자동요금징수시스템(ETCS) 표준화 연구(주파수방식을 중심으로) (A Study on the standardization of ETCS (Focused on RF))

  • 본 논문에서는 능동방식의 870 nm 적외선 및 5.8 GHz 주파수 통합방식으로 운영되는 고속도로 자동 요금징수 시스템의 능동주파수방식에 대한 국내 표준 개선방안을 제시한 것으로 2007년말 전국에서 운영되고 있다. 본 표준 개선방안은 5.8 GHz 대역의 ITS전용 단거리 무선통신 표준 중 개방형 시스템간 상호접속 참조모델을 기준하여 OSI 1, 2, 7 계층 중 차량단말기와 노변장치간 다중접속을 위한 상호호환성을 제공하는 물리계층을 중심으로 실제 운영중인 시스템 개선방안을 도출하였다. 즉, 기존 표준에서 복사전력의 경우 전송거리에 따라 Class1 (10 m이내)과 Class2 (100 m 이내)로 구분하였으나 Class1 단일규격으로 2004년 정보통신부고시에 의거하여 운영되고 있고, 통신영역내의 입사전력 한계치의 경우 실제 운영중인 자동 요금징수시스템의 운영방안을 고려하여 측정 결과치를 표준에 반영하도록 하였다. 즉, 자동 요금징수 시스템 운영상 필요한 부분에 대해 사업자 시스템간의 호환성 및 안정성을 확보하기 위해서 복사전력, 통신영역에서의 입사전력, 의사응답의 표준개선을 제안하였다.

ETCS 적용 구간에서의 발리스 고장 분석 및 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Balise Failure Analysis & Effects for ETCS Application)

  • When the Balise(the device to transmit information between the on-board equipment and the wayside equipment) failure occurs, it may not be able to transmit data(Telegram) required for the train running. And in some cases, it may be able to cause an accident. Therefore, both the Balise failure affecting train safety running and the hazard in accordance with Balise failure require some activities to establish them. General failure mode & hazard analysis associated with the Balise are described in UNISIG SUBSET-036 spec & UNISIG SUBSET-088 spec. And, with reference to these specifications, safety activities are being performed. In recent domestic railway, the train control system applying ETCS(European Train Control System) Level 1, 2 is being serviced and is being planned, and as part of this system, the Balise is being applied. The design-method of the Balise device for each manufacturer are different, therefore the Balise failure mode & failure rate are different, either. But the functionalities & transmission-data format(Telegram) of the Balise in ETCS Level 1, 2 application for each manufacturer are identical. Accordingly, the hazard caused by function-fail can be identical, either. In order to establish these hazard, in this paper, we analyzed the detailed functions of the Balise. And we analyzed the Balise failure types & failure effects in accordance with the detailed functions.

  • DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communications)란 주파수 대역이 5.8GHz인 단거리 전용통신 기술로 우리나라, 일본, 미국, 유럽등 많은 나라에서 175분야에 활발히 이용하고 있으며, 특히 일본에서는 ETCS등 ITS 각 분야의 표준 기술로 채택되어 활용되고 있으며 우리나라는 현재 한국도로공사의 ETCS의 표준 규격으로 채택되어 상용화단계에 이르렀다. 이러한 DSRC는 그 특성상 전자결제 이외에도 사용가능한 용도가 다양하다. 본 논문은 교통정보를 DSRC를 이용하여 차량의 단말장치(PDA)에 실시간으로 교통정보를 제공하고 단말장치의 H/W ID를 활용하여 구간소통정보를 보정하는 방법에 대한 연구이다. 교통관리 서버는 노변에 설치된 기지국(RSE: Road Side Equipment)을 통해 교통정보를 DSRC 통신방식으로 주행중인 차량에게 전송한다. 차량내 DSRC 통신모듈인 OBU(Onboard Unit 또는 OBE)는 해당정보를 수신 받아 단말장치에게 전송하고 단말장치의 교통정보제공 S/W는 화면에 정보를 그림 및 문자로 표시하고 TTS(Text To Sound)엔진을 통해 음성으로 안내한다. 교통정보가 수신되면 교통정보제공 S/W는 PDA의 H/W ID를 교통관리서버로 전송한다. 서버는 이 정보를 교통정보수집용 데이터베이스에 기록되며, 해당 이력정보를 이용하여 구간소통정보를 산출 할 수 있다.

