Abstract

This study deals with the damage reinforcement of structures under the ground such as gallery pipes subjected to railway loads. Railway loads with various moving velocities make significant influences on the ground gallery pipes passing through under the railway. For real structures this study analyzes such effects in detail and establishes a method for the efficient damage reinforcement Moreover we predict the hereafter structural behaviors of gallery pipes under the ground by several numerical simulation. The results of this study are expected to offer useful guidelines for explaining the complicated damage characteristics of the ground gallery pipe structures.
