Abstract
The purpose of this study was to make land plus mass families of building information modeling in the early design stage which make building forms considering allowable building-to-land ratio and floor area ratio at the concerned site. Two types of Mass families are made, one of which is the box(rectangle)-type mass family(Case 1 model) and the other is the mixed row and high box-type mass family(Case 2 model). Finally, energy evaluation of these mass families are performed with 2 previous cases and 6 alternatives developed from lateral to longitudinal ratio of plan and floor stories elements and application measures are proposed.
