  • Investment in FA facilities has been accerelated since 1986, turning point by labor strife in Korea firms. Most commonly adopted automation tech, in their manufacturing process consists of NC. Robotics, PLC, CAD/CAM now on and further confused system oriented FMS, CIM, etcs. undergoing. But for all their remarkable notices in manufacturing systems, The competitive position on product cost, quality, shorten delivery and profit has never been recovered in global swing market. To make some empirical suggestions with a view to competitive strategy of Korea firms by FA, to the conclusion largely FA tech. adoption can be justified only when its application on new product productions and improved the structure of products comparatively. Because of when it was applied in old production process. The effectiveness is very doubtful to the lacks of consistent and integrate manufacturing policy with the strategy of the fim and their poor standardization level in shop floors.

  • 현재 세계적인 열차제어의 추세는 궤도회로에 의한 고정폐색방식을 이용한 열차 운행이 아닌 발리스 또는 무선통신에 의한 이동권한을 이용한 열차제어방식을 적용하고 있으며, 국내에서도 이에 맞추어 철도청에서는 ATP 사업을 통하여 유럽의 ERTMS/ETCS 규격에 의한 발리스 기반의 열차제어시스템을 적용할 계획이다. 또한 분당선에서는 통신기반 열차제어시스템인CBTC 시스템을 시범구축하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어 열차제어시스템에 있어서 가장 중요한 기능 중의하나인 안전제동 기능을 이동권한에 적합하도록 새롭게 모델링할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 이러한 이동권한에 의한 열차제어시스템의 안전제동에 대해 연구하였다.

  • In this paper a simulator for Integrated Onboard Signalling System(IOSS) will be presented and illustrated. IOSS which is integrated with there signalling systems such as ERTMS/ETCS Level 1 ATP(Automatic Train Protection), ATC(Automatic Train Control) and ATS(Automatic Train Stop) is a signalling system for HEMU-400X(Highspeed Electric Multiple Unit - 400km/h eXperiment). HEMU-400X is under development as the next generation high-speed train in Korea. Before conducting a trial run of HEMU-400X with IOSS, we must carry out functional test of IOSS. The simulator is suggested in this paper for testing and verification of IOSS. The simulator can help to test all function of IOSS although a real train and trackside equipments are not existed. Also the simulator can make a fault in trackside equipment intentionally. In that scenario, we can figure out how IOSS handle emergency situations.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of the DMI display based on ERTMS specification for the Integrated Onboard Signaling System (IOSS). IOSS is consists of ATS, ATC, and ATP based on ERTMS/ETCS Level 1. We propose an improved DMI display design which has single layout concept for the IOSS. When a train is in the ATS, ATC, or ATP railway section, it is protected by the ATS, ATC, or ATP equipment, respectively. Therefore, DMI should display the different information according to the each signaling system. We design DMI display implemented as single layout for ATP, ATS and ATC information. This single layout display has a well integrated look and feel using the ERTMS specification and layout. This is for the driver to perceive the information easily and not to experience inconvenience resulting from the sense of difference when the train crossed into the different signaling section. Finally, we show the implementation result following this concept.

  • ERTMS/ETCS Level 1 ATP, ATC and ATS are Signaling Systems adopted in korea. For operating in three different trackside signaling systems, train must have individual onboard signaling systems, ATP, ATC and ATS. Three signaling systems in one train is the main cause to increase installation and maintenance cost. Also it is need more effort to change a onboard signaling system depend on the trackside signaling system. those things should lead to decrease efficiency of the onboard signaling system. one integrated onboard signaling system for ATP, ATC and ATS is the good solution for those problems. IOSS is an integrated Onboard Signaling System and still developing. In this paper, we introduce the methodology of model-based development of IOSS. IOSS has one superviser process and several functional blocks to process individual signaling system s. Rhapsody which is CASE tool is used to construct the structure and develop the software for IOSS.

  • When it essentially designs and develops the Railway Signal System H/W and S/W, It requires base to build an environment which the safety of the complete system can be certified objectively. It is not rational choice to progress the safety certification of each of the subsystems to ensure reliability from an economic point of view. Furthermore, Even though H/W and S/W already certificated the safety, In case of changing subsystem to comprise relevant system, The safety certification of its parts newly must proceed. This study to solve these problems covers safety H/W platform which is commonly applicable to composition plan at Ground railway signaling systems such as CBTC, ETCS, CBI and safety-based modeling approach with S/W development tools (SCADE) and certificated O/S (Pike) to build the development environment. In addition, When it designs and develops safety S/W, This study explains structure to separate the data section which for logical operations and logical operations itself and provides guideline to support the certification through minimizing changes to the software.