  • The present headway on KNR(Korea National Railway) lines varies from 6 to 10 minutes depending on the each line and by the operation of High Speed line in 2004, the bottleneck would be expected within a few sections such as Daejeon-Daejeon shunting yard which will be the common mute between KTX(Korea Train Express) and conventional trains. Therefore, KNR would like to reduce the headway of the all lines by 4 minutes with the implementation of ERTMS/ETCS on-board system. Where ETCS(European Train Control system), the subsystem of ERTMS, is Automatic Train Protection system for safety train running. This study will be analyze expected braking distance and running time depending on characteristics of conventional passenger and freight trains and high speed train will be operated within electrified conventional line for comparing the headways of ATS(Automatic Train Stop) system and ETRMS/ETCS system within the Daejeon-Daejeon shunting yard section.

  • ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 is currently planning, making contract, constructing and operating at several lines in European well-developed railway countries different from past ten years ago, and applying extensively for purpose of its intercompatibility and operational efficiency, and economic feasibility. On the other hand, ATP system correspond to ETCS Level 1, which was domestically introduced in early 2000, has introduced, operated, and planned or constructed in national railwaynetwork, but the lines, which its improvement period is come, are being occurred starting Gyeongbu Line. Therefore, we study the consideration and construction plan by stages if LTE-R Korean Radio-based Train Control System for conventional & high-speed railway under domestic development is extensively applied as the third National Railway Network Construction Plan was announced.

한국형 틸팅열차 ATP장치 예비위험원분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the PHA of ATP Equipment for the Korean Tilting Train)

  • In this paper, we derive the hazard which is a criterion of safety assurance by PHA for the ATP equipped in Korea Tilting Train. The ATP onboard equipment in Korea Tilting Train was introduced as ETCS Level l(which is ETCS specification). Also, the ATP trackside equipment was introduced as a ETCS SRS(System Requirement Specification) 2.2.2 and it has a target for commercial operation in 2009 late. In IEC 62278(EN50126), it recommend of PHA to derive a hazard of target system in concept establishment step and estimate if it can control as a tolerable level and then derive safety case to control the hazard by lifecycle. Therefore, we indicate the hazard using criterion of safety assurance by PHA using FRS (Functional Requirement Specification) 5.0. which is a upper criterion than SRS. The hazard of ATP onboard equipment derived in Korea Tilting Train will be able to use as ATP functional hazards of unified onboard equipment in G7 which is a multiple unit and preliminary hazards of ATP onboard equipment in NEL drived by Korail.

  • The purpose of this research was to study the influence of machining characteristics for aluminum alloys. The effect of metallic microstructural variables on the measures of machinability of aluminum alloys has no been adequately investigated. Machining Characteristics are influenced significantly by mechanical characteristics, composition and structure of material etcs. For improvement of machining characteristics, various studies are reported. In this paper, composition elements add to aluminum alloys within the limit of sustaining mechanical characteristics of metallic material. We have analyzed dynamic characteristics of cutting resistance, tensile strength value, hardness value etcs.

마늘 추출물의 약리적 특성 및 분석 (Pharmacetical Characteristics and Analysis of Garlic Extract)

  • From the experiment result on pharmacetical characteristics and analysis of Garlic extract, some conclusions were obtained as follows. From the results on extract experiment of Garlic, extraction ratio was about 6.0%, and after dried with dry oven from Garlic extract, it obtained about 50%-Garlic extract of solid state. From results on antimicrobial experiment of Garlic extract, number of staphylococcus and fungus in microbe decreased more and more according to time passage. This phenomenon showed that Garlic extract keeps antimicrobial effect. From results on antioxidation experiment of Garlic extract, DPPH scavenging activity of free radical showed that Garlic extract appears more remarkable reduction ability than reference samples. This phenomenon means that antioxidation of Garlic extract appears higher than Vitamin-C and BHA. From results on instrument analysis, inorganic components of K, Na, Ca, Si, Mg, Zn etcs from Garlic extract were detected with ICP/OES and the fatty and aromatic components of trimethyl sulfide, diallyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfide, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole etcs from Garlic extract were detected with GC/MS.
