새로운 과학 기술분류의 철학과 구조

  • 과학기술분류는 연구자들의 연구활동을 담는 그릇이다. 과학기술자들이 다양한 분야에서 각기 다른 연구활동을 수행할 때 과학기술분류는 이들의 연구활동을 나누고 묶는 기준이된다. 이 연구는 한국과학재단에서 1999년부터 사용하고 있는 새로운 과학기술 분류체계의 속성과 구조에 관한 것이다. 새로운 분류체계는 분야를 복수로 기재하도록 함으로써 복합(interdisciplinary) 분야의 표현이 가능하도록 하였고 연구분야와 적용분야를 동시에 기재하도록 함으로써 과학기술정책과 산업정책이 연결될수 있는 체계를 갖도록 하였다.

  • 국방과학기술 중 국가안보를 위해 보호해야 하는 기술을 방위산업기술로 정의하고 있다. 방위산업기술보호법의 대상기관은 보유 또는 연구개발 중인 방위산업기술을 식별한 후, 방위산업기술 정보를 적절한 보호등급으로 분류하여 보호하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 국방과학기술 정보의 분류체계 국가 표준이 수립되어야 하지만 아직까지 분류체계가 정립되어 있지 않고 대상기관 별로 자체 내규로 정하도록 지침이 마련 중으로 향후 혼란을 야기할 수 있어 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현행 국방과학기술 정보의 분류체계와 미국 국방부의 과학기술 정보의 분류체계를 비교하고 발전방향을 고찰해본다.

  • 본 논문은 개인 제작 증감 방송을 위한 증강현실 저작 기술을 기능적 측면에서 분류하고 연구 동향을 살펴본다. 구체적으로 증강현실 저 작 기술을 기능적으로 분류하기 위한 분류체계(Taxonomy)를 정의 하고, 이에 따라 기존 저작 기술들을 분류한다. 이러한 분류를 통해 기존의 다양한 증강현실 저작 기술들을 체계적으로 비교/평가 할 수 있으며 또한 향후 증강현실 저작기술의 발전 방향을 예측할 수 있다.

  • This paper suggests a new model connecting various knowledge activities through classification systems such as classifications of research, technology, industry, major and job. Although research activities are linked to technology and industry areas or to education and job areas, there is no effort to link these kinds of activities. There are a few studies to link research and technology or research and education respectively. But, there have been no studies to connect technology-industry linkage and education-job linkage. This paper suggests that research area can be a basis of link between technology-industry linkage and education-job linkage. The methods building the links are not simple, but easy; 1) setting up new science/research classification system having two dimensions of research and application, 2) building electronic systems and databases allowing fields for several classification systems, and 3) making rules using multi-dimensional classification systems following the purpose of the programs. The model is designed to meet the needs of nationwide R&D and human resources policies, and for the preparation of knowledge society to grasp the relationship between sequential activities using knowledge. If we know the interactive relationships between various areas, we can trace related phenomena in different activities with restricted information.

  • Under the knowledge-based economy in 21C, the convergence and complexity in science and technology are being more active. Therefore, we have science and technology are classified properly, make not easy to construct the system to new next generation area. Thus we suggest the systematic solution method to flexibly extend classification scheme in order for content management and service organizations. In this way, we expect that the difficult of classification scheme management is minimized and the expense of it is spared.

A Study of CPC-based Technology Classification Analysis Model of Patents (CPC 기반 특허 기술 분류 분석 모델)

  • With the explosively increasing intellectual property rights, securing technological competitiveness of companies is more and more important. In particular, since patents include core technologies and element technologies, patent analysis researches are actively conducted to measure the technological value of companies. Various patent analysis studies have been conducted by the International Patent Classification(IPC), which does not include the latest technical classification, and the technical classification accuracy is low. In order to overcome this problem, the Cooperative Patent Classification(CPC), which includes the latest technology classification and detailed technical classification, has been developed. In this paper, we propose a model to analyze the classification of the technologies included in the patent by using the detailed classification system of CPC. It is possible to analyze the inventor's patents in consideration of the relation, importance, and efficiency between the detailed classification schemes of the CPCs to extract the core technology fields and to analyze the details more accurately than the existing IPC-based methods. Also, we perform the comparative evaluation with the existing IPC based patent analysis method and confirm that the proposed model shows better performance in analyzing the inventor's core technology classification.

  • 본 연구에서는 21세기 기술개발 방향 및 기술속성에 의해 분류된 새로운 분류법에 의한 기술체계도를 제시한다. 지금까지 배전기술개발 분류는 중장기연구개발 계획을 근거로 하여, 3개의 기술개발 분야로 분류되어 왔으나, 이 방법은 광범위한 기술개발 분야의 분류로 상호간의 중복되는 분야가 발생하거나, 새로운 기술 분야에 대한 기술 분류의 어려움이 상존해 있었다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 기술의 전개방향과 속성을 기준으로 배전분야의 최종목표와 추진분야, 주요 기술개발과제(R&D과제)로 구성된 새로운 배전기술개발 체계도를 제시한다.

Comparative study of class and division classification for the civil engineering field in a library classification system (토목공학분야 문헌정보분류법의 류.강체계 비교분석)

  • A library for the civil engineering field goes on increasing in quantity because of the growth in construction technology and the enlargement in applicable fields of civil engineering. Most of libraries and information centers in construction companies are using Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) or Korean Decimal Classification (KDC) to classify a library in civil engineering field. It is necessary for the library classification system to be equipped with a more standardized code system, which corresponds to the academical and technical classification for the civil engineering works. This study analyzes the defects of existing classification systems, and then suggests a new classes and divisions classification system, which facilitates to link academic information with technical data, for the civil engineering field. The proposed system is expected to make practical application of information classification system in the construc ion industry and to be applied for the revised edition of KDC.

Development of Classification System Applied Particularity Culture Contents (문화콘텐츠 특수성을 반영한 문화기술(CT) 분류체계 연구)

  • In this study, we propose a new CT classification system which is essential factor for strengthening competitiveness of culture contents and technical assistance of convergence contents. For this, we drew particularity of culture contents by reviewing concept and current state of CT. And also we drew problems of existing CT classification systems and implications for applying to future CT classification system by systematic analysis of existing CT classification systems. Through this series of process we developed a new CT classification system applied particularity of culture contents. The suggested CT classification system can embrace all kind of technologies related to all steps of value chain-planning, manufacturing/production, distribution, service- of culture contents. And it has significance having flexibility for government investigation and applying the law and more realistic for industrial site by restructuring of middle classification level.
