The study on necessity of equipment ship phone and improvement of concerning laws in small ships

소형 선박의 SHIP PHONE 설치 필요성 및 관계 법규 개선에 관한 연구

Tens of domestic maritime accidents that happen in around 5 toned small ships cause great loss of lives every year. Ship phones in small ships, the communication equipment usable in accidents, can remove factors that cause great loss of lives and properties. Thus we studied on the ship phones on a national point of view to reduce loss that caused by maritime accidents.

이 논문은 우리나라의 5톤 전후선박의 해난 사고가 매년 수십 건씩 발생되어 많은 인명피해가 나타나고 있다. 그러므로, 소형 선박의 해난 사고시 사용할 수 있는 통신장비 즉 Ship phone이 많은 인명과 재산피해를 가져오는 원인을 제거하는 것이라 생각하고, 국가적인 차원에서 연구하였다.
