공간DB 기반의 중심지 위계 분석을 통한 도시공간구조 설정 연구 - 대구광역시를 대상으로 -

초록

대구광역시 행정구역 면적과 기능의 변화로 도시공간구조와 중심지 위계, 도시기능과 역할을 재정립할 필요성을 가지게 되었다. 대구시 중심지 위계를 설정하는 연구로 인구밀도, 사업체와 공시지가를 중심으로 2040대구도시기본계획 수립을 위한 기초적 자료제공과 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 인구밀도, 사업체 수, 공시지가 3개 지표와 Z-score를 분석 결과, 대구도시기본계획에서 제시하고 있는 1도심·4부도심·5성장유도거점과 유사하게 나타났다. 그러나, 지표 중에서 중심지성이 높게 나타나고 있는 지역에 대해서 차후에 수립할 도시기본계획에서 중심지 위계 설정에 대한 검토가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 특히 기존 중심지 설정의 타당성 검토, 성장유도거점의 실효성 분석, 신규 중심지 후보지 발굴 및 중심기능의 공간적 재배치 등 도시공간구조 전반에 대한 재구조화가 필요하며, 이를 통해 유연한 중심지 위계를 설정하는 것이 필요하다.

Due to changes in the administrative district area and function of Daegu Metropolitan City, there is a growing need to redefine the urban spatial structure, the hierarchy of central places, and the roles and functions of the city. This study aims to establish the center hierarchy of Daegu by providing basic data for establishing the 2040 Daegu Urban Master Plan and suggesting policy implications centered on population density, businesses, and publicly announced land prices. As a result of analyzing the three indicators of population density, the number of businesses and publicly announced land prices and the Z-score, it was found to be similar to the 1 core center, 4 sub-core center, and 5th growth-inducing base presented in the Daegu Urban Master Plan. However, it is thought that it is necessary to review the center hierarchy in the urban master plan to be established in the future for areas with high centrality among the indicators. In particular, it is necessary to restructure the overall urban spatial structure, such as examining the validity of the existing center setting, analyzing the effectiveness of growth-inducing bases, discovering new center candidates, and spatially rearranging the center functions, and through this, it is necessary to establish a flexible center hierarchy.
