The purpose of this study is make a proposal for application skill of Ecological communal. Ecological communal is Environmentally friendly lifestyle and an alternative plan of Environmental pollution. There is growing international scientific consensus that human activities are having a discernible effect on the global climate. The environment was polluted the cause by The Development of scientific technique and economy. Recently, Environmental pollution spreads through over the world over. Moreover, An increasing gulf between the rich and the poor. In result, rise to the emergency in cooperation with the whole world. We need to advance a new direction for society to take in order to suffer environmental problems which have emerged as the most serious. The development of ecological communal is directed toward realizing a sustainable society. If life styles are to become less dependent on ecological resources and reduce externalities, same as Ecological communal, then a wide range of renewable energy technologies and energy saving measures are required. Up to now, the development of ecological communal has been actively initiated and still continues by some venture farmers whit a vision and strong will. These study results are definitely very conducive to spread ecological communal knowledge among the public.
A Study on Planning Aspects & Detailed Techniques in terms of Main Concept of Ecological Industrial Parks

This Study aims to find out the planning aspects and detailed techniques in terms of concept of the Ecological Industrial Parks. It consists of the three parts : Firstly, according to theoretical review, this study gives a definition of the concept of ecological industrial parks. Secondly, it institutes planning aspects of ecological industrial parks based on the main concept. Thirdly, 8 case studies show us analysis of detailed techniques used each planning aspects. Ecological industrial parks mean industrial systems which make energy and substance circulated in order to reduce environmental pollutions inside and outside of park like natural ecosystem. To actualize ecological industrial parks, we have to adopt 3 planning aspects which are energy and substance recycling system, environmentally-friendly site planning based on ecology concept, constructing of ecological production and management. In case study, detailed techniques from each planning aspects are shown in table 8. As a result of case study, detailed techniques about planning of energy and substance recycling system is accommodated most. On the other hand, environmentally-friendly site planning techniques based on ecological concept is used passively. And detailed techniques about constructing of ecological production and management are very various as each cases. Finally, in terms of analysis, this study shows us appliable planning when we develop domestic Ecological industrial parks.
A study on revitalization of riverfront space in terms of ecological aspect

This study aims to find out the way of revitalizing of natural riverfront space in terms of ecological aspect. At the first part, theoretical made in terms of concept, planning aspects and techniques which were main bases for the study. It begins by explaining the concept of ecological riverfront space, the main aspect and techniques of its planning. After this, it analysis eight cases(four cases in Korea, Swiss, Germany, America and Japan) in terms of the objects, planning techniques and the results of development. It continues by making detailed analysis according to four objectives like 'protection from flood', 'quality of the river', 'ecological preservation' and 'active usage of riverfront space'. It ends by evaluating the relationship between objectives and the planning which will be adapted to the future development of riverfront space with ecological aspect. In conclusion, hereafter will propose desirable design-direction for revitalization about riverfront space about ecological aspect design in urban.
A study on the analysis of Korean eco-housing in Bang chon village

The objective of this study is to interpret a typical Korean traditional settlement for searching for planning criteria of ecological friendly housing estates. The interpreting framework is five environmental ecological ideas as the adaptation to the exterior of village, the eco-space in village, the interior of house, the cycling of material and the reasonable energy system, prevention of environment pollution and reduction of wastes. Through the interpretation, it has been found out that Bang chon village has been developed to an environmental ecological rational setting and has the meaningful elements for environmental friendly housing estates. Particularly, the spatial components of Bang-chon are characterized by the concept of multi-function, and diversity, which are worth of being considered as important planning of ecological friendly housing estates.
Analysis of the Room Acoustic Characteristics depending on the Sound Sources for a Multi-purpose Gymnasium finished with Absorbers on Walls and Ceiling

This study aims to investigate and evaluate the room acoustic designs of a multi purpose gymnasiums which do not use adjustable treatments in order to change the acoustical characteristics. Considering the main uses of gymnasium and auditorium, experiments were carried out using both nondirectional speakers on the stage and loudspeaker installed on the ceiling. The result from the study are as follows; Measured RT under unoccupied condition was a little longer than the expected value, therefore, in the case of occupied condition RT would be close to the optimum value. However, parameters that evaluate intelligibility and speech transmission property appeared to be low and have large differences depending on the measuring points, therefore, more effective sound reflecting surfaces and sound reinforcement systems should be considered.
A Study on Light Collector and Luminaire Design using Microstructured Film

Solar daylighting system provides free and comfort lighting, but its cost has been key issue due to difficult design and control of the heavy light collecting system. One of the solutions for the heavy design issues would be using a light framed film such fresnel and prism lens. Prism light guide luminaires have for some time been used to distribute light when it is desirable to have remote light sources. These systems are helpful when it is desirable to have fewer light sources, and/or to position light sources in places where lamp maintenance is easier, or electrical hazard is reduced. This proposed prototype system consists of light collector, light transformer and light pipe.
Effectiveness and Validity of Noise Barrier Tunnels on Main Line Roads

It seems inevitable for residential buildings to be high-rise and allocated near traffic roads due to the overcrowding in urban area. Acoustic environment in those residential buildings has been seriously deteriorated by the increase of traffic vehicles. Commonly used sound barriers have a limitation in controlling noise diffracted over the boundary of a sound barrier and hence are not effective to attenuate noise especially for the residential units in high level. The use of an enclosed noise barrier can be an alternative to supplement the defects of conventional noise barriers. The present work aims at providing useful data in designing enclosed noise barriers for residential areas adjacent to roads. Number of field measurements for various noise barriers and enclosed noise barriers were carried out and the results were discussed with relation to the proper design of enclosed noise barriers.
An Analysis on Development and Application of Solar Sunlighting Systems

Solar sunlighting systems are useful to apply for most buildings. This study aims to analysis the development and architectural application of solar sunlighting systems. For the purpose, abroad developing situation of solar sunlighting systems were investigated and analyzed literally. And, by case studies, architectural application methods are analyzed. As results, light pipe systems are mainly used for small building and houses. Also solar mirror systems are used for atrium and underground spaces. Lens-fiber systems are applied for high rise buildings and office buildings which internally have no influx of sunlighting. Some application suggestion in our country are discussed.
A Fundamental Study on the Establishment of Environmental Quality Criteria for Railway Noise(I)

With rapid industrial development, railway has become a main traffic means. But, the railway noise has caused much annoyance for the residents living nearby railway track. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the environmental Quality criteria for railway noise like the environmental quality criteria for traffic noise. In this study, the domestic and foreign criteria for railway noise were investigated with analysis of existing data and an field survey of noise condition near a railway. Fundamental data are provided for establishment of environmental Quality criteria for railway noise.
