Abstract

It is well known that D.C voltage is generated at the element of MIM structure which is sandwiched between two electrode of Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) ultra-thin films. In this paper, the experiments are processed for the sample which is leaved at the atomosphere since it is fabricated in 1986. we measureed the same voltage as the time of fabricating in LB films.
