Construction Equipment Management System Using Information and Communication Technologies

정보통신 기술을 이용한 건설기계 관리시스템

The number of registered construction equipment exceeded the 320 thousands in 2005. Construction has been gradually mechanized, reducing the need for construction labors, and increasing the productivity and quality of construction operations. However, it still has some problems that are should be solved for effective operations, management, availability of construction equipment, increased safety of SOC fatalities, and decreased civil appeals in terms of construction equipment. Recently, technology push is accelerated by flowing information and communication technologies(ICT) for construction. In this paper, a construction equipment management system that use ICT is suggested to solve the given problems. It is anticipated that the development of the system would be able to bring the better operations and management of construction equipment.

2005년 건설기계의 등록대수가 32만대를 넘어서고 있다. 건설은 점차적으로 가계화되면서 인력감축, 생산성 및 품질의 향상을 가져왔다. 그리나 건설기계라는 관점에서 건설기계의 효과적인 작업 및 관리, 가동성 향상과 사회간접자본 시설물의 안전향상, 그리고 민원감소를 위하여 해결해야 할 문제들이 있다. 현재 건설업을 위한 정보통신기술의 실현성이 가속화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주어진 문제를 해결하기 위하여 정보통신기술을 적용한 건설기계 관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 건설기계 관리시스템의 개발은 더 낳은 건설기계의 작업과 관리가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.
