This paper reviewed wave propagation of train vibration based on the study of high speed railway soft ground section with pile slab construction. In a filed of railway, concrete track has been adapted in a railway construction. And in order to maintain its track, soil improving method was required to control residual settlement. Within many soft ground settlement prevention techniques, pile slab method has an effect of minimizing residual settlement of soft ground. This is possible using support embankment load method by construct pile slab or cap the upper soft ground. This paper reviewed vibration wave characteristic of soft ground section with pile slab using numerical analysis application through finite element analysis. Pile slab method is established between high stiffened soft ground and embankment this creates a possibility of vibration block or slab amplification. Thus analyzed of wave propagation was done with roadbed and structure property to confirm application performance of pile slab method of high speed railway structure.

According as zone of life of big city is expanded by new city development etc.., need special skill master plan compensation which can be systematic for wide area traffic problem solution and confusion expense minimization in the metropolitan area because wide area of capital region traffic is gone continuously and continues. Accordingly, Kyonggi Province suggested rapid-transit railway achievement that can connect Seoul Gangnam in 20 minutes with Dongtan new city recently. MLTM(Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affaris) announced "Capital region railway network improvement plan research services (2007.12)" result that Gangnam High-speed railway route (Suse $\sim$ Dongtan $\sim$ Pyeongtaek) construction for offer High-speed railway service to capital region and Kyonggi southern part area inhabitantses and need to line capacity tribe solution by Seoul-Busan high-speed railway second-stage and Honam high speed railroad completion. Is judged that need examination about wide area rapid-transit railway combined application operation that take advantage of rail track reserve capacity of High-speed railway for utilization efficiency elevation of country and efficient investment of national finance according as High-speed railway and Gangnam rapid-transit railway route that is suggested in Kyonggi Province are overlaped. Therefore, in this research, I wish to quote investment efficiency plan of railroad business by that different kind's train is run in uniformity track by presenting combined application operation plan and working expenses curtailment effect etc. that is optimized through analysis of roadbed and E & M technology condition, intermediate station plan, train operation planning etc. in case of wide area rapid-transit railway and high-speed railway run combined application.

There are several effective factors to influence die life in the warm forging process. For instance process design die design and die materials etc This study presented heat treatment method which could improve toughness and wear resistance simultaneously in high temperature to apply high speed tool steels like SKH51 to die material for warm forging process. To verify the feasibility of application of heat treatment method mentioned above wear test was performed under the condition of constant time in 40$0^{\circ}C$ Wear coefficient was examined to search a relation between wear amount and time for each material and heat treatment method in 30, 60, and 130 minutes. To quantify the toughness-behavior between room and high temperature impact test was performed and heat fatigue test also fulfilled to compare with the resistance of heat check in room, 200, 400, and $600^{\circ}C$ temperature. On the basis of experimental results mentioned above high speed tool steel was applied to verify appropriateness of newly proposed heat treatment method for die of rotor pole used in automobile alternator. As a result die life of high speed tool steel applied newly proposed heat treatment is longer than that of STD61.

This paper describes the implementation of the vector control schemes for a variable-speed 131kW PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) in super-high speed application. The vector control with synchronous reference frame current regulator has been implemented with the challenging requirements such as the extremely low stator inductance$(28^{\mu}H)$, the high dc link voltage(600V) and the high excitation frequency(1.2kHz). Because the conventional position sensor is not reliable in super-high speed, a vector control scheme without any position sensor has been proposed. The proposed sensorless algorithm is implemented by processing the output voltage of the PI current regulator, and hence the structure is simple and the estimated speed is robust to the measurement noise. The experimental system has been built and the proposed control has been implemented and evaluated. The test result, up to the speed of 60,000 r/min, shows the validity of the proposed control.

The application of PIV to the studies of fluid-machines, especially focused on turbo-machinery is reviewed by scrutinizing the previous investigation. Owing to the inevitable high-speed analysis of turbo-machinery consisting of rotating impellers, the importance of optical setups to cope with illumination problem is frequently mentioned as main ingredient affecting the PIV performance. And the acquisition of the relative velocity and absolute velocity is determined mainly by the optical recording conditions. A few studies cast satisfactory extension of the PIV data to quantitative pressure estimation and related noise assessment.

The present study develops programs simulating the internal pressure change of cars due to the change of external pressure when trains run into or passing each other in a tunnel. A new continuous ventilating system control method has been developed in order to alleviate the aural discomfort of passengers riding a high speed train. This method is based on the change of the charged and discharged flow rate by detecting the air pressures generated outside and inside of the train. When the outside and inside pressure are detected, the speed of the charge or exhaust fans and also the valve opening ratios are changed. The elementary performance of the system is checked using dta of the TGV-K high speed train at a speed of 300km/h. Moreover, applicability of the system to the Koran high speed train at a speed of 350 km/h is ascertained by simulation and its effectiveness as a means to alleviate the ear pains is confirmed. This application of the system to the Korean high speed vehicles running in the speed range of 350km/h is considered to have good prospect.

High sped messaging layer for application's feeling of low level network performance is needed by Clustering System based on high speed network fabrics. It should have the mechanism to directly pass messages between network card and application space, and provide flexible affodabilities for many diverse applications. In this paper, CROWN (Clustering Resources On Workstations' Network) which is designed and implemented for multi-purpose clustering system will be introduced briefly, and CLCP(CROWN Lean Communication Primitives)which is the high speed messaging layer for CROWN will be followed. CLCP consists of a firmware for controlling Myrinet card, device drier, and user libraries. CLCP supports various application domains as a result of pooling and interrupt receive mechanism. In case of polling based receive, 8 bytes short message, and no other process, CLCP has 262 micro-second response time between two nodes, and IM bytes large message, it shows 442Mbps bandwidth.
