A suggestion of data collection, administration and evaluation system for deregulation environment

The existing data systems and structures scope primarily the data evaluation which is performed by only corresponding or Interesting bodies. And the bodies i.e. electricity and energy utilities' quarters don't exchange the data each other because methods, purposes, etc. of the collection are different. This paper presents a new integrated system of data collection, administration and evaluation on the power system. And the system is applied to PSS/E data structures.