  • 기존 국내의 간선 철도와 도시철도에서는 궤도회로에 기반한 고정폐색방식에 의한 열차제어시스템을 사용하고 있으나, 세계적인 추세가 유지보수 비용을 줄이고 선로 용량을 증가시킬 수 있는 무선통신을 이용한 이동폐색방식에 의한 새로운 통신기반 열차 제어 시스템(CBTC(Communication Based Train Control) system)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 특히 도시철도의 경우 이에 대한 실용화가 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 현재 국내에서도 한국철도공사에서는 분당선 구간에 CBTC 시스템의 시범적응을 진행하고 있으며, 또한 한국철도기술연구원에서도 건설교통부가 추진하고 있는 도시철도 표준화 사업의 한 분야로 도시철도 신호시스템에 대한 향후의 표준화 방향을 CBTC 시스템으로 선정하고, 이에 대한 표준화 및 국산화 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 또한 유럽에서 진행되고 있는 ERTMS/ETCS 시스템의 레벨 2와 3에서는 앞의 방식하고는 다른 GSM-R의 무선방식을 사용하고 있지만 이 또한 무선통신에 의한 열차제어시스템을 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 무선통신을 이용한 열차제어시스템에 있어서의 안전제동모델에 대해 연구하였으며 그 결과를 소개하고자 한다.

Characteristics and Analysis of Natural Pine-Needles Extract (천연 솔잎추출물의 특성 및 분석)

  • We have extracted the natural pine-needles to use ethanol in solvent, and could obtain the refined oil component from pine-needles extract. We have tested the antimicrobial effect from microbe experiment and analyzed with ICP/OES, GC/MS. we could obtain the next conclusion from the result of this experiment. In the first result of this experiment we could know that in case of increasing concentration of pine-needles, the number of microbe decreased more and more. Also we could know that the refined oil component of pine-needles appeared the sterilization effect of S-aureus and E-coli after 96hrs and 120hrs. So we could know that the refined oil component of appeared effect to microbe. In the second result of this experiment we could know that inorganic materials of Ca, Mg, V, Mn etcs from pine-needles detected to ICP/OES analysis and the aromatic compounds from refined oil component of pine-needles was certificated to GC/MS analysis.

  • 최근에는 이동체 통신이나 컴퓨터등의 정보통신기술이 현저하게 발전을 거듭하고 있으며, 열차의 고속화 고밀도화를 위해 열차제어 분야에 무선을 이용하는 시스템의 개발이 프랑스, 독일, 영국, 이탈리아, 일본, 미국등의 철도 선진국에서 활발히 수행되어지고 있다. 무선을 이용한 열차제어시스템의 시술개발은 철도에 커다란 경제적 이득을 창출할 가능성을 지니고 있기 때문에, 전 세계적으로 많은 연구가 진행되어지고 있다. 특히 유럽의 경우 통화 단일화와 회원국간의 비과세 교역등의 경제적인 제도뿐 아니라, 철도 분야에 있어서도 유럽횡단고속철도망(Trans-European High Speed Rail Network)의 구축을 위한 신호 시스템의 표준화를 위해 유럽연합과 국제철도연합(UIC: Union Internationale des Chemins defer)의 지원화에 ETCS 프로젝트가 수행되었다(중략)

  • 원격모니터링 통합모델은 고속도로나 유료도로의 영업소 요금수납 체계의 하부시스템 (요금수납시스템, ETCS시스템, 위반차량촬영시스템, 축중시스템)의 구성 및 장애 현황을 감시하고, 장애 발생에 대한 장애처리 체계를 수행하는 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 장애감시, 효율적 WorkFlow 구성 및 차별화된 정보를 제공하기 위해서 감시 S/W 엔진과 DBMS(Database Managemnet System) 기반의 C/S (Client /Server)시스템을 구성하고 WEB기반의 환경을 설계한다. 본 통합모델을 구현함으로써 체계적인 구성관리/장애관리를 통한 효율적인 유지관리 업무가 가능하며, 현장 장비의 상태 파악이 조기에 용이하여 장애 시간을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 Data의 지식 DB화를 통하여 유사 장애에 대한 조치가 용이하다.
