연구기획 강화를 위한 정보분석 시스템 구축 및 사례

Abstract

본고에서는 국가 R&D의 비효율성이 일정부분기획단계에서 비롯되고 있다는 인식의 전제하에 현 연구기획, 그중에서도 전문가 위원회 방식의 한계를 제시하였다. 그리고 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 대두되고 있는 정보분석 방법론에 대해 소개하였다. 끝으로 정보통신연구진흥원에서 자체 개발한 정보분석 시스템인 $RADERS^{TM}$를 소개하고 이를 활용한 미래유망기술 탐색 프로세스에 대해 알아본다.
