A Study on Elicitation Method of Target Businesses for Application Development

애플리케이션 개발을 위한 대상업무 도출 방법에 관한 연구

Abstract

Target businesses mean a business of specific and detailed management targets being used for realization of applications for business. Though elicitation methods of target businesses exist variously, it mostly requires much experience and consumes much time. So because its procedure is not suggested clearly, there is much difficulty when a beginner elicits target businesses. Accordingly, this study proposes a method capable of eliciting target businesses procedurally from given business statements. And hypothetical business statements were used as a case, and a method proposed from this study was applied to given business statements with the target of undergraduates, graduate students and company employees. And as a result of questioning an individual performance method and analyzing its reliability, a reliable result was obtained generally. Due to this, it could be confirmed that the method suggested in this study is not only used in the field, but also can be used easily even for a beginner.

대상업무란 업무용 애플리케이션의 구현에 사용되는 구체적이고 상세한 관리대상의 업무를 말한다. 대상업무 도출 방법은 다양하게 존재하지만, 대부분 많은 경험을 요구하고 시간이 많이 소요될 뿐 아니라 절차가 명확하게 제시되지 않아 초보자가 대상업무들을 도출할 때 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주어진 업무명세서로부터 대상업무들을 절차적으로 도출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 사례로서 가상의 업무명세서를 사용하였으며, 학부생과 대학원생 및 업체 직원들을 대상으로 주어진 업무명세서에 대하여 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 적용시켰다. 그리고 각자의 수행 방법에 대하여 설문하고 신뢰도를 분석한 결과, 전반적으로 신뢰성 있는 결과를 얻었다. 이로 인해 본 연구에서 제시한 방법은 현장에서도 사용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 초보자도 용이하게 사용할 수 있음이 확인되었다.
