilize its resources through virtualization of servers. As workflows feature variableness and servers are heterogenous, efficient scheduling of workflows in cloud computing is important factor in view of responsibility and resource utilization. In this paper, we propose a new workflow scheduling named 2-step scheduling which prioritizes each workflow through its significance degree and allocates resources to workflows through decision table. The goal of this 2-step scheduling is to improve responsibility as well as availability versus cost. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme in contrast of counterparts can improve the responsibility as well as availability of resource.
The Improved-Scheme of Audio Steganography using LSB Techniques

Audio steganography is quite similar to the procedure of modifying the least significant bit(LSB) of image media files. The most widely used technique today is hiding of secret messages into a digitized audio signal. In this paper, I propose a new method for hiding messages from attackers, high data inserting rate is achieved. In other words, based on the LSB hiding method and digitized to change the bit position of a secret message, an encrypted stego medium sent to the destination in safe way.
Design of Smart phone English Keypad using Frequency Information of Characters and Bigram

Smart phones provide variety of functions like world processing, chatting, web browsing, etc. for users. Therefore, efficiency of the keypad that are used in text entry are becoming more important. But, in traditional english mobile keypad, text entry speed is not efficient because simple placement of characters in accordance with the order of characters. In this paper, we propose the improved english keypad for smart phone using the frequency information of english characters and bigram. And, we verified that the proposed keypad is more efficient than other keypads through the experiment.

Each year, the Forest Service performs measurements to gather statistics regarding on the forest resources and forest character. However, this is not easily obtainable information due to the lack of human accessibility to the survey sample. I proposed a new method to gather data which utilizes the technology of digital imaging. This new method allows over 50% of the sample to be viewable.
A Study of Factors Influencing the Satisfaction of SNS Use

Social Network Service is a web-based service that allows the people to construct relationship among users with same interest and supports various activities such as managing personal relations and sharing information or contents. Based on the IS Success Model and UTAUT model, this study examines factors influencing the satisfaction of SNS use. Questionnaires are collected from 473 students who are using the SNS. The results are followings: first, the performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence have positive effect on the use intention. Second, the facilitation conditions and use intention have positive effect on the use. Third, the system quality, information quality and use have positive effect on the satisfaction. Fourth, the performance expectancy is the strongest predictor of the use intention, the use intention is the strongest predictor of the use and information quality is the strongest predictor of the satisfaction.
The effects of servicescape and information technology on service encounter job satisfaction, affective commitment and service performance: Focused on nursing services

This study examines the relationship among servicescape, information technology, employee's job satisfaction, affective commitment and service performance. Empirical research is conducted to statistically test the model using SEM and empirically confirms followings: (a) positive effect of servicescape and IT on both of job satisfaction and affective commitment, which, in turn, positively influences on service behavior, (b) positive effect of affective commitment and service behavior on service recovery, and (c) significant indirect effect of job satisfaction on service recovery meditated by service behavior. Results suggest that there are direct and indirect effects on service performance of servicescape and information technology through job satisfaction and affective commitment. This paper is concluded with the summarized result and contribution of this study, managerial implication of the research findings, and further research issues.
A Development of Statistical Model for Pavement Response Model

The Falling Weight Deflectormeter has been widely used in evaluating the structural adequacy of pavement structures. The deflections measured from the FWD are capable of estimating the stiffness of pavement layers and measuring the pavement responses in the pavement structure. The objective of paper is to develop the pavement response model using a partial least square regression technique based on the FWD deflection data. The partial least square regression method enables to solve the multicollinearity problem occurred in multiple regression model. It is also found that the pavement response model can be developed using the raw data when a partial least square regression was used.
