초록

본 연구는 다가오는 2000년대의 도서관은 지능형 도서관, 사서는 지식공학자형 사서라고 예측하고, 지능형 도서관에 근무하는 지식공학자형 사서의 역할과 기능을 분석하였다. 지능형 도서관을 만들고, 지식공학자형 사서를 배출하기 위해서 현재의 문헌정보학이 지식공학과 지식공학자의 역할과 기능을 수용하기 위한 가능성을 연구하고 그 방안을 제세하였다.

The purpose of this papel 1s to forecast the llbra~y as an ~ntelligent library and the librarian as a knowledgeeng~neer's type librar~an In the coming '"1st century, and then analyze the [ole and function of the library andIlbrarian.
