A Study on the Countermeasure and Trouble-Examples by Noise in Control Equipment System

제어설비 계통의 노이즈장해 사례 및 대척에 관한 연구

Recently an increase of sensor and power trandusers in control equipment system has caused many kinds of noise. These kinds of noise came out the mis-operation equipment and demage program memories of control circuits. In this paper, the noise generation of control equipment system han been measured and analyzed. Additionally, the effective protection equipments to reduce noise like as Noise Cut Transformer, Equipotential Bonding, Power Noise Rejector, Noise Filter has been applied and proposed the measured results.

최근 제어설비 계통은 전력변환장치와 센서의 사용이 증가하여 많은 노이즈가 발생되고 있다. 이 노이즈로 인해 설비의 오동작과 제어 회로의 메모리 손실이 발생된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 제어설비 계통의 노이즈 발생량을 계측 분석하였고, 이에 따라 NCT, 등전위 접지, PNR, 노이즈필터와 같이 노이즈 감소를 위한 효과적인 보호설비를 적용하였고 계측 결과를 제시하였다.
