Abstract

We propose the algorithm for parameters extraction through measured subthreshold amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) spectra for various DFB-type LDs. we compare spectra for extraction parameters through its algorithm with for original parameters.

본 논문에서는 DFB 형태를 지닌 레이저 구조가 문턱전류이하에서 발생하는 증폭된 자연방출(Amplified Spontaneous Emission, ASE)로부터 파라메터를 찾는 알고리즘을 제시하고 전산 모의 실험을 통해 파라메터를 추출하도록 하였다.
