Abstract

We made EFG apparatus by induction heating and designed three different heating systems. Analysis of each heating systems and growth of various shaped sapphire single crystals.

유도 가열로 가열하는 자체 제작한 EFG 장치에서 세가지의 다른 heating system을 고안하여 그 특서을 분석하고 다양한 형태의 sapphire 형상 단결정을 성장하였다.
