Intention-Awareness Method using Behavior Model Based User Intention (사용자 의도에 따른 행동 모델을 이용한 의도 인식 기법)

  • 사람들이 어떠한 행동을 할 때는 특정 의도를 가지고 있기 때문에 상황에 맞는 적합한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자가 현재 하고 있는 행동에 대한 의도를 파악해야한다. 이를 위해 의도와 행동사이의 연관성을 이용하여 사용자의 의도에 따른 행동의 모델을 만든다. 일상생활에서 사람들이 하는 행동은 작은 단위 행동들의 연속(sequence)으로 이루어지므로, 사용자의 단위행동의 순서를 분석한다면 의도에 따른 행동 모델을 만들기가 용이해진다. 하지만, 이런 단위 행동 분석 방법의 문제점은 같은 의도를 가진 행동이 완벽하게 동일한 단위 행동의 순서로 일어나지는 않는다는 점이다. 시스템은 동일한 동작 순서로 일어나지 않는 행동들을 서로 다른 의도를 가진 행동으로 이해하게 된다. 따라서 이 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 사용자 의도 파악 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 과거의 사용자의 행동 정보를 기반으로 행동들의 유사성을 판별하였고, 그 결과를 이용하여 행동의 의도를 파악하는 방법을 사용한다. 이를 위해, 과거 사용자가 한 행동들을 단위 시간 별로 나누어 단위 행동의 순서로 만들고, 이를 K-평균 군집화 방법(K-means)으로 군집들의 순서로 나타내었다. 이 변경된 사용자 행동 정보를 사용하여 은닉 마코프 모델을 학습 시키고, 이렇게 만들어진 은닉 마코프 모델은 현재 사용자가 행한 행동이 어떤 행동인지를 예측하여 사용자의 의도를 파악한다.

The Effect of Gyeryongsan National Park Visitors' Tourism Motivation on Satisfaction and Behavior Intention: Moderation Effect of Tourism Purpose (계룡산 국립공원 방문객의 관광동기가 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 관광 목적을 조절효과로 -)

  • This study aims at examining the effect of Gyeryongsan national park visitors' tourism motivation on satisfaction and behavior intention based on conducted questionnaires. According to the empirical analyses, two effects were drawn. The results are as follows: First, the effect of tourism motivation on satisfaction and behaviour intention: Second, the moderation effect of tourism purpose on tourism motivation, satisfaction, and behavior intention. According to hypothesis testing for this study, physical motivation and personal motivation influenced satisfaction in terms of tourism motivation and satisfaction for the national park destinations. In addition, physical motivation and personal motivation affected behaviour intention in terms of tourism motivation and behaviour intention for the tourism destinations. Tourist satisfaction, besides, had a significant effect on revisit and word-of-mouth intention. Finally, moderate variables of tourism purpose had a significant influence on tourism motivation, satisfaction, and behaviour intention.

Influence that Heuristic Type has on Word of Mouth and Behavioral Intention in Mobile Game - Word of Mouth as a Mediator - (모바일 게임에서 휴리스틱 유형이 구전속성 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 구전속성을 매개변인으로 -)

  • This study analyzed the outcome of 120 persons who used mobile game in order to investigate the influence that heuristic type which affects users' selection has on word of mouth, the influence that word of mouth has on users' behavioral intention and whether word of mouth will play the role of mediation between heuristic type and behavioral intention or not. First, heuristic(representatives, adjustment) type is found to have positive(+) influence on word of mouth (favorableness, reliance, persuasiveness). Second, while reliance word of mouth is found to have significant influence on behavioral intention, favorableness, persuasiveness and word of mouth is not found to have significant influence on behavioral intention. Third, heuristic (representative, adjustment) type is found to have significant influence on behavioral intention. Fourth, only reliance, word of mouth is found to play the role of mediation in the role of heuristic type and behavioral intention. The outcome of this study will help to understand users' behavioral intention selecting game in mobile game market.

Agent's Activities based Intention Recognition Computing (에이전트 행동에 기반한 의도 인식 컴퓨팅)

  • Understanding agent's intent is an essential component of the human-computer interaction of ubiquitous computing. Because correct inference of subject's intention in ubiquitous computing system helps particularly to understand situations that involve collaboration among multiple agents or detection of situations that can pose a particular activity. This paper, inspired by people have a mechanism for interpreting one another's actions and for inferring the intentions and goals that underlie action, proposes an approach that allows a computing system to quickly recognize the intent of agents based on experience data acquired through prior capabilities of activities recognition. To proceed intention recognition, proposed method uses formulations of Hidden Markov Models (HMM) to model a system's prior experience and agents' action change, then makes for system infer intents in advance before the agent's actions are finalized while taking the perspective of the agent whose intent should be recognized. Quantitative validation of experimental results, while presenting an accurate rate, an early detection rate and a correct duration rate with detecting the intent of several people performing various activities, shows that proposed research contributes to implement effective intent recognition system.

