Abstract
Due to economic growth in 1960s, urbanization and industrialization occurred the concentration of the population and function. This concentration made the quantitative expansion of the city. As a result, most of industrial facilities were built without cultural property survey or excavation process. In this process, historical heritage and modern industrial heritage are sometimes mixed ant that is nested with some time-term. In addition, many kinds of previous industrial-facility-located place that were occurred the closure of the industrial park or in the course of metropolitan outskirts, are existed neglected space in the city center and that is not compatible with other city scenes. Therefore, in this study, I'll research effective regeneration way of Anyang Yuyu industrial Co. which is neglected abandoned land in the city and coexists with time-layered cultural heritage and industrial heritage.
