초고속 무선 인터넷망과 스마트폰 및 태블릿과 같은 모바일 기기가 대중화 되면서, 정보 관련 생산과 소비가 PC 중심에서 모바일 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 따라서, 관련 프로그램의 개발도 PC 보다 모바일 애플리케이션의 개발이 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있다. 특히, 모바일 앱을 쉽게 제작해주는 도구들도 많이 등장하면서, 전문가뿐만 아니라 일반인들의 관심도 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 앱 제작시에 고려해야 할 저작권과 소프트웨어 라이선스에 대해 알아본다.