국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 손실보전기대가 참여의도 및 무리행동에 미치는 영향: 조절효과분석을 중심으로

  • 최근 계획된 행동이론을 바탕으로 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도와 무리행동에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 계획된 행동이론의 주요변인 중 태도와 주관적 규범은 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 간접효과 분석 결과 참여의도는 태도, 주관적 규범과 무리행동 사이에서 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 계획된 행동이론에서 행동의도의 주요 변인으로 제시된 지각된 행동통제는 참여의도에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 비유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 대신 무리행동에는 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자는 실제 투자행동을 할 때 플랫폼에서 제공되는 펀딩 진행정보를 일종의 신호로 보고 다수의 다른 투자자를 모방하여 무리행동을 한다는 것을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 본 연구는 종전 연구의 후속연구로서 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 손실보전기대가 참여의도 및 무리행동에 조절적 역할을 하는지 여부를 연구해 보고자 한다. 손실보전기대는 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자로 인해 투자자가 받게 되는 각종 혜택이나 투자조건에 따라 크라우드펀딩 투자로 인한 손실 일부 또는 전부를 보전하거나 손실 발생 가능성을 낮출 수 있다고 믿는 정도를 말한다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자와 관련한 각종 혜택 및 투자조건 등이 투자자의 손실보전기대를 유발하여 투자자의 참여의도와 무리행동에 조절적 영향을 미치는지 여부를 실증적으로 확인함으로써 향후 크라우드펀딩 관계 당사자들의 동 제도 활성화 및 투자자 보호를 위한 각종 정책 및 사업계획 수립 등에 유의미한 결과로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Influence of Travel Show Visitor's Benefit Sought and Service Quality on the Behavioral Intentions -Focused on Hanatour International Travel Show Visitors 2012- (여행박람회 방문객의 추구편익과 서비스품질이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -2012 하나투어 여행박람회 방문객을 대상으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of benefit sought and service quality of the travel show visitors who are used as advertisements of tourism companies due to increase of tourism on the behavioral intentions and to use as a useful information to plan travel show. For this study, 240 visitors from Hanatour International Travel Show are selected. And 203 valid questionnaires are analyzed. With collected materials, SPSS 17.0, AMOS 7.0 program was used to verify research problems. As a result, travel show visitors' benefit sought don't have any influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Second, travel show visitors' service quality have a positive influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Thus travel show host should try hard to make travel show be an important tourism resource by continuous improvement of service quality.

A study on relationship among Love Marks, Brand Identification, Brand Equity & Behavior Intention (관광목적지의 러브마크, 브랜드 동일시, 브랜드자산 및 행동의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the causal relationship between the brand, the brand equity and brand equity of a tourist destination. The effect of love mark on self identification is that the relationship between love mark performance and self-identification time is significant, and that of love mark is in the order of self identification. Trust mark of love mark has a significant relationship with self identification. The relationship between brand intimacy and brand quality and the relationship between trust and brand quality were significant in relation to the brand mark, but brand mark was not significant. In addition, in the relationship between brand value and love-mark, there is a significant relationship between performance and brand value, relationship between intimacy and brand value, and performance is not significant in brand value. There was a significant relationship between gender and behavioral intention. The relationship between gender identity and behavioral intention was positively related to brand equity.

Belief factors associated with breastfeeding intentions of single women: Based on the theory of planned behavior (계획적 행동이론을 적용한 미혼여성의 모유수유 의도와 관련된 신념요인)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the behavioral intentions of breastfeeding in single women using the theory of planned behavior. Methods: The questionnaires were distributed to 350 single women in her 20~30s, and 316 respondents were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Spearman's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The subjects showed strong intentions and favorable attitudes toward breastfeeding. The subjects were more favorably influenced by their mothers, siblings, friends, and coworkers who previously experienced breastfeeding than ones with no breastfeeding experiences. There were significant correlations between breastfeeding intention and attitudes (r = 0.321, p < 0.0001), subjective norms (r = 0.434, p < 0.0001), and perceived control (r = 0.307, p < 0.0001). However, regression analysis with two different age groups revealed that subjective norms (p < 0.0001) and perceived control (p < 0.001) contributed to the model of explaining breastfeeding intentions in subjects who were 25 years old or younger, whereas attitudes did not. In addition, subjects who were more than 25 years old showed that attitudes (p < 0.003) and subjective norms (p = 0.002) contributed to the model of explaining breastfeeding intentions while perceived control (p < 0.070) showed less contribution. Conclusion: These results suggest that the theory of planned behavior can be a useful tool to increase the rate of breastfeeding intentions in single women when designing educational materials, which requires consideration of age differences.

Students' satisfaction with their major and its influence on organizational commitment and behavior intentions to pursue career in the tourism-related fields among tourism-major college students (관광전공 대학생의 전공만족이 학과몰입과 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined how students' satisfaction with their major department influences their organizational commitment and intention to pursue a career in tourism-related fields among college students majoring in hospitality and tourism. The results indicated that their overall satisfaction with their department affected positively their organizational commitment but not the behavioral intention to pursue career in the tourism-related fields. Organizational commitment, on the other hands, exerted a positively significant influence behavioral intention to pursue tourism-related career. The results of this study underscored the needs for the educators to manage students' psychological attachment to the department they belong to and their major field of study. Continuous relationship-building efforts should be made for the students to pursue tourism-related career after graduation. Such efforts include efficient communication between faculty and students, extended supports from the school and alumni to the students, and last but not the least, sufficient supports from colleges.

Influence of Traditional Media and New Media Communication on Lovemarks, Satisfaction and Behavior Intention of Foodservice Industry (외식기업의 전통적 미디어와 뉴미디어 커뮤니케이션이 러브마크, 만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between traditional media communication, new media communication, lovemarks, satisfaction, and behavioral intention in foodservice industry. As the results of study as followed. First, traditional media communication had a significant effect on love dimension, but no significant effect on respect dimension of lovemarks. Second, new media communication had a significant effect on love and respect dimension. Third, love and respect dimension of lovemarks had a significant effect on satisfaction and behavior intention respectively, also satisfaction had a significant effect on behavior intention. Fourth, as a result of the indirect effect analysis of the research model, the traditional media and new media communication had a significant effect on satisfaction through lovemarks, and a significant effect on the behavior intention through lovemarks and satisfaction. This result shows that the enhancement of consumer's communication experience and lovemarks recognition can promote post-purchase behavior such as satisfaction with brand and behavioral intention.
