A Study on Effect Estimation for Power Quality of Office Appliances

Abstract

Meet in the internationalization period recently and van every county is progressing unionization work of every county standard with the Europe, the United States of America. If our county does not correspond actively by age, economical disadvantage is expected. Tested PC, PC monitor, printer and harmonic for device for company business of FAX 4 kinds and flicker occurrence disgrace to achieve and analyze electricity quality test for office appliances by link of confrontation in such current in treatise that see therefore. As result that test printer and PC monitor ware stable but Desktop PC and FAX are presented in valid EN standard to January, 2004 that more than limit higher harmonics and flicker phenomenon appeared, and presented countermove in reply.

최근 국제화 시대에 부응하여 유럽, 미국 등 선진 각국에서는 각국 규격의 통일화 작업을 진행하고 있으며, 시대적으로 우리나라도 적극적으로 대응하지 않으면 경제적인 불이익이 예상된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 흐름에 대응의 일환으로 사무용 기기에 대한 전기품질 시험을 수행하고 분석하고자 PC, PC 모니터, 프린터 및 팩스 4종의 사무용 기기에 대한 고조파와 플리커 발생 실태를 시험하였다. 시험한 결과 프린터와 PC 모니터는 안정적이었지만 Desktop PC와 FAX에서 2004년 1월까지 유효한 EN 규격에 제시된 제한치 이상의 고조파와 플리커 현상이 나타났으며, 이에 대한 대응책을 제시하였다.
