인터넷의 웹(Web)기술을 이용, 기업 및 특정 단체의 내부 정보시스템을 구축하는 것이 인트라넷(Intranet)이다. 본 연구는 관광산업 중의 하나인 렌트카 업체의 인트라넷 구축방안을 제시하였다. 저렴한 비용으로 구축할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있기 때문에 중소기업 정보화에 많은 이점을 가져다 준다. 업무구성을 살피고 적용분야를 탐색하여 최소비용으로 구축하는 방법을 제시한다. 신속한 의사결정과 마케팅에서 기대효과를 누릴 수 있다.
