An Analysis to Improve the Thermal Environments Research of a Multistory Facade in the Summer through Simulation

시뮬레이션을 통한 전면형 이중외피의 하절기 열환경 개선 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the thermal environments of a multistory facade in the summer through simulation. The optimal simulation was conducted by outside glass specifications and outlet opening rate of a double skin to change. As a result, intermediate space temperature of double skin was lowered up to approximately about $4.8^{\circ}C$ and airflow through the inlet and outlet openings of the difference was reduced to a maximum of about 0.1 $m^3/s$. Therefore, airflow through a double skin is thouht to be able to be release smoothly without problem.
