Analysis of Signal by particles in GIS Chamger
GIS가스 챔버내의 파티클에 의한 신호 분석
Abstract
In this paper, the vibration & ultrasonic singals, \ulcorner 새 the collisions of particles in coaxial exectrodes are analyzed and discribed. These singals were detected and measured using ultrasonic and vibration sensors attached on the GIS enclosure. The relationship between the magnitude of the measured signal and the diameter and leght of the particle was analyzed.
