수.변전설비의 안전 환경 설치에 관한 국내외 규정 비교 분석

Comparison and Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Standard for safety environment installation of power station

국내산업의 발달 및 경제 성장과 더불어 전력설비의 대용량화 및 다양한 전기설비의 보급으로 인하여 수변전설비도 증가되고 있으며 또한 대형화되어 지고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 수변전설비에서의 안전 및 설비사고도 점차 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수변전설비의 안전 환경을 연구대상으로 하여 국내외 규정 및 기준에 대하여 비교 분석하여 수변전설비의 설치시 안전 및 설비사고 예방에 적용이 될 수 있도록 하였다.

It's a general tendency that electrical facilities of power station become a large size and increase in number because electrical facilities become big and complicated with internal industrial development and economic growth. So, electrical accidents were increased in this electrical facilities of power station. Therefore, we studied on the safety environment in power station and compared of internal and external standards. So this paper gives information which is applied to install the electrical facilities and prevents measures against electrical accidents.
