Novel Optimal Controlling Algorithm for Real-time Integrated-control Smart Manufacturing System

In this paper, we consider the algorithms and numerical analysis for real-time integrated control system and resource management of large-scale manufacturing smart factory system. There various data transmitted on Cyber-Physical-System (CPS) is necessary to control in real time, as well as the terminal and the platform with respective system service. This will be a true smart manufacturing which consisting of existing research results, and a numerical analysis by the parameter-specific information. In this paper, Jacoby calculation to reflect the optimization algorithms that are newly proposed. It also presents a behavior that optimal operational algorithm on CPS which is adapted to the sensing data. In addition, we also verify the excellence of the real-time integrated control system through experimentation, by comparison with the existing research results.
A Study on Deployment of Global Wireless Communications Network with Airliners

We show feasibility of deployment of global wireless communications network with airliners, especially for disastrous vast areas by earthquakes or a tsunami as well as unwired regions of the global to extend Internet access. In this study, we collect flight information data related to civil aircraft passing through, especially South Korea, Japan, United States, and Europe. From the collected data, we obtain hourly available service area ratio and cumulative average service area when airliners are equipped with a long range wireless communication gadget. Then, we reveal that it is possible to deploy global wireless communications network using airliner ad hoc network.
A case study of convergence capstone design for computer software major ability

Capstone design course in current domestic software education environment has been opened in undergraduate courses in order to improve student's practical skills. However, the capstone design course is hardly applied the software convergence trend. We opened the capstone design course in not only the students in certain department, but also the students in other departments in order to solve this problem, and then we analyzed the operating results of this capstone design course. In the analyzed result, we find that operation of the convergence capstone design course is enough satisfactory, but we find that the operation of the convergence capstone design course has the limit that the certain department operates individually the convergence capstone design project. Hence, we need that the convergence capstone design course is preferably operated as the department-integration.
Implementation of Fall Direction Detector using a Single Gyroscope

Falling situations are extremely critical events for the elderly person who requires timely and adequate emergency service. For the case of emergency, the information of falling and its direction can be used as an important information for the first aid treatment of the injured person. In this paper, a falling detection system which can pinpoint the falling event with the falling direction is implemented. In order to detect the fall situation, a single gyroscope (MPU-6050) is used in the developed system. The fall detection algorithm that can classify 8 different fall directions such as front, back, left, right and in between falls is proposed. The direction of the fall is decided by examining the acceleration values of X and Y directions of the sensor. It is shown that the proposed algorithm successfully detects the falling event and the falling direction with probability of 97% for a selected value of acceleration threshold.
A Study on the effect of welding wire diameter on the welding quality detection

Using the welding current and voltage signal processing, we have studied the influence that the diameter of the welding wire to the welding quality detection. For the experiments, We have analyzed the signal with respect to large and small artificially a gap between base materials than the welding wire. In this experiment, the 1.2 mm diameter of the welding wire was used, and distance between the welding base materials was respectively 1.0 mm and 2.0 mm. In the welding with a large defect than the diameter of the welding wire it was able to detect a change in the welding current and welding voltage. But it could not detect a change in the welding current and welding voltage in the welding has a small defect than the welding wire diameter.
A Study on Vendor Managed Inventory to Apply Technology Acceptance Model

The purpose of this study applies Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to better understand the role of antecedents leading to intention of VMI use. The findings are as follows. First, the model that applied VMI, a SCM information technology, to TAM is appropriate for measuring and analyzing the acceptance intention of organizational members, VMI users. Second, higher satisfaction in VMI system factors led to a greater level of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of VMI. Third, higher satisfaction in VMI cooperation factors led to a greater level of perceived ease of use of VMI. Fourth, the perceived ease of use of VMI had an impact on the perceived usefulness of VMI, similar to the findings of other studies. Fifth, the perceived ease of use of VMI had a positive impact on intention of the continuous VMI use.
Study on the behavioral model of co-creation by customers

The main objective of this study is to provide the behavioral model of co-creation by customers and explorer influential factors of participation from the customer's perspective. To achieve the research goals, we employed grounded theory and conducted intensive interviews of 8 customers who had writing product reviews experiences with Beauty Net. The study results indicate that the most important influential factors of participation from the customer's perspective are: (1) Co-creation platform; (2) Co-creation policy; and (3) Individual characteristics.
A Study on Cloud Service Quality by Using Importance-Performance Analysis

This study sheds light on the quality aspect of cloud computing services as next IT platform. Three tasks of the research are to extract the quality factors of cloud service from the user's viewpoint, empirically analyze the perceptual differences between the user group and the provider group by applying the IPA technique, and suggest some quality factors that need to be improved. Based on the previous researches and focus group evaluation, 13 quality factors have been established. Two field surveys have been performed respectively to collect the perceptual importance and satisfaction level of the users and the providers. It is shown that the quality satisfaction of the user group is lower than the quality perceived by the providers. And there exist significant differences between two groups in respect to quality importance level and IPA matrix. In conclusion, 6 quality factors that need to be improved are suggested such as service functionality, service availability, interoperability, scalability, confidentiality, and provider's responsiveness.
SAP R/3 System Interface Technologies Analysis and VBA Applied Data Input Proposal

Many companies have attempted to strengthen competitiveness by introducing information technology ERP system in a changing and global competitive business environment. However, ERP systems can not meet all the requirements that occur in the enterprise. After the system introduced, When it operates with existing systems or with new systems, the need for strong interface technology along with the appearance of the ERP have been gradually increased. In this paper, we selected SAP R/3 system as a typical ERP system. Among the modules of SAP R/3, MM module was chosen. Interface technologies for SAP R/3 Systems integrate mulltiple R/3 systems and non R/3 systems, and play important roles in expanding the company's business process. VBA approach was implemented as the data interface design between SAP R/3 and other systems. It proved to reduce the feeling of resistance from user's point of view. It also proved to improve the operational efficiency in a convenient input and output manner of purchase request data.
