This paper is to represent the cross-border mobility of experienced Professional Engineers by establishing and maintaining an EMF International Register of Professional Engineers which is based on confidence in the integrity of national assessment system and a system of mutual recognition secured through continuing mutual inspection and evaluation of these systems. This paper would cover develop, monitor, maintain and promote mutually acceptable standards and criteria for facilitating the cross-border mobility of experienced Professional Engineers based on.
