Abstract
The alkaline protease was isolated from the culture of Penicillium species (P-46) grown in the wheat bran media. The crude purification of this enzyme was carried out by extraction with distilled water and precipitated with 0.7-saturated ammonium sulfate, then dialysis for 3days.
