보훈 콘텐츠의 장기 활용 및 디지털 아카이빙을 위한 기초 연구

초록

2023년 국가보훈처가 국가보훈부로 승격되고 보훈에 대한 위상과 인식이 점차 향상되면서, 이들 기능 및 역할에 대한 필요성과 중요성이 강조되기 시작했다. 국가보훈에 관한 관심이 증가하면서 장래에 전달하기 위한 매개체로 실재하는 보훈 콘텐츠에 관한 관심도 함께 높아지기 시작했다. 보훈 콘텐츠는 국가보훈부를 중심으로 여러 기관에서 제작되어 서비스되고 있으나, 유사한 정보자원이 산발적으로 제작되어 콘텐츠의 특성, 유형 등이 통일되어 있지 않고, 검색 및 이용, 관리, 보존 등을 위한 체계적인 시스템이 구축되어 있지 않다. 보훈 콘텐츠의 장기적 활성화와 대중화, 접근성 향상을 위해서는 보훈과 보훈 콘텐츠에 따른 체계적인 분석과 정리, 발전방안에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 보훈 콘텐츠에 관한 기초 연구로, 거시적인 시각에서 보훈 콘텐츠의 현황을 조사하여 특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 장기적 활용과 가치 지속을 위한 방안으로, 보훈 콘텐츠의 디지털 아카이빙이라는 관점을 도입하여 제언을 제시하였다.

As the National Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs was promoted in 2023, and the necessity and importance of these functions and roles begans to be emphasized as the status and awareness of Patriots & Veterans gradually improved. As interest in ‘Patriots & Veterans' increased perspective, attention to the Contents of Patriots & Veterans, which actually exist as a medium to deliver in the future, also began to increase. The Contents of Patriots & Veterans are produced and serviced by various organizations, but various similar information resources are sporadically produced by many organizations, so the characteristics and types of contents are not unified, and a systematic system for search, use, management, and preservation is not established. In order to revitalize, popularize, and improve accessibility of the Contents of Patriots & Veterans over, it is necessary to consider systematic analysis, arrangement, and development plans according to the Contents of Patriots & Veterans. Therefore, this study was as basic study on the Contents of Patriots & Veterans, which analyzed the characteristics of the Contents of Patriots & Veterans from a macroscopic viewpoint. In addition, digital archiving of the Contents of Patriots & Veterans was introduced and suggested, as a way to use and sustain the value of the Contents.
