Abstract
A hybrid discharge type ozonizer, which is superposed silent and surface discharges, has been designed and manufactured to apply for Nitrogen Oxides(NO) gas removal. The ozonizer consists of three electrodes, and is classified three types of ozonizer by changing applied voltage.
