Analysis of the Shielded Coplanar Waveguide Resonator
차폐된 코플래너 도파관 공진기 해석
Abstract
The resonator using the shielded coplanar waveguide [S.C.P.W.] bounded by the rectangular waveguide is designed. The resonant frequency is obtained by using the full-wave analysis method. The fringing capacitances of the open-ended center strip in the resonator are obtained from the equivalent circuits by 3 different methods.
