The Basis research Developing Assessment tool for Construction Management through Check List of Critical Success Factor

CM의 핵심석공요인 체크리스트 개발을 통한 CM적용효과 평가기법 개발 기초연구

Currently the number of project ordered as Construction Management is increasing. In advanced country, critical success factor of construction industry and case study is used for increasing productivity of construction project. This study presents the check list of critical success factor and analyzescase study of Construction management project in order to apply Construction Management Project in domestic industry.

최근 건설사업관리(Construction Management : 이하 CM) 발주방식이 늘어 나고 있다. 해외 선진국에서는 건설 산업 전반에 걸쳐 핵심 성공요인과 모범사례를 활용을 극대화 하여 다양한 건설산업의 핵심 성과지표 향상에 기여하고 있고 표준지표를 제시하여 산업계의 벤치마킹 자료로 활용하고 있는 반면 국내에서의 연구개발은 개념 정립 단계이다. 그래서 본 연구는 CM적용 모범사례 및 핵심성공요인 체크리스트 개발을 통한 산업계 수행능력 향상 및 CM적용효과 평가 기법을 개발해 CM사업의 성공적인 국내 도임에 일조하고자 한다.
