An Equalization Technique for OFDM Systems in Time Variant Channels

시변 채널 하의 OFDM 시스템을 위한 등화기법

Abstract

An equalization technique for OFDM systems in tine variant fading environment is described. Time variant channels lead to interchannel interference which increases the bit mr rate. A frequency domain equalizer using pilot symbols is proposed. The equalizer decreases the interchannel interference affecting the error performance. The effectiveness of the proposed technique is analyzed via computer simulation.

시변 채널환경 하의 OFDM 시스템을 위한 등화기법을 제안한다. 시변 페이딩 채널은 전송되는 OFDM 신호에 인접채널 간 간섭을 발생시켜 수신단에서 데이터 재생 시 비트오류율이 증가된다. 본 논문에서는 주파수영역에서 파일럿 심볼을 이용하여 이러한 인접 채널간섭을 감소시킴으로서 비트오류율을 개선시킬 수 있는 등화기법을 제안한다. 이 등화기법을 이용한 OFDM 시스템에서 발생되는 비트오류율이 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석된다.
