Cost Effective Plasma Display Panel TV Driving system with an address misfiring compensation circuit

Plasma display panel (PDP) televisions are facing to have a new chance to receive attention along with a boom in 3-D software and contents because PDP can provide the comfortable and realistic 3-D images. The PDP has three driving circuit boards such as X, Y and addressing boards. Cost effective driving waveform has already been reported to decrease the number of driving circuit board. Half bridge based sustaining driver can remove a sustaining driver in the X board. However, the biasing circuit in the X driving boards cannot be reduced because there are some drawbacks such as unstable gas discharge condition and unreliability of an address driver IC. In this paper, the half bridge based sustaining driver is considered and a simple address driver is proposed to remove one driving board, X driving board. The stable gas discharge condition, reliability of the address driver IC and the low cost can be obtained by the proposed circuit.
Remote Control of Pumping System for Underground Water Pollution and Running Dry Prevention Using Ubiquitous

This paper was development of remote controller of pumping system by using ubiquitous for underground water contamination prevention in the area of glasshouse facility. This paper automatically controls from to temperature and humidity for pumping sprinkler at water hanging cultivation. This prevents indiscreetive development of underground water, and prevents damage of environmental pollution without complementary measures in case of water lacked humble-void. The result of this research, confirms decrease of electrical fee, prevention of indiscreet underground water usage and its drying up thought optimum farm products management and pumping control system.
Universal Composability Notion for Functional Encryption Schemes

We have developed an ideal functionality for security requirement of functional encryption schemes. The functionality is needed when we want to show the security of a functional encryption scheme in universal composable (UC) framework. A functionality
was developed to represent ideal respond of a functional encryption scheme against any polynomial time active attacker. We show that UC security notion of functional encryption scheme
is as strong as fully secure functional encryption in an indistinguishable game with chosen cipher text attack. The proof used a method that showing for any environment algorithm, it can not distinguish ideal world where the attacker play with ideal functionality
and real world where the attacker play a fully secure functional encryption scheme.
Implementation of Android application to judge the daily route deviation via the GPS information on smart phones

As smart phone is daily used by most people, various location-based applications have been developed. Moreover, it is increased the requirements of location-based services that utilize Google maps, GPS sensing information and etc.. In this paper, we develop a smart phone application providing notification services by detecting the daily route deviation. We develop the server system which receives GPS information gathering from user's smart phone and analyse the user's regular routes. With the results from the analyzation the GPS coordinates, the application on a smart phone detects the case of a breakaway from regular routes. And then it can inform automatically and immediately the designed person such as guardians of children or the old and the infirm of the route deviation so will be helpful to protect such person. This is one example of the effectiveness of the application. Moreover, the application is developed on the client-server framework, thus it is very useful to judge the user's daily route deviation in realtime by using the accumulated information on the corresponding DB. Finally we evaluated the proposed methods which had been implemented on smart phones and show the utilities of the application.
Forecasting Electric Power Demand Using Census Information and Electric Power Load

In order to develop an accurate analytical model for domestic electricity demand forecasting, we propose a prediction method of the electric power demand pattern by combining SMO classification techniques and a dimension reduction conceptualized subspace clustering techniques suitable for high-dimensional data cluster analysis. In terms of electricity demand pattern prediction, hourly electricity load patterns and the demographic and geographic characteristics can be analyzed by integrating the wireless load monitoring data as well as sub-regional unit of census information. There are composed of a total of 18 characteristics clusters in the prediction result for the sub-regional demand pattern by using census information and power load of Seoul metropolitan area. The power demand pattern prediction accuracy was approximately 85%.
A design of efficient emergency medical information system using heuristic knowledge

With the development of the morden medical science technology, the life of the men is keeping by medical technology. But if a proper treatment could not be provided to the patient in pre-hospital phase and the patient could not be transferred to the necessary hospital timely, it can not prevent the serious damage to the patient. In this paper, when an emergency was generated, the emergency medical technician can give the most suitable first aid to the patient by our proposed efficient emergency medical information system using heuristic knowledge.
A Study of Knowledge and Skills Required for Web Developers

Many researchers have investigated and studied on the knowledge and skills required for IT workforce, such as programmers, systems analysts, and IT managers. The results of these studies helped us not only to understand the changes of IT trends and to prepare IT workers for their future careers. But, the web developer, which is a newly evolving job title, has little been studied. This research is intended to look into the knowledge and skills for web developers by collecting and analyzing the job advertisements posted the commercial job boards in the Internet. The specific technical requirements for Web developers are programming languages knowledge/skills such as Java and JSP, database, and Internet/Web. Knowledge/skills for general development and knowledge on information technology are required in System section. The results of this research is expected to help us understand the knowledge and skills related to web development.
