A Survey on the Reaction of Medium and Small Electric Power Industries Under Deregulatory Reforms of Electric Power Industry

This paper presents the result or a survey and analysis on the reaction of medium and small electric power industries under deregulatory reforms of electric power industry. To achieve the deregulatory reforms smoothly, the strategy that minimize side effects in a transient period and form full national if sympathy, are required. A mailed questionnaire, in this paper, had of been achieved objectively to seize the tend. According to the result of this paper, the deregulatory reforms should be managed to be carefully and publicized continuously through various medium. The result of this paper can be utilized to perform effectively the deregulatory reforms.
