Development and application for intelligent rail mobile system for monitoring the underground electric power facilities

It is brought up the electric power shortage for particular dense population areas. Due to this, the high quality economical and eco friendly electric power facilities are needed. Also, the inconvenience of maintenance is significantly increasing in case of power cut and black out. For avoiding power failure of underground electric power facilities, the precise preventive maintenance is compulsory but there are apparent limitations. In this paper, the intelligent rail mobile system is described to overcome the limitations.
