사이버 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 신뢰 형성요인에 관한 실증연구

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 다양한 형태로 이루어져 온 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰와 관련된 연구에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 신뢰 형성의 선행요인들을 도출해 낸 후, 이러한 선행요인들이 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 규명하고, 그 영향요인이 종합쇼핑몰과 전문쇼핑몰로 구분되는 쇼핑몰 유형에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석해 보고자 하였다. 신뢰 형성에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로는 거래 안전성, 지각된 평판, 지각된 규모, 상호작용성, 신뢰성향을 설정하고, 이들 요인들이 사이버 쇼핑몰의 신뢰에 미치는 인과관계를 검증 한 결과, 거래 안전성, 지각된 평판, 상호작용성, 신뢰성향이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 인과관계자 종합쇼핑몰 및 전문쇼핑몰에 따라 어떻게 차이를 보이는지 분석해 본 결과, 거래 안전성과 지각된 평판 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이자 발생하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 점차 중요성이 더해지고 있는 신뢰 형성의 영향요인을 파악하고, 이를 쇼핑몰 유형별로 비교분석을 해 봄으로써 쇼핑몰에 대한 신뢰 형성의 원천과 그 영향력에 대한 체계적인 접근 방법을 제공함으로써 사이버 쇼핑몰 운영자에게 효과적인 관리전략 수립을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the consultant proactive personality and benevolence influence on the trust and innovative performance. The results show that first, consultant proactive personality affects cognitive trust and consultant benevolence have an effect on emotional trust. Second, perceptual trusts for the consultant behavior have a relationship with innovative performance and we confirmed mediation effect of trust. This study have important meaning that we analysis plus effect on the emotion factor when we determine the trust formation factor in the consulting performed process.

The Relationship between Trust and Organization Commitment within Organization of Coast Guard Officers (해양경찰공무원의 조직내 신뢰와 조직몰입과의 관계)

  • Coast guard organization has very different working environment with other general administrative organizations or police organizations. Because they are charging various coastal crimes and safeties by using war vessel at ocean, it was expected that in case of coast guard officers, the impact on organization commitment for each trust factor within organization has the differentiation with other administrative organizations. Core of results by conducting positive research is as following: It is indicated that for coast guard officer, organization trust factor most strongly impacts on organization commitment, and of social trust factors, colleague trust factor more impacts relatively than boss trust factor. Then, when searching the difference of trust factor recognition depending on population sociological properties of coast guard officers, it is indicated that the one having the experience of working at war vessel has more trust to its colleagues than the one having not and executives more trust their boss than non-executives. The reason why the trust to colleague is higher than to boss is recognized that it is caused from deep relationship with colleagues who work and live together when considering working conditions of security vessel.

The Effects of Intermediary and Site Characteristics of a B2C E-marketplace Upon Trustworthiness Factors and Trust (오픈마켓에서 중개자특성 및 사이트특성이 신뢰가치성 요인과 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Trust is becoming one of the critical forces that drive consumers into purchases in e-marketplaces, as consumers face uncertainty associated with buying online from unknown sellers. In this paper we propose a consumer trust model specifically designed for an online marketplace. It aims at examining how intermediary and site characteristics of an e-marketplace affect factors of trustworthiness, and understanding the relationship between trustworthiness factors and trust in intermediary. Findings from an empirical analysis indicate that both intermediary and site characteristics are positively associated with factors of trustworthiness - namely, competence, integrity, and benevolence. In addition, all the three factors of trustworthiness were found to have positive relationship with overall trust in intermediary; in particular, integrity had higher association with trust than the other two factors. The paper concludes with suggestions for building consumer trust for the owners of online marketplaces.

  • As a new alternative to cash and credit-cards, mobile payment has been attracting world's attention. Although fin-tech, a mobile payment system provider, has been a rising issue, mobile payment systems is not yet widely used domestically. Because trust is the most important element in revitalizing the mobile payment system, we hoped to develop a hierarchical trust model to analyze the multi-dimensional trust factor. In this study, surveys were conducted to identify the components that affect the overall trust of a mobile payment system. It has been concluded that cognitive trust, affective trust, trust in system quality affect the overall trust of the system, and this trust affects the continuance intention of users.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive Liquor licensed Wholesalers in Korea. In this research, CSR activities consists of four factors including characterizes(consumer, economy, philanthropy, and environment). First, this study investigated how CSR activities affected both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust, second analyzed how both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust influenced organizational performance. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 95 individuals that exclusive license operators. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, PLS(Partial Least Square) has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive license operators. According to the analysis, first, both economy and environment affect both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust. second Honesty Trust affect organizational performance. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.
