A Study on Effects of Service Quality and Technology Acceptance Model in China - The Moderate Effect on Reliability -

  • This paper shows the result of a survey about the users using Didi Chuxing in China to analyze the effect of the service quality and technology acceptance model (TAM) on customer satisfaction. There are 314 valid responsiveness out of the 414 for 9 days, which had been analyzed with SPSS and AMOS. In the analysis result, the academic implications are as follows. First, it was analyzed that the quality of service had a positive(+) effect on the technology acceptance model. Second, it was analyzed that the technology acceptance model had a positive effect on the attitude and customer satisfaction. Third, in the analysis result of the moderate effect, attitude and customer satisfaction vary partially according to whether types of reliability. The practical implications are as follows: First, it is necessary to provide service quality factors to customers. Second, It is necessary to suggest ways that customers can gain reliability. These findings also have limitations and research directions. First, the variety of samples is needed. Second, an analysis is required according to the type of vehicle use. Therefore, future research and analysis will need to be subdivided.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경 하에서 새로운 첨단 핵심기술 및 서비스가 하나의 제품 안에 집중되어가는 시대적 요구가 대두되고 있다. 이에 부응하여 탄생한 컨버전스 제품인 텔레매틱스의 전망 역시 두드러지고 있다. 본 연구는 Davis[14]가 제안한 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model:TAM)을 통하여 텔레매틱스 사용의도에 관한 수용모형을 제시하였다. 기술수용모델의 내부 요인인 사용의도, 인지된 유용성과 인지된 이용용이성 외에도 업체 신뢰도, 정황 인식성, 자기 효능감의 외부 요인으로 확장하여 요인 간의 구조적 관계를 위한 모형을 개발하였다. 실증분석을 한 결과 정황 인식성, 자기 효능감이 각각 인지된 유용성과 이용용이성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 텔레매틱스의 이용자에게 중요시 되는 특성에 대해 논의하였다.

A Proposal of a Quality Model for Cultural Heritage Archive Portals (문화유산기관의 아카이브 포탈 평가모델 구축을 위한 이론적 고찰)

  • User needs and their usage motivations are critical components of web portal success, yet limited studies have been conducted with the constituents of good cultural heritage archive portals from the user perspective. This study proposes a quality assessment model from the user perspective. To overcome the intrinsic biases, the triangulation approach was chosen for building a research model. The proposed research model adapts three existing web portal quality models: service quality model, data quality model, and technology acceptance model. A 99-item instrument is suggested to investigate the proposed model. In the next phase of research, the instrument will be tested for its construct validity, and the research model will be empirically tested.

  • New technology had been introduced continually and in many cases, we approached technology persepectives when the new technology were introduced. It was very important that researching users acceptance of the new technology in the areas of marketing and strategy. Regarding to user accepatance of new technology, many research models had been exited. This study compared with 2 models which were proposed by Venkatesh et al. named UTAUT1, UTAUT2 based on the criteria which composed of application context, variables of model, the impacts of variables. The dominant matric which was applied in all functions and industries was not exited. For the purpose of improving predictability, single or compound matrics were useful according to industries and usage

  • This study analyzed factors affecting the perceived fun of VR contents' reuse intention through use of the technology acceptance mode. The factors associated with perceived fun were identified by setting the content quality, VR characteristics, emotional character and flow. The results demonstrate that perceived fun exercises a positive effect on VR characteristics, emotional character and flow, but that high content quality does not have an affect on perceived fun. Also perceived fun, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are all influenced by the intention to reintegrate.

  • Using technology acceptance model, this study investigates the factors affecting N-screen service adoption. We collected 435 available answers from potential users through systematic online survey. Results show that self-efficacy and perceived interactivity factors had positive effects on perceived ease of use. In addition, service variety, perceived interactivity, perceived ease of use factors had positive effects on perceived usefulness. Yet social effect factor had negative effect on perceived usefulness. On the other hand, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had positive effect on the intention of use. In conclusion, to improve the intention to use N-screen service, it is necessary to make users convinced that N-screen service can give customized contents and interactive information regardless of time and place.

  • The wearables market has fast grown, demanding a more consumer-centric academic attention. The current research explores the moderations of consumer individual characteristics (i.e., age, need for cognition, involvement) in the dynamics of perceived psychological benefits of wearables adoption (i.e., perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) towards perceived product quality. the results indicate a strong positive influence of both the perceived usefulness and ease of use on perceived quality. however, the predicted moderations of age, need for congitiion, and involvement were partially supported.

  • 본 연구에서는 조직 구성원의 협업을 위하여 도입되는 그룹지원시스템(group support system; GSS)를 대상으로 GSS의 사용에 미치는 영향과 GSS의 사용으로 인한 개인의 성과의 관계에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 위해 개인의 기술수용 요인에 대한 연구에서 보편적으로 널리 사용되어 온 기술수용모델(technology acceptance model; TAM)과 사용자의 과업과의 연관성을 고려한 과학기술적합(task-technology fit; TTF) 개념, 그리고 적응구조화이론(adaptive structuration theory; AST)을 통합하여 그룹 구성원들이 GSS의 도입의도에 맞게 사용하는 것이 개인과 조직의 성과를 향상시키는지 검증하였다. 연구결과, 높은 TTF는 사용자들이 GSS에 대하여 지각하는 유용성과 용이성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 검증하였다. 또한, TTF가 사용자들의 적절한 사용을 이끌고 있음을 검증하여 TTF 중심의 연구와 AST의 적절한 사용(faithfulness on appropriation; FOA)을 중심으로 하는 두 연구에 대한 통합 모델을 제시하였다.

  • B2C 전자상거래는 2가지 측면에서 살펴볼 수 있다. 첫 번째 측면은 인터넷, 웹 기술, 통신 기술 등 정보기술을 사용하는 점이고, 다근 측면은 온라인 마케팅 채널을 사용한다는 점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 IT 측면을 설명하기 위하여 Davis의 기술수용모델(TAM)을 사용하였고, 거래가 온라인으로 이루어짐에 따라 거래상의 신뢰(trust)가 더욱 중요해지고 있으므로 이 신뢰 개념을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 McKnight et al.(2002) 및 McKnight & Chervany(2002) 등이 언급한 신뢰 신념(trust beliefs)의 4개 선행변수인 구조 확신, 상황 정상, 인간성에서의 믿음, 신뢰 자세와 신뢰 신념(trust beliefs)과의 관계를 살펴보았고, 신뢰 신념과 TAM 모델의 제 요인과의 관계를 살펴보았다.

Technology Acceptance and Influencing Factor of Anatomy Learning using Augmented Reality :Usability Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (증강현실(Augmented Reality)을 이용한 해부학 학습에 대한 기술 수용도와 영향요인: 기술수용모델에 기초한 사용성 조사)

  • Augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality is suitable to apply the contents of a textbook so as to be directly observable by learners. This study aimed to examine the applicability and technology acceptance of anatomy learning using AR in nursing students. This study was conducted in May 2019 with 17 nursing students who studied an anatomy textbook using AR and answered a questionnaire about technology acceptance and the usability of AR in combination with the anatomy textbook. Perceived usefulness was identified as an influencing factor on technology acceptance with 51.2% acceptance rate and thus should be taken into consideration in the development of learning strategies using new technological learning methods.
